Welcome to Beach Bay Caravan at Cayton Bay, perfect for families and couples! Located on Park Dean Resort, our high-quality caravan sleeps up to 8 people. Enjoy views from the patio doors leading to a furnished decking area. The Caravan is located a 5-minute walk to the local pub, bus route to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. It's also close to all amenities including the stunning Cayton Bay Beach, which is dog friendly all year round.

Park Dean Resort offers a convenience shop, fish and chip shop, arcades, outdoor play area, bar and restaurant. There are also extra paid for activities including crazy golf, trampolines, high ropes swimming* and entertainment*. (*Only included with Park Pass at extra cost.)

Inside the caravan, there are 3 bedrooms, each with Freeview TVs, and a lounge with a brand-new 43" Freeview HD TV, DVD player, and WiFi. The kitchen features an integrated tall fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, saucepans, frying pan, kettle, plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. Bedding, tea towels, and a towel per guest are provided, along with a dish cloth, essential cleaning products, an iron, and ironing board. The caravan includes a separate WC and a shower room with an additional WC. A small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided.

Evergreen Pines is a well-appointed, single-storey lodge near Scarborough, North Yorkshire.

This home-from-home offers a perfect blend of contemporary and convenience, with an open-plan interior and private decked area, offering plenty of space to socialise and gather as a six; also resting a short journey from the beach, a hub of amenities, and the North York Moors National Park, there’s plenty to see and do from the lodge.

Park up, take the external steps, and reach the decked veranda, a haven for alfresco dining on warm afternoons, guiding you into the living space.

Be welcomed by a stylish and spacious area, where you can rustle up delicious meals, gather as a group, and entertain, with an electric fire to light when the temperature drops.

Two well-appointed bedrooms are on offer, including a double with its own en-suite, and a twin, whilst a sofa bed is also available in the sitting area, for greater flexibility.

Refresh and prepare for your coming days from the bathroom, before enjoying your morning coffee from the breakfast bar.

On-site, guests can access an indoor swimming pool, children’s play area, and restaurant, before strolling down to the beach for an afternoon of watersports, swimming, and basking in the sunshine.

Set off to explore the local area, including the hidden gems of Scarborough; hike up to the remains of Scarborough Castle, follow the Cleveland Way trail for clifftop vistas, build sandcastles from the beach, or relax from Peasholm Park, before dining out at a local eatery, with a wide selection to choose from.

Continue your travels for a day out in Whitby, the national park, and Filey, whilst further afield, take to the heather-clad moors for a truly unforgettable experience of the Yorkshire countryside.

Hi we would like to welcome you to our Lovely 8 Berth, 3 Bedroom caravan situated on the Butlins Resort Minehead
The Caravan is situated on a peaceful cove away from the lake and only a short walk from the Skyline Pavilion.
The caravan has GCH, Double glazing and a large decking area with furniture ideal for enjoy a glass or 2 on a warm summers evening.
Inside the caravan there is a large open plan living area with Smart TV, dvd player and cd player.
The fully equipped kitchen had a full size gas cooker, Air Fryer, Seperate under the counter fridge and freezer, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Kettle and Toaster, There is also a Hairdryer, iron and ironing board available to use.
There is a main bedroom with Tv and 2 twin rooms with a pullout bed in the living area, All Bedrooms have USB sockets to charge your devices.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, wash basin and toilet, There is also a 2nd toilet with wash basin and toilet.
Outside the caravan there is parking for 1 vehicle.

This is our recently purchased 4 bedroom van sited at the lovely butlins Minehead in a quiet cul de sac seconds from the fishing lake our van is a 10 berth but have chosen for the time being to rent for max 8 as this is not just a rental but a much loved family holiday home. Lounge has large seating area and dining area with a 55in smart TV free WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. Fully equipped kitchen all cutlery and utensils microwave toaster kettle fridge freezer deep fat fryer tea coffee and sugar provided. Two toilets one with large shower with storage.3 twin rooms one with hoover and storage in all twin rooms one double room which has a 24 in smart TV xbox 360 travel cot iron and hairdryer all beds are made up on arrival at no extra cost we hope our guests enjoy there stay and enjoy butlins as much as we do as a family.

Number 13 is a 4/6 berth caravan with 2 bedrooms; one king size double bedded room with en-suite toilet and one twin bedded room both bedrooms have TV's. There’s also a pull -out double bed in the lounge.
Our lovely holiday caravan on Warren Bay Holiday Park, also benefits from having has gas central heating and double glazing.

The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave and fridge with freezer, plus many extra items to make your stay feel like home. There’s also an iron and ironing board hair dryer hover etc provided.

To the one side of our lovely caravan on Warren Bay Holiday Park, is a decking area with patio table and chairs and a lockable gate. There’s also private parking for two cars.

We DO NOT include bed linen or towels in our rental cost, but they can be provided on request for a small fee of £10 per double or twin set, plus £2 per set of towels per person.

We DO include in our cost, a small starter hamper, which includes a J cloth, tea towel, bath mat, black bin bag, two small white bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soap, tea, coffee, white sugar and milk and coffee pods, as there is no shop on the site also No Club House or Swimming Pool and the nearest shop is in Watchet, with the nearest supermarket in Minehead.

Location

Warren Bay Holiday Park is in the countryside away from any main roads and shops, so is very quiet.

We do ask for NO parties or loud music. Quiet time is after 10.30pm.

On site there is a Reception that opens some mornings for two hours. This is when you are able to buy your laundry tokens (£5) for dryer and washing machines which is sited just opposite the Reception. if you are unable to catch the reception open there are tokens in the caravan we just leave a honisty box

The area around the park is great for walking and there is a path from the site down to the pebbly beach, from which you are able to watch many fishing and large ships go by, or walk (if the tide is right) to Watchet or Blue Anchor.

Warren Bay Holiday Park also offers great access to Exmoor for walks; many National Trust properties to visit; and many small Somerset villages.

Whether you enjoy walking, lots of activities for the kids or just relaxing, then Doniford Bay has it all. Close to the gorgeous village of Watchet with its harbour, steam train and dog friendly pub (within walking distance down the beach) and near to the stunning Quantox Hills and beautiful beaches of Minehead.

We have moved our pitch across to Ocean View 4 (initially for ease of moving), but we have found that we have fantastic sea views, also of Watchet Lighthouse and Minehead. We also have full sun on the decking for an extra 2 hours due to positioning, than we had in our previous location! ☀️????☀️
