I want to create family holiday's where you can enjoy all the fun in one central location. The moment you walk in you will be amazed at the space this caravan has to offer.

There will be No Cleaning required on entry, it's all done for you. All Pans, Crockery, Cutlery, Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Work Surfaces, Both Toilets, Shower Cubicle etc all cleaned before you arrive

We are just a 7 minute walk to the Fun-works Complex and Burger King, Chip Shop and Pizza Place. Or if you fancy a trip to the lakehouse and fun fair this too is just 7 minutes away.

Ideal for people without transport is a Bus Stop just out of the cul-de-sac near reception to travel to Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey etc.​

The Lounge has a 42" TV. The seating area is huge, so all can view the TV

A free standing dining table and an open planned fully fitted kitchen with full size cooker/hob/grill, kettle, fridge, microwave, toaster, air fryer and lots of cupboard space.






We supply Tea, Coffee and Milk,
Hand Towels, hand wash, Tea towels and Toilet rolls.

All you need to bring is your bath/beach towel

Our Atlas Sapphire Super is fully equipped with all you should need to enjoy your holiday at Primrose Valley Holiday Park. Gas, electricity and water are included in the booking price.

With double glazing and central heating, you'll be cosy on those chilly nights.

The van has one double bedroom with double wardrobe and dresser and two twin bedrooms with single wardrobes. All the beds have memory foam toppers.

A galley kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, crockery, gas hob, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer.

In the lounge there is a 32" TV with freeview channels. A dining table that seats 6 people comfortably. Occasional tables for your drinks and snacks and spacious newly reupholstered sofas on which you can relax and enjoy a sea view.

The main bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle, a WC with a separate hand basin. There is a second WC with a hand basin.

There is hard standing parking next to the caravan to accommodate your own personal vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of Covid 19, we will NOT be providing bed linen for 2021 Bookings. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN. Duvets and Pillows are included.

We charge a £100 security bond which is returnable once the caravan has been checked by our cleaner.
We do allow up to 2 dogs* at a charge of £25 per dog per week.

Our beautiful platinum graded caravan has double glazing & central heating throughout so is perfect for those out of season breaks or when the weather is not so warm.

Free unlimited WiFi whilst in the caravan for mobile phones, iPads, tablets etc.

The caravan is in a cul de sac opposite the boating lake/fair/indoor & outdoor swimming pool/Lakeside facilities, and only a short walk to main facilities.

Our caravan interior has been given lots of personal touches giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel. On entrance to the caravan here is a light, airy open plan living room/dining room & kitchen area with patio doors at the front allowing access to enclosed veranda. Through a door off the kitchen there is a corridor which leads to the 3 bedrooms, shower room and 2nd toilet. There is one larger than average double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. There is a shower room with large power shower, sink, toilet, extractor & cupboards plus a second separate toilet with sink and storage.

To the front of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car park space with parking for 1 car, with additional parking close by. To the side of the caravan is a 24' x 8 ' gated veranda which has a large rattan table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining & a rotary airier to dry towels etc after swimming. There is also an enclosed veranda to the front of the van with a Rattan sofa set, which is accessed via the sliding patio doors, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or two while you watch the sunset over the boating lake.

The modern kitchen is spacious and comes complete with a gas hob with extractor fan, a separate oven with grill above, kettle, toaster, a large built in fridge/freezer, a built in microwave oven, halogen oven, steamer and all manner of kitchen gadgets, utensils and crockery - all perfect if you choose to cook for yourself.

For your convenience there is an iron, ironing board, upright vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, travel cot and highchair provided free of charge.

In the open plan living room/kitchen/diner there is a large comfy L shaped sofa, tall lamp, large coffee table, wall mounted electric fire, L shaped unit housing a 43" Smart LED TV, & DVD player. There is also a Bluetooth HiFi unit with DAB Radio/CD/USB so bring your favourite music on disc/USB or stream wirelessly from your phone/tablet. A WiFi router is provided so you can log in and access free unlimited internet whilst in the caravan.

The 3 bedrooms all have a wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets, overbed units & bedside lights. All bedrooms have wall mounted 24” TVs. We provide cosy and sumptuous duvets & pillows along with pillow and mattress protectors. You can either provide your own duvet covers/sheets & pillow cases or for a small charge to cover laundering costs we can provide linen and make the beds up for you.

For your convenience there is a supply of cleaning products, to be found under the sink, as well as a vacuum cleaner - our holiday home is expected to be left in the same pristine condition that you found it in so please do feel free to make use of these!

Please remember to bring your own towels, tea towels and a bath mat or two.

Gas and electricity are included in the price quoted, caravan is supplied by piped gas so no bottles to change.
Please do not charge any electric cars from the caravan supply.
Entertainment passes are not included but these can be purchased quickly and easily from the main reception on arrival if required.

PLEASE NOTE; we only start holidays on a Monday or Friday, for 7 nights you can either check in on a Monday or Friday. Minimum booking 3 nights.

If the holiday resort (primrose valley ) closes due to a lock down a swop of dates will be available for guests Or a refund for guests due to arrive in the lockdown period.
If the holiday resort remains open but the booking address faces a local lockdown and travel is not permitted (not just advised against) we will swop the date to a later date.
If the guests are told to isolate due to track and trace or have a positive COVID test , we will swop your stay till a later date. We will ask for proof of a positive test /text/email/letter asking you to isolate. balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday start date, otherwise your holiday will be cancelled.

Our Willerby Vogue is a Caravan Lodge longer and wider and more refined than most. We are south facing with a wrap around decking with seating lounge area and dining area on the front deck area, coffee and seating area at the side lovely on a morning and a seperate Dining BBQ and Firepit area at the rear of our well kept large private pitch with ample private ate parking for two cars...

In the lounge area spread out and enjoy with deep filled carpet smart TV Fire Place, Double Puffee so you can relax and get your feet up and a 52" Smart TV so you can keep up with your favourite Soap or Netflix and chill...

it is a 2013 willerby it is 35ft long 12ft wide it has radiator centrol heating all electrics and boiler are checked anualy it is in good condition and it can be dog friendly there is parking next to it but not allocated .
