Our van is decorated to a high standard with the personal touch and includes a gated veranda which will keep your furry friends or little ones safe. Your dogs are welcome to stay free of charge.
Our stays run from Saturday to Saturday

My lovely 6 berth Sheraton caravan, situated on the Haven site at Caister on Sea near Great Yarmouth, is available to hire at a very reasonable price.

The caravan is fully central heated with radiators in all rooms, and has double glazing which keeps it very warm. There is also a gas fire in the lounge for those cosy evenings.

The lounge has a sofa and two armchairs, TV with integrated Freeview and a DVD player. There is also a CD Player, lamps, board games, books, and much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and hob. There is also a microwave, full size fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, etc. All cutlery and crockery is provided.

There are two bedrooms. The master has a king bed which hides a storage space underneath, large walk-in wardrobe, cupboards and dressing table. There is an ensuite with toilet, sink and shower. There is also a TV and DVD player.

The twin room has twin beds, which could be pushed together, a small wardrobe and cupboards. There is also a wall mounted TV.

Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own linen, towels, tea towels, etc.

There is outdoor seating on the wrap around decking.

I do allow small/medium dogs into the caravan, but there is a limit of 2 dogs. Costs are £40 per week per dog. Any damage seen to be caused by dogs is chargable.

Cleaning materials and a hoover are provided. The caravan is cleaned and checked after every booking.

A deposit for £100 is required with your completed booking form. This includes a £50 non-refundable deposit and a £50 Cleaning and Damages deposit which is returned once caravan has been checked by the cleaner for damage.

To access the pool and entertainment on site you will need a Play Pass. These can be purchased before you arrive or on park on arrival.

There are three bedrooms. The master has a double bed which hides a storage space underneath, large wardrobe, cupboards and dressing table. The two twin rooms each have twin beds, which could be pushed together, a small wardrobe and cupboards.

Duvets and pillows are supplied, but you will need to bring your own linen, towels, tea towels, etc.

There is an inside swimming pool with slides, crazy golf, indoor soft play area, archery, bike hire, amusements, pool tables as well as the live lounge for evening entertainment.

There are outdoor play areas, multi sports court, bungee trampolining and a tower jump experience.

Entertainment passes are not provided but these can easily be purchased from reception on arrival

Our Atlas ‘ lookout’ purchased (2nd hand) in Jan 2024 is very modern, clean and well presented!

Large, open living space with seating area and addition dining area seating with table. TV, storage and heater with flame effect display. Pull out sofa bed. . Please note, we are awaiting updated photos from our photographer but we would like to let you know that there is now vinyl flooring in the lounge.
Separate galley kitchen with modern units, four-hob cooker with separate grill and oven, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Plus equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils.
Master double bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table. Enough room for a travel cot (available upon request).
Master en-suite toilet with sink.
Twin Room 1 with wardrobe.

We welcome well behaved pets but please keep them off the furniture! The park is ideal for dog walking as there plenty of places to explore and plenty of shade to keep cool.
