Welcome to this stunning luxury holiday with wrap around decking and sunken hot tub for that perfect break away.

Our dream holiday home offers full central heating and double glazing for those chilly nights.

3 furnished bedrooms with all fresh bedding and towels included, master bedroom which has a double bed, built in wardrobes, en-suite and a dressing table. Two twin rooms include two single beds and built in wardrobes.

The bathroom entails toilet, sink and large shower cubicle. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with double doors that open up to a full wrap around secure decking to bring the outside in with ample seating. Best of all a sunken hot tub at the rear of the decking with view over open fields.

We have a lovely 8 berth caravan with hot tub 2 mins walk to main complex in a private corner plot with back garden and bbq area we also have private wifi and a games console and smart tvs one in the living room and one in the master bedroom and also on site there is plenty to do there is arcades restaurants bars swimming pools an outdoor one and an indoor one spas fishing lakes jet skis allsorts of activities like archery crazy golf pedalos inflatable aqua Park onside entertainment for all of the family there is also special events throughout the year like rock the lakes colour festival cream pie fight Dino world and we are only 40 minutes away from skegness and fantasy island etc there are also local take aways that deliver to the accommodation and pubs in the local town to enjoy also and if there is a special occasion you are hiring the accommodation please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate we also do promotions throughout the year like throughout April every kid gets an Easter egg and throughout December every kid gets a selection box mother's day the mum gets a box of chocolates and fathers day the dad gets 4 cans of there choice

We are thrilled to welcome you to our 3 bedroom holiday home with private hot tub.
Our home is located on The Green a mere five minute walk to the main facilities.

The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer, toaster, kettle. I supply washing up liquid, dishcloth, scrubber, tea towel.

The lounge/ dining area has a L shaped sofa, freestanding dining table and stools, electric fire, flat screen TV and a DVD player, radio. A variety of games and books, also a playstation 3 with games. There is a Single fold out bed in the lounge.

Outside we have a raised decking area with table, chairs and settee at the side of the private hot tub, with private parking.


Tattershall Lakes is full of excitement activities for all the family to enjoy, plus it is the perfect location if you want to explore the area and its fantastic attractions.

The park has approx 6 lakes that can be used for Water Skiing, Jetsking, Aqua Park, Wakeboarding, Paddleboarding, Kayaks, Pedalo Hire and 2 lakes are reserved for angling.

The park also has and outdoor swimming pool also indoor kids play area and splash zone/aqua play.
Outdoor activities complies of high ropes, pitch and put golfing, Archery, Laser Tag and Hover boarding. There is also Cycle hire, gym and spa. Some of the activities come with additional costs.

Onsite provides a supermarket and Launderette.

There is various bars and restaurants also offers on site a fish and chip shop

Tattershall lakes is located is right next door to Tattershall Castle, Tattershall Farm, RAF Coningsby and its only 10 mins drive away from Woodhall Spar.

If you fancy a day out Skegness and Mablethope is approx 45 minutes drive.

Hot Tub Retreat is located within the grounds of Sycamore Cottage Campsite which is a small, quiet, family run site in Goxhill, North Lincolnshire. We have chosen the caravan location on the site, specifically to provide maximum tranquillity and maximum sun exposure. The fences surrounding the secure, dog friendly garden have been positioned to provide sufficient wind shelter whilst allowing our guests to look at the surrounding views and is a bit of a sun trap.

We want our guests to relax and unwind during their stay. Sit on the terrace with a glass of something nice, dip in and out of the hot tub or simply chill around the campfire with friends. If you don't fancy cooking, we have an abundance of places to eat and drink in the surrounding Villages and Towns.

The nearest beach at Cleethorpes is 30 minutes drive away but you can also get there by train, which is just around the corner.

The flat planes of Lincolnshire make it ideal for cyclists, with the start of the Viking Way being at Barton upon Humber, 10 minutes away.

Market Towns of Barton, Brigg and Beverley are easily reached from Site, as is former City of Culture Winner Hull, with its Marina and Old Town worth paying a visit to.

Further away but within an hours drive, we have the Historic Cities of York and Lincoln.

Whether you want to explore the area or simply come for a chilled relaxing break as a couple or with friends, we feel we can accommodate you all and look forward to welcoming you.
