Our caravan is Gold Star Plus rated that comfortably sleeps 4 and is situated on the popular Liskey Hill Holiday Park. Its location is Liskeard 1, as shown on plan. It has a lounge with 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with full size fridge/freezer and separate dining area

The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and Jack and Jill bathroom with full size shower. The caravan is centrally heated for cold evenings. The views from our caravan over Perranporth beach are stunning and we have a large decking area to the front and side with garden furniture. Please note we are pet free .
Vacation time is 10am and occupation time is 4pm.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Electric cars may not be charged and anyone found to be doing so will be removed from site amd prosecuted.
No smoking or vaping.


Deposit to be paid upon booking and balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.

Welcome to our 3 bedroom holiday home, a 2022 ABI Giltar static caravan in Perranporth.
Liskey Hill Holiday Park is a quiet friendly site where you can sit back and relax watching the surfers and sunsets.
The caravan is light, bright, airy and extremely homely. Just a short walk from the centre of Perranporth where you will find plenty of cafe's, shops, restaurants, food outlets, supermarkets, pubs and gift shops etc!

The caravan has a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and seating, comfy sofas, TV, master double bedroom with ensuite, double quilt and 4 pillows.
The twin rooms have 2 single beds, 2 single quilts and 4 pillows. These can be pushed together to make a double bed if required. well equipped bathroom.
Brand new decking has recently been erected for those lazy summer evenings sipping something cold, providing sea views, chairs and a table.


We provide bath mats, tea towels, hand towels. You will need to bring your own fitted sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases and towels.

General refuse is located opposite the site reception, please dispose of all your rubbish.

There is a laundry on site with washing and drying facilities.

Welcome to our 2022 ABI Keswick static caravan on Liskey Hill Holiday Park in Perranporth - a quiet, super friendly site where you can sit back and relax watching the surfers and sunsets.

Our caravan is available for the Summer school holiday's only. It has undoubtably one of the best views on the site. It's light, bright, airy and extremely homely. Just a short walk from the centre of Perranporth where you will find everything you need - cafe's, shops, restaurants, food outlets, supermarkets, pubs and gift shops etc!

We are Sharon & Neil and this really is our little piece of heaven. To say that Cornwall and especially Perranporth, is a special place is an understatement. We have yet to come across a place with so many breath-taking beaches, amazing local towns and fishing villages, fresh air and friendly welcoming people.

Our caravan has a fully fitted kitchen, dining table and seating, comfy corner sofa, TV, selection of games, master bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, well equipped bathroom (fab shower), lovely decking area with sea views and bistro chairs and table.
Duvets and pillows are provided (along with protectors) however, you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels & tea towels.
Our caravan plot is Falmouth 15 however, we have named it Springwell Lodge (after our house Springwell House)

Dogs:
* We accept 1 small well behaved dog (£20.00 extra per week)
* We are very much animal lovers but we kindly ask that you do not let them on the beds or furniture.
* Dogs are not to be left unattended in the caravan at any time (this is park rules).

Booking Information:
* Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday only - during the school term summer holidays
* We require £100.00 booking deposit with full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival date
* We also require a £100.00 security bond (plus an extra £50.00 if you are bring a dog) - due when making full payment. This will be refunded once the cleaning and inspection has taken place (please ensure we have your bank details)

Helston 4 is a lovely, dog friendly 3 bed static caravan with central heating, double glazing, wifi and secure decking.

It is located on Liskey Hill Holiday Park overlooking the beautiful bay of Perranporth in North Cornwall.

The town is only a short stroll down the hill and is a hive of vibrant places to eat and drink.

The beach plays host to surfing, paddle boarding and the famous Watering Hole Pub

Perranporth is just 5 to 10 minutes walk into the town where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, a chemist and a doctors surgery.

The famous Watering Hole, the UK's only pub on the beach, is situated on the sand, a must for a great sunset.


Regular bus and local taxi servicea are also available outside Liskey Hill holiday park with easy access to Newquay, Truro, Padstow and St Agnes.

To secure your booking a £50 per week deposit is requested (please note that should the holiday be cancelled the deposit paid is none refundable).
In addition a refundable £100 security bond will be added to the final cost. This is to cover any damage, excess cleaning or breakages, this is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan following your departure.
Full balance to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. Payment by bank transfer is preferred method.

All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions supplied on initial contact with the hirer.

On site there is a laundrette with washing, drying and ironing facilities. A BBQ area with seating, ideal for families in different caravans around the site.
