Our four berth camping pod consists of two single beds and a bunk bed at the rear separated by a dividing wall with curtain closure (bedding not supplied). There is a small table to stand items on, a TV point (television not included), a fridge with an icebox, microwave, kettle, toaster and enough crockery and cutlery for four persons. And an electric wall heater for those chilly evenings. The pod is non-smoking or vaping and no pets allowed. A nightly charge fee of £60.00 (one night non-refundable charge taken when booking) and a refundable cash deposit of £20.00 for the keys and barrier pass. Breakages will be charged for.

Welcome to our double glazed, central heated winter spec, 3 bed Aspen lodge for hire at Country Meadow Caravan Park in Sutton on Sea. This is a real home from home retreat.


Our lodge consists of 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, large double wardrobe with mirror, and an ensuite consisting of shower, sink, toilet and towel storage.

The 2 single/twin rooms each consist of 2 single beds, over the bed storage cupboards, wardrobe, bedside table and a large mirror.

Pillows and duvets are provided for your stay, but please note you MUST bring your own bedsheets and towels.


Facilities within our holiday lodge include a 32" smart TV in the living room, corner sofa with 2 arm chairs and patio doors which lead out onto a Juliet balcony. The kitchen consists of a dining table with 4 chairs, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer etc.

Bookings during July & August are Saturday - Saturday.

We make every attempt to make the caravan as inviting and homely as possible with the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a sofa and chair and slimline tv with Freeview, a relaxing conservatory, double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower and hand basin with gas central heating & double glazing. we also provide extras like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, towels tea towels, an iron, an ironing board, and some cupboard essentials, all bedding is also provided there is also a washing line and table and chairs outside.

For health and safety & insurance customers are not allowed to have day visitors to the static caravan please meet family and friends off-site so we can limit the number of people on our campsite.

This is our families beautiful holiday home.

We offer 7 night bookings Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday.

Weekends Friday to Monday (3 nights)
Short breaks Monday to Friday (4 nights)

A £50 deposit will secure the booking and the balance is due to be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

The main double bedroom has a wardrobe with bedside cabinets, two further twin bedrooms with cupboards, the twin beds can be moved together to form doubles. There is a pull down bed in the lounge area to sleep a further 2 people. All bedrooms benefit from blow air heating.

Spacious bathroom with heater, shower, hand wash basin and toilet, and a further separate toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, large oven and hob, microwave and all crockery and cutlery required for self catering. Also iron and ironing board available.

Spacious lounge with ample seating, gas fire, TV, Dining table and seating. Also benefits from a gated veranda.

There is a key safe fitted to the caravan which will enable you to gain easy access anytime after 4pm on day of arrival, check out is required by 10am on the day of departure.

Bedding provided and will be made up on arrival (travel cot available but you will need to bring bedding), you will need to provide your own towels and tea towels.

Excellent amenities and facilities on the site catering for the whole family, including minimarket, launderette, several places to eat including Papa John's Pizza, Fish and Chips and the Quayside Café Bar.

Fishing Lake, Crazy Golf, Heated Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Go Cart Track, indoor and outdoor play area, amusement arcade, live entertainment and much much more available

Fun passes are not included but can be purchased from Reception on arrival. The fun passes provide access to all entertainment facilities, swimming pools and sports and leisure complex. There is a land train which runs from the site to the beach and also into Mablethorpe.

The Seal Sanctuary is located near to the beach only a short walk from the caravan. There is also a pub within easy walking distance from the caravan.
