There is an electric fire suit with surround in the lounge. There is an open plan dining area adjacent to a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, air fryer,microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and a selection of crockery pans etc for all your self catering needs. There is a shower room with a large shower and sink in with a separate toilet room with sink, ideal for families. There are 3 x bedrooms the master with a walk round double bed and fitted robes . A twin bedroom with 2 single beds fitted robes and a TV and built in dvd player. The third bedroom has two single beds and fitted robe…all bedrooms are heated with electric wall heaters that have timers and can be set on a timer or just on permanent…they get very warm and toasty these rooms . Outside is a huge verander with a double gated entry and exit on both ends. There is outdoor furniture on this huge verander 28ft x 8 ft length. In the shed to the rear is a washer and dryer and full sized fridge freezer as well as kids bikes roller blades and other leisure items for you use. The site is only a 5 min walk away from the beach . Outside the park entrance is the infamous woodies that serves amazing food and does family and adult entertainment with soft play area and showing sport on large screen tvs….the 5 minute walk to the left will bring you to the nearest bars shops eateries and a further 10 min walk or 5 min drive will take you to the heart of fantasy island with all the rides and markets. There is so much to do and explore in the area. You can take an open top bus ride into ingoldmells and Skegness from directly outside the park.

A beautiful 6 berth pet friendly en-suite king size master bedroom with beautifully fitted wardrobes. 2nd bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes and mirrored dressing table area. There is a fully fitted shower room with a large sit down shower in and centrally heated throughout. The kitchen has an amazing full sized range with a hot plate and fully fitted out with white kitchen units and black worktops. There is a full sized fridge freezer and it has a washer/dryer in the kitchen too. There is kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, all pans crockery plate wear glasses you could want for your self catering holiday. There is a white table and bench set in the dining area that can seat 6 people. There is a lounge with a 3 piece suite and the sofa has an additional pull out double sofa bed. It is fitted with surround sound throughout every room in the caravan even in the shower, so you can listen to your favourite music all day long. You can have the music playing in all rooms or pick individual rooms you would like it in. There is a free viewTV and dvd player with over a 100 free view channels to chose from and a selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. The caravan is fully central heated. Outside is a gated verander with outdoor seating . It’s located in a lovely peaceful area open to nature and you often see rabbits hoping around your van or the wild birds come knocking for feeding. There are 2 fishing lakes on site and a tavern that does happy hour serves snack food from the snack bar and has bingo karaoke live auctions and entertainment..right outside the park is Woodies which serves amazing food also does family and adult entertainment. There is a soft play area and also shows sport on big screens. Within a 5 min walk of the park entrance is the bars shops amusements etc and the beach is a 5 min walk away. Carry on for another 15 mins or a mere 5 min car drive away and your in the heart of ingoldmells fantasy island and markets with an array of things to do. There is a bus stop directly outside the park where you can catch open top buses regularly to take you all over ingoldmells and Skegness which is a mere 4 miles down the road away. There is Hardys animal farm next door to the park great for the kiddies to have an animal experience and a little further on a state of the arts trampoline centre for all ages.

Beautiful pet free 6 berth large king size bedroom with fitted robes. 2nd twin bedroom with fitted robes. Fully fitted shower room with sink and toilet radiator. Beautifully fitted Kitchen comprises of cooker fridge kettle toaster microwave air fryer all utensils crockery pans glass wear dinner sets you could need for your self catering needs. Dining table with chairs in front of French doors that lead to the outside verander with outdoor ratan seating area. The views from here you will often see rabbits hopping around herons ducks geese and plenty more wildlife. Inside the lounge has beautiful fitted units with gas fire and surround. There is a large flat screen free view to and dvd player with over 100 free view channels plus a selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. There are two extra long settles with a double pull out bed in one or you could use both settles as single beds on top sleepers on each sofa. Carpeted throughout and fully central heated for those warm cosy night. Little extras adding that comfort feel are present all over the caravan. The caravan is close to 2 fishing lakes on site with great course fishing, day passes available from the site office. Out of the park you are a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops, bars eateries. Another 15 min stroll and your at the fabulous fantasy island and markets with an abundance of places to go. Just opposite the site is the amazing woodies that do family and adult entertainment and serve amazing food. There is also a great soft play area for the kiddies here…to the left of the park is an animal experience which is great for the kiddies and a little further on a state of the arts trampoline park for all ages. There is a bus stop right outside the park entrance where you can take an open top bus all over ingoldmells and into Skegness which is a mere 3.5 miles down the road.

This is a spacious Swift 2 bedroom holiday home which sleeps up to 6 persons with the additional pull-out bed in the lounge area.
It is double glazed and has a set of French doors leading onto a large decked area with patio furniture.

In the main double bedroom there is a large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. This room also benefits from having a private toilet room.

In bedroom 2 you will find 2 single beds, can be reconfigured as a double by request, with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage.

Covid 19 cleaning guidelines and sanitised are strictly adhered to between bookings. Full bed linen or towel service on request £40 (see booking extras)

The main bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle with a shower. There is also a toilet, wash basin and bathroom cabinet with mirror.

In the kitchen area there is an electric oven and hob with grill.
It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Electrical items in the kitchen include a microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and an iron with ironing board.

The dining area has a large dining table with 4 dining chairs.

In the living room there is a flat screen TV, which also has built-in Freeview and a separate DVD player. There is also an electric fire.

Situated in a lovely location of the park overlooking the sea, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main complex and 2 minutes from the on-site shop and launderette. An added bonus is a large car parking area directly next to holiday home.

This caravan has been kept to a high standard throughout to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Devon Bay and for enjoying Torbay and the surrounding areas.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance to be paid 42 days prior to the start of your holiday.

A security damages waiver deposit of £50 is also required and payable at the time of paying the final balance. Subject to no major damages and the caravan being left in a clean acceptable condition, this will be refunded up to 14 days of your departure date, via bank transfer.

The caravan has a large open dining / lounge . It has a smart tv with a fire stick so that you can access TV and apps easily. It is tastefully decorated and has a homey feel to it .
The kitchen is mains gas and fully equipped with a large fridge freezer. Microwave, kettle and toaster. There are plenty of pans and pans, should you wish to cook during your stay.
