A beautiful 3 bed caravan situated in a quiet area of the park near the lake. It has a large green area for the children to play on. The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing and also has an electric fire in the lounge area.
It has lots of extras including free private WiFi, 42" smart tv, dvd player & dvd's, dab Bluetooth radio/cd player, selection of books and games in the large and spacious lounge which has a dining area. There's a high chair available.
The caravan sleep up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a 24" smart tv/dvd, king size bed and an en-suite toilet. There's also a travel cot, hairdryer, iron and table top ironing board. There's 2 twin bed rooms with tv/dvd and bed guards. The larger twin room can convert to a king size bed.
Bed linens are included and beds will be made ready for your arrival.
The main bathroom has a large shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and hob, an under counter fridge and a microwave, also lots of little extras such as an air fryer, slow cooker and blender.
There's decking on the outside with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The gate has a lock for extra safety for your little ones.

Bayview 23 is an inviting, single storey holiday home situated in St Audries Bay Holiday Club West Quantoxhead near Williton Somerset. The property has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms pull out sofa bed.
Children welcome and 1 or 2 well behaved dogs as the enclosed garden alongside the decked area makes it the perfect holiday retreat. Steps lead to the decked area with a couple of seats to appreciate the views extending to Minehead and the stunning sunsets.
Once inside the kitchen has a good selection of amenities to cater to your culinary needs and guests can indulge in a hearty meal at the dining room table or the wooden bistro table and chairs outside.
Relax in the lounge either in the corner sofa or 2 separate reclining chairs with 55"smart tv and gas fire for those cosy nights in. The opposite end of the home leads to two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other a king size bed with fitted wardrobes and en suite cloakroom.
The family bathroom has a refreshing shower to start your day. On arrival guests can park at the rear of property where indicated by parking sign.

Close to the gorgeous village of Watchet with its harbour, steam train and dog friendly pub (within walking distance down the beach) and near to the stunning Quantox Hills and beautiful beaches of Minehead.

We have moved our pitch across to Ocean View 4 (initially for ease of moving), but we have found that we have fantastic sea views, also of Watchet Lighthouse and Minehead. We also have full sun on the decking for an extra 2 hours due to positioning, than we had in our previous location! ☀️????☀️
