Welcome to our Sunnymede Caravan with private HOT TUB, which has 3 bedrooms, Sleeps 8.

Our caravan is situated just behind Luna Park/Glen Park Market on Sea Lane in Ingoldmells across the road from Fantasy Island theme park.

The beach, all attractions, restaurants, cafés, amusements and markets are a short 2-minute walk.

The caravan has a spacious lounge and dining area, Smart TV, DVD player and DVD’s, Safe Electric Fire, Private WIFI, books and children’s games to enjoy full wrap around veranda with hot tub and patio furniture.

Fully double glazed and central heated.

Fully equipped kitchen with full gas cooker, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, utensils and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Master with King Size bed, dressing table, wardrobes and en-suite toilet and wash basin.

2 x Twin Singles with wardrobes.

Double pull out in the main living area.

Bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower,

Travel cot, bed guard and high chair provided.

All bedding and towels are provided for your stay.

Check-in days are Monday & Friday only.

Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am
(Early check-in is available at 1pm - £20)

Deposit required to secure dates £100

We also ask for a refundable security bond of £100, which will be refunded within 7 days following departure once the caravan has been checked for damages.

3 bedroom caravan on the Grange,Ingoldmells sleeps 7 plus a travel cot,10 minute walk to fantasy island, and a few minutes walk to woodys pub and restaurant with entertainment and childrens play area and soft indoor play, we have free WiFi, dvd player, extra TV in main bedroom, hairdryer and iron are provided, dvds and games, also bikes, bucket and spades and garden furniture for guests to use, bed linen can be provided if required, parking space in front of the caravan, great central location with entrance to both sea lane, for fantasy island, markets, shops, arcades, pubs and beach,and also entrance to anchor lane, for woody's, beach, arcades, Hardys animal farm, trampoline park and shops, bars and restaurants,there is also the bus stop outside main gates to skegness or the opposite direction to chapel st leonards, sorry no pets and no smoking in the caravan

2 bed 4 berth caravan.central heating free wi.fi plus it is kitted out with
everything you need for a great holiday. The caravan is situated right by the car spaces with a path going right up to caravan. There is a woodys bar 3 mins walk. The shops, arcade, and the beach are just around 5 mins walk. Pillows, duvets are provided you just need to take sheets Pillow cases and duvets cover. A bus stop is right outside the entrance.

Our 3 bedroom caravan sleeps up to 8 people, it consists of one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, lounge area with smart TV, kitchen / dining area and a separate shower room and toilet. In the dining area is a pull out double bed and dining table with seating, in the lounge area there is a smart TV, gas fire for the chillier nights and free WIFI.

The fully equipped kitched has everything you may need for your holiday, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

We provide child bed gaurds, baby bottle steralizer, padded / waterproof baby changing mat baby bath and a child seat for the dining area seating.

Outside there is an enclosed gated decking with table and chairs. Alongside the caravan is parking for up to 2 cars.

Duvets and pillows are provided though we do not provide duvet covers, bottom mattress sheet or pillow cases.

This van is professionally cleaned prior to every arrival.

Our caravan is situated in a fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to the attractions - Fantasy Island, the beach, market, arcades, bars and restaurants.
On site there is Pirate Petes soft play for the childrens, adults and child entertainments in the club and Sealands bar, restaurant, take-away and laundrette.
Our caravan is located very close to the park gate.

Outside the park gate there is a bus stop where you can take a short bus ride (open top in season) to Skegness Pier where you will find endless attractions, the beach (donkey rides for the children),restaurants,shops and bars with lots of live entertainments.

Skegness Aquarium, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Hildreds shopping centre and Hardys Animal farm are all just a very short car or bus journey away.

Welcome let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan, situated on a cul-de-sac on a clean and well kept site.
Time for the tour;
We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.
The first door you come to takes you into the living room which has a large flat screen TV with freeview, separate DVD, with coffee table near the seating and dinning table. In the Kitchen you will find it fully equipped with fridge with ice box, oven/grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Cookware, plastic bowls etc for young children. Dinnerware set, mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses.
We also provide iron and ironing board, hair dryer and hair straighteners.
For your safety our caravan is fitted with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
No smoking in our caravan.
Next you will walk into the hallway ~ firstly you will see our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Their are 3 bedrooms, we have 2 twin rooms with single beds and one double bedroom.
Plus cupboard with the water heater in.
We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan, unless crated. But not for hours. with it being a strange place for them also not ideal when the weather is hot. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.
On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, Large family bar and restaurant with a outdoor children's park.

THE CARAVAN PARK IS LOCATED OPPOSITE FANTASY ISLAND INGOLDMELLS.

WE ARE CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES SO NO NEED TO DRIVE.
FREE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT @ BJ'S BAR OF THE ENTERANCE OF THE CARAVAN PARK. ALSO FREE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT @ FANTASY ISLAND.

CHIP SHOP, GROCERY STORE AND CAFE OVER THE ROAD FROM THE CARAVAN PARK.

OPPOSITE THE CARAVAN THERE IS A CHILDRENS PLAY PARK, BRILLIANT FOR ALL AGES.
THERE IS ALSO A LAUNDRETTE ONSITE FOR ALL TO USE.

BEDDING CAN BE PROVIDED IF NEEDED.

WE ALSO HAVE A SISTER VAN 2 PLOTS FROM SAUNDERS RETREAT IF YOU NEED EXTRA ROOM FOR FAMILIES & FRIENDS TO ENJOY A BREAK AWAY TOO.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating to make the holiday home suitable for all weathers.

Gerbara has a modern open plan lounge/diner with fitted furniture including a pull out bed to fit all the family and extra guests.

Flowing through to the kitchen with a integrated fridge freezer and microwave . With u shaped worktops there is ampules of storage and room to create the perfect family meal.

With a double room and en-suite toilet and 2 x twin rooms at the rear of the caravan all with fitted storage. The shower room has a large shower unit creating the extra room needed and another toilet.

GerBara offers something for everybody and would provide the perfect escape you need to the seaside!

The caravan park provides a childrens park and its own shop which provides all you could need.

Upon leaving the caravan park you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, arcades, soft play and even bingo. Fantasy Island is a 4 minute walk and your closest beach is 11 minutes away walking.

£75 deposit is taken to secure your date. After your stay, a caravan clean & check will be completed. When is finished and everything is as found when checking in the deposit will be refunded
