Enjoy a holiday in our homely caravan, Gerbara. It has an usual layout with the living area being in the centre and bedrooms at either end. The caravan sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, with a double bedroom with ensuite, 2 x twin single rooms and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. There is also another bathroom so no queuing for a shower or the toilet. GerBara has a spacious living area with a wrap around sofa big enough for the whole family, a decent sized kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and a dining area with a table and seating. The caravan benefits from central heating and double glazing and for those longer stays we have a utility room with a washer/dryer available for your use. Also a rotary dryer to pop outside, no need to take dirty laundry home. There is a parking bay just before oulling upto Donna Nook. Just provide your own bedding, towels and personal effects. Entertainment passes are available to buy at reception.

A beautiful luxury Pemberton Riverndale Lodge 44’ x 20’ (880 square feet) situated in a quiet area overlooking a pond at Southview Leisure Park, Skegness.

The accommodations comprises :
Kitchen area - with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs.
Lounge area - with two settees and patio doors opening on to the spacious decking area. Wall mounted TV.
Utility room - with washing machine and sink unit.
Sun Room - with two seater sofa and patio doors opening on to the outside deck area.
Bedroom 1 - kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and ample storage space and wall mounted TV.
Ensuite - large walk-in shower.

The lodge has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed.
Large wrap around decking area and a smaller decking area leading from the master bedroom.

The lodge is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is one of the largest lodge on the site.

For your added peace of mind, the lodge will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Please note that we DO NOT use the Park's cleaning team therefore you can be assured that your holiday home will be cleaned to a high standard.

Restrictions will apply on bookings from groups not related i.e. all-male or all-female parties of 3+ people, if not immediate family or couples -please contact us prior to booking as an additional security bond may be required.
The lead guest who books, must be 25 years or over at the time of booking.
There must be at least one person staying in the accommodation, over the age of 25 years.
Park facilities and entertainment operate seasonally and are subject to availability.
No contractors, commercial or sign written vehicles, including transit vans and trailers, are permitted at this park.
Each adult, child and baby will count as an individual person, allocated to a berth and in total must not exceed the total number of berths (6) - children under the age of 2 years are still considered as one person for this purpose.
WIFI can be intermittant.

Southview is a large family friendly holiday park with many facilities to enjoy including a restaurant, showbar, indoor swimming pool, fish and chip shop, pizza shack and ice cream kiosk, crazy golf, gym, crazy golf and a convenience shop. There is also a restaurant and bar at the Hotel situated on site.

There is a main fishing lake but please ensure you have a current Rod licence. This will need to be shown if requested.

There is also a new activity site with high ropes and Bear Grylls Survival Academy. A regular shuttle bus is available to take you into Skegness.

Skegness has a lot to offer including award winning beaches, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is something for everyone to enjoy making it the perfect destination for your holiday. The lodge is about a 30 minute drive to the market towns of Horncastle and Louth which have some lovely cafes, shops and weekly markets.xxx
