A beautiful 6 berth en-suite king size bed caravan with walk in dressing room. 2nd bedroom with twin beds and wardrobes. There is a fully fitted shower room with toilet and sink. The caravan is fully central heated. The kitchen comprises of high level ovens a separate hob with kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, all crockery, pans, glass wear you could need for your self catering holiday needs. There is a tasteful dining area with table and chairs. The lounge has an electric fire suit built in with a 3 piece suite and the sofa has a pull out double sofa bed which can be used for extra sleeping arrangements. It’s carpeted throughout. There is a free view to with dvd player with over a 100 free view channels and dvds supplied for your viewing pleasure. It’s a beautiful home from home caravan with added little extras for that special feel. Parking is directly in from of the caravan…it has gated very large decking verander with outdoor seating and has a great location on the park right near the reception so only a 5 min walk from the beach, bars, amusement, shops etc…fantasy island is a further 15 min walk away or 5 min car ride. The infamous woodies is right opposite where the location of the caravan is and they do family and adult entertainment and serve delicious food. They also have a fabulous soft play area for children and show the latest sport to action on large screen tvs.

A4 is a very well situated 3 bedroom , 8 berth static caravan . Well maintained and modern decor . With the benefit of central heating and double glazing . Parking directly at the rear of the van with direct access to ramped and gated verandah . Step access to the front of the van , leading to the front of the site . The van is situated right at front of the site . No long treks across muddy gras to get to the entrance .
The site is on anchor lane , which is around a 10 min stroll to fantasy island and ingoldmells markets. Alternatively the open top bus that runs every 15 mins stops directly at front of camp. The van has 3 bedrooms / 2 x twin rooms and 1 master bedroom . Also a pullout sofa bed in the living room . Bathroom consists of full size bath with shower screen and shower above bath . Kitchen has all mod cons including fridge , freezer , washing machine , oven , with cooking range . Double doors leading to living room with seating for 8 . 48 inch smart tv , with smart TVs in all rooms . Gated secure decking with outside lighting gating and decking furniture .
We can also offer mobility scooter hire for guests that may require it .
£10 per day with a refundable £150 deposit . ( At the guests on liability) .
We only offer a minimum of 3 day hires
Each stay requires a £75 refundable deposit
We are pet friendly and charge £25 per stay surcharge .

A stunning luxury 8 berth 3 bedroom en-suite master bedroom with deluxe fitted wardrobes in all rooms. This very spacious caravan has two other twin rooms both with luxury fitted wardrobes and mirrors. It has a large beautifully fitted modern bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Fully central heated. The hall way has sunken ceilings with automated walk through lighting system. The kitchen has luxury fitted units with a washing machine, airfryer, microwave, full size fridge freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster. The open spacious lounge has a beautiful corner suite with a double pull out bed for extra sleeping. The media wall has a fitted fire with wall mounted large flatscreen freeview tv with over 100 freeview channel. There are French doors from the lounge leading to a beautiful wrap around verander with outdoor furniture. An iron and ironing board is also supplied. The caravan has both double glazing and centrally heating system.

Max 2 small dogs allowed. But must not be allowed to be left alone in Caravan roaming a small dog crate is available if not taking the dog out .
Beach is a few minutes walk away. Plenty of shops/ pubs and take-a- ways within a few mins walk. Plenty of kids activities nearby. Ingoldmells village is a short walk away. Ingoldmells and skegness a short drive away.
Next door is a club/pub restaurant and laundrette. A fishing lake is available to use (small charge).
Just down the road is Hardys Animal park. And a Trampoline park.
And the very popular Woody's
Pub restaurant which holds daily and nightly entertainment.

£50 deposit is required to hold your dates. (none refundable if you cancel for any reason).
It acts as your damages care bond and is returned provided caravan left as found.
Usually returned within 72 hours provided no damage or extra clean is required.

2 bed 4 berth caravan.central heating free wi.fi plus it is kitted out with
everything you need for a great holiday. The caravan is situated right by the car spaces with a path going right up to caravan. There is a woodys bar 3 mins walk. The shops, arcade, and the beach are just around 5 mins walk. Pillows, duvets are provided you just need to take sheets Pillow cases and duvets cover. A bus stop is right outside the entrance.

8 berth 3 bed pet friendly van with traditional fixed wrap round seating in lounge with a pull out double bed for extra sleeping capacity, with very open space. Free view TV dvd player with over 100 free view channels and a selection of dvds for you viewing pleasure. There are games and some toys in the lounge cupboards for the family to use at your leisure. There is an electric fire suit with surround in the lounge. There is an open plan dining area adjacent to a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, air fryer,microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and a selection of crockery pans etc for all your self catering needs. There is a shower room with a large shower and sink in with a separate toilet room with sink, ideal for families. There are 3 x bedrooms the master with a walk round double bed and fitted robes . A twin bedroom with 2 single beds fitted robes and a TV and built in dvd player. The third bedroom has two single beds and fitted robe…all bedrooms are heated with electric wall heaters that have timers and can be set on a timer or just on permanent…they get very warm and toasty these rooms . Outside is a huge verander with a double gated entry and exit on both ends. There is outdoor furniture on this huge verander 28ft x 8 ft length. In the shed to the rear is a washer and dryer and full sized fridge freezer as well as kids bikes roller blades and other leisure items for you use. The site is only a 5 min walk away from the beach . Outside the park entrance is the infamous woodies that serves amazing food and does family and adult entertainment with soft play area and showing sport on large screen tvs….the 5 minute walk to the left will bring you to the nearest bars shops eateries and a further 10 min walk or 5 min drive will take you to the heart of fantasy island with all the rides and markets. There is so much to do and explore in the area. You can take an open top bus ride into ingoldmells and Skegness from directly outside the park.

Dining table with chairs in front of French doors that lead to the outside verander with outdoor ratan seating area. The views from here you will often see rabbits hopping around herons ducks geese and plenty more wildlife. Inside the lounge has beautiful fitted units with gas fire and surround. There is a large flat screen free view to and dvd player with over 100 free view channels plus a selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. There are two extra long settles with a double pull out bed in one or you could use both settles as single beds on top sleepers on each sofa. Carpeted throughout and fully central heated for those warm cosy night. Little extras adding that comfort feel are present all over the caravan. The caravan is close to 2 fishing lakes on site with great course fishing, day passes available from the site office. Out of the park you are a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops, bars eateries. Another 15 min stroll and your at the fabulous fantasy island and markets with an abundance of places to go. Just opposite the site is the amazing woodies that do family and adult entertainment and serve amazing food. There is also a great soft play area for the kiddies here…to the left of the park is an animal experience which is great for the kiddies and a little further on a state of the arts trampoline park for all ages. There is a bus stop right outside the park entrance where you can take an open top bus all over ingoldmells and into Skegness which is a mere 3.5 miles down the road.
