Here is our spacious and open plan caravan located on Promenade known as C1. This is one of six caravans we have available to hire on Promenade, we are a registered holiday let company registered as Calivans LTD. Please feel free to read our customer reviews on Google or Facebook.

A little about the caravan.
2 bedrooms - Double bed in one and two single beds in the other.

Bathroom consists of Toilet, basin and walk in shower.

Living room has a pull out sofa bed, small dining table with stools for meal times. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms and living area.
32" Smart TV.

Kitchen is fully equipped, items include: pots, pans, baking trays, cutlery and utensils. Electrics include toaster, kettle, microwave and undercounter fridge freezer.

The caravan has a veranda outside with a jack and Jill seating area.

Our stays include beds made for arrival and access to free WiFi of speeds of 30mbps so can stream netflix and Amazon on our smart TVs.

Our lovely 6 berth caravan sited on mayville caravan park. The site is monitored by CCTV and WiFi is included.
The site is situated right next door to fantasy island and only a few mims walk to all the attractions, local bars and the beach

Our Caravan is on Coastfields holiday Village ingomels Skegness the site is just across the road from the Beach its a 10 minute walk up to Fantasy Island and the famous Fantasy Island Market & just a 15 mins bys ride in to Skegness its self which bus's pass the site every 10 mins
our Caravan is Cleaned to a very high standard it's Baby Safe with Locks on all Cupboards full side Varanda with a lockable gate for your little ones safty and it's Allergy Free its a 6 birth there's Everything in that you'll need to have a fantastic holiday all Beds will be made up for your arrival theres a Smart TV with Free WiFi we have a few few games for children & adults to play with if you staying indoors at any time its No Pets No Smoking or Vapeing inside of any kind our Caravan is in a Prime location on the site close to Bars and Attractions & the Beach there's a Showbar and heated Swimming pool on Site which you'll need passes to go in we have to buy them for the Guests for you arrival we have plenty of fantastic Returning Guests who come back to us time after time you want be disappointed inbox me BonraysCaravansFor Rentor text me Yvonne

Our 3 bedroom caravan sleeps up to 8 people, it consists of one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, lounge area with smart TV, kitchen / dining area and a separate shower room and toilet. In the dining area is a pull out double bed and dining table with seating, in the lounge area there is a smart TV, gas fire for the chillier nights and free WIFI.

The fully equipped kitched has everything you may need for your holiday, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

We provide child bed gaurds, baby bottle steralizer, padded / waterproof baby changing mat baby bath and a child seat for the dining area seating.

Outside there is an enclosed gated decking with table and chairs. Alongside the caravan is parking for up to 2 cars.

Duvets and pillows are provided though we do not provide duvet covers, bottom mattress sheet or pillow cases.

This van is professionally cleaned prior to every arrival.

Our caravan is situated in a fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to the attractions - Fantasy Island, the beach, market, arcades, bars and restaurants.
On site there is Pirate Petes soft play for the childrens, adults and child entertainments in the club and Sealands bar, restaurant, take-away and laundrette.
Our caravan is located very close to the park gate.

Outside the park gate there is a bus stop where you can take a short bus ride (open top in season) to Skegness Pier where you will find endless attractions, the beach (donkey rides for the children),restaurants,shops and bars with lots of live entertainments.

Skegness Aquarium, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Hildreds shopping centre and Hardys Animal farm are all just a very short car or bus journey away.

OUR VAN IS A 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH.
THE CARAVAN PARK IS LOCATED OPPOSITE FANTASY ISLAND INGOLDMELLS.

WE ARE CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES SO NO NEED TO DRIVE.
FREE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT @ BJ'S BAR OF THE ENTERANCE OF THE CARAVAN PARK. ALSO FREE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT @ FANTASY ISLAND.

CHIP SHOP, GROCERY STORE AND CAFE OVER THE ROAD FROM THE CARAVAN PARK.

OPPOSITE THE CARAVAN THERE IS A CHILDRENS PLAY PARK, BRILLIANT FOR ALL AGES.
THERE IS ALSO A LAUNDRETTE ONSITE FOR ALL TO USE.

BEDDING CAN BE PROVIDED IF NEEDED.

WE ALSO HAVE A SISTER VAN 2 PLOTS FROM SAUNDERS RETREAT IF YOU NEED EXTRA ROOM FOR FAMILIES & FRIENDS TO ENJOY A BREAK AWAY TOO.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating to make the holiday home suitable for all weathers.

Gerbara has a modern open plan lounge/diner with fitted furniture including a pull out bed to fit all the family and extra guests.

Flowing through to the kitchen with a integrated fridge freezer and microwave . With u shaped worktops there is ampules of storage and room to create the perfect family meal.

With a double room and en-suite toilet and 2 x twin rooms at the rear of the caravan all with fitted storage. The shower room has a large shower unit creating the extra room needed and another toilet.

GerBara offers something for everybody and would provide the perfect escape you need to the seaside!

The caravan park provides a childrens park and its own shop which provides all you could need.

Upon leaving the caravan park you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, arcades, soft play and even bingo. Fantasy Island is a 4 minute walk and your closest beach is 11 minutes away walking.

£75 deposit is taken to secure your date. After your stay, a caravan clean & check will be completed. When is finished and everything is as found when checking in the deposit will be refunded
