Comfortable, clean, very well-equipped caravan with large decking. About 1 mile from beautiful fishing port of Looe. Caravan is in quiet owners section of the park with parking right outside.

Duvets and pillows are provided, please bring your own bedding and towels.

The lounge area is very spacious with ample seating, which includes a dining table, an electric fireplace heater, a 40" flat screen TV and DVD player.

The main bedroom has a double bed, a good sized wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a wash basin, toilet, and a powerful shower

A welcome pack will be provided upon arrival containing tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Duvets and pillows are provided, please bring your own bedding and towels.

In the kitchen area, there is a full size gas cooker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.  Plenty of pots and pans, plates, cutlery, cups and cupboard space for your essentials. Gas and electricity are included in the price.

1 large dog or 2 small dogs are welcome in our caravan, please bring your own bedding for them and we request that you keep them out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. We know that most dog owners are responsible and (unlike many caravans) we make no extra charge for dogs, but if they cause damage, or the caravan requires extra cleaning, we reserve the right to take the extra costs from your security deposit.

Welcome to Sand’s Place my dog friendly home away from home in St Minver Cornwall. Situated on a quiet site within easy reach of 4 local sandy beaches, 2 surf, 2 dog friendly estuary. The site has an indoor pool, soft play area, arcade, adventure playground, crazy golf, Kids Club, Restaurant, Takeaway, Bar and Clubhouse, Passes are not included but available to buy from Reception. There is a small shop and Launderette.
MAX Occupancy 6 people and 2 well behaved dogs (no additional charge for dogs)3 bedrooms - 4ft6in Double, 4ft double, twin room. Duvets, Pillows,Duvets and Linen provided, Beds made up on arrival. Central Heating and Double Glazing (fuel included in hire charge)

Hi we would like to welcome you to our Lovely 8 Berth, 3 Bedroom caravan situated on the Butlins Resort Minehead
The Caravan is situated on a peaceful cove away from the lake and only a short walk from the Skyline Pavilion.
The caravan has GCH, Double glazing and a large decking area with furniture ideal for enjoy a glass or 2 on a warm summers evening.
Inside the caravan there is a large open plan living area with Smart TV, dvd player and cd player.
The fully equipped kitchen had a full size gas cooker, Air Fryer, Seperate under the counter fridge and freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Kettle and Toaster, There is also a Hairdryer, iron and ironing board available to use.
There is a main bedroom with Tv and 2 twin rooms with a pullout bed in the living area, All Bedrooms have USB sockets to charge your devices.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet, There is also a 2nd toilet with wash basin and toilet.
Outside the caravan there is parking for 1 vehicle.

Our signature 2 bedroom, sleeping 4, beautiful 40ft x 13ft lodge on Hawthorn Mount, with wraparound decking, and a lovely sea-view. located just behind the complex, benefiting from a very short walk (1-2minutes)
The open plan interior is bright and spacious with a large patio door that lets in loads of light and allows you to admire the views in comfort. The huge free standing lounge furniture is incredibly comfortable and great for sociable living. The lounge also boasts a large TV unit and shelving above that looks great and provides extra storage space.
The full equipped modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and lots of worktop and cupboard space so you can cook with ease. We have an American style fridge freezer and have also provided an air fryer for convenience.
Simply amazing bedrooms, main bedroom with feature lighting in an overhead beam that gives the room a little extra something special, as well as a large dressing table and plenty of wardrobe space. The en suite includes a full sized domestic bath and vanity mirror, WC and basin.
