Welcome to Our Small Clearwater Mulberry Heaven.

Our lovely static caravan was built in 2023.

Has nice comfy living room with access to the patio area through french doors, where u can enjoy your morning coffee with a view on the lake.
Fully equipped kitchen with a nespresso/dolce gusto coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and other necessary equipment.
Full bathroom with shower.
Master bedroom with toilet and walk in wardrobe.
Second bedroom with two single beds.
Additional sleeping capacity is in the living room where one of the sofa’s can be converted to a small double bed.
Patio area on the front with the rattan furniture and the gas BBQ and side of the caravan with a small decking area next to the lake which can be used as private fishing spot.
If there is too much noise from jet skis, you can choose one of few others lakes on site for nice and quiet fishing :)

We have equipped our tiny place with everything to make us and all of you as comfortable as possible, so you can feel like at home.

Other things to note
Caravan is sited on jet ski lake.
Jet skis allowed on the lake between 10am to 3pm so u can expect bit of engine noise.
You can use paddle boards on the lake from sunrise to 10am and from 3pm to sunset.
Paddle boards and life jackets will be available to hire for an extra additional cost, if you would like to explore the lake.

Beach few minutes walk away.
Plenty of shops/pubs, take-a-ways.
Arcades, on your door step. Ingoldmells a 5 min drive away. Skegness 10
mins in the car.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil static caravan near the beach on the Lincolnshire coast. A haven for you and up to 3 doggies with no extra charge! A huge chill-out area with comfortable seating. A 37-inch smart TV with Netflix etc and Free Wifi. A double pull-out bed in themain room with brand new mattress. Equally comfy dining area with a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (freezer box), air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooker, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.
Brand new bathroom with large shower. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed with TV and Freesat. USB charging points for phones. 2nd bedroom 2 single beds TV with blueray player and further USB charging points for phones. All bedding is made up on your arrival. Brand new decking to the outside with table and chairs plus lockable gate for extra security. Clubhouse with a home cooked food menu and evening entertainment. Security gate and office.
5 minute walk only to the beach which is also doggie friendly and all the amusements, pubs, shops and restaurants.
A little farther you can walk into Chapel centre to find one of the best Italian restaurants, a Co-op supermarket, post office, cash machine and more beach access, shops, amusements and bars.

Our double-glazed holiday caravan for hire on Seaview Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, Skegness, is a real home away from home.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. There’s also a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The shower room has a shower and wash basin, the toilet is in a different room.

Facilities within our holiday caravan include a 32” Smart TV in living room, a 24” TV/DVD player in master bedroom and a kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge etc. in the kitchen.

Extensions/four ways provided for every room.

Unlimited internet, (in caravan, not site WiFi) Amazon firesticks complete with Discovery+, Disney, Netflix and Prime.

There's a travel cot, bed guard and highchair in the caravan for you to use.

We have oil filled radiators to keep you warm and fans to keep you cool.

The caravan is situated less than a one-minute walk to the beach and just a two-to-three-minute walk to Fantasy Island. At the site entrance there's several pubs, takeaways, cafes and shops. Seaview is a perfect location for everyone as everything is right on the doorstep.

We will try to be as accommodating as possible with regards to dates, i.e. weekends versus weeks – please contact us for your exact requirements.
