The Cabin is situated on our Farm with direct access onto The New Forest. There are many tracks and paths that can be explored by walkers and cyclists alike.The wonderful expanse of both open heathland and woodland enclosures make it an ideal location for family or couple retreat holidays.
The Farm also was a Pottery and Tom's Father and Mother both produced and sold pots up until 2018 . They have now retired and the Pottery unfortunately is closed .
There is a local pub the Fighting Male Chicken , easy 15min walk from the property, and also within the village of Godshill is a large Holiday Center with a Cycle Shop/Hire , Restaurant , Swimming Pool/Spa and Small Supermarket.
The Forest Ponies and Cattle graze freely outside the gate so the landscape is forever changing.If you are luck and get up early there is a wonderful amount of Roe and Fallow Deer in this area .
We do allow well behaved Dogs to stay at the property ( max 2 ) but we ask you to let us know if you are bring a four legged friend.

Sleeps up to 6 guests, allocated parking at the front of the unit, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, dish-washer… you name it), cosy large sofa (could sleep two) with coffee table, HDTV, electric fireplace, separate dining table, outdoor lounge on the private decking, full bathroom with shower, en-suite in the master bedroom. Amenities in Bashley include anything from heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam bath, to restaurant, beauty h and spa, laundrette, shop, golf, minigolf, archery, picnic area in the woods, weekly events and activities for children…

And for the first bookings of 2024, we are including the weekly pass for the Park (worth £50) and taking cleaning fees ON US (worth £60).

Parking is allocated, but you will find plenty in the area. The pitch is on a corner, so the decking offers more space around.

All you need will be included, from linen to a welcome kit, and you can refill your kitchen at the local shop, or in New Milton, 5 minutes with car. Seaside is a 10 minutes drive!

We understand that dogs are part of the family so in 4 of our 6 caravans we allow up to two dogs per holiday home.

ALL OUR CARAVANS ARE FITTED WITH FREE SUPERFAST WI-FI.

Most importantly – all our caravans are fully equipped with smoke alarms & fire extinguishers. All relevant appliances are PAT tested by a qualified specialist for your families safety and peace of mind.

All our caravans are 3 or 2 bedroom. They are all equipped with freeview TV's, DVD's, DVD librarys, electric oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, clean tea towel, oven gloves & bath mats.

Beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets, pillows and pillow protectors. We can provide club passes, bed linen, travel cots, bed guards, high chairs and pet cages, at a small additional cost.

An information folder will be provided, including recommended places to eat out, New Forest walks, cycle routes, events, attractions and local info.

We offer a fast call out service if you experience any caravan related problems during your stay.

We also offer a friendly, reliable and personal service and have a high rate of regular returning customers.

Hoburne Bashley is a clean and well maintained 100 acre park, with many excellent facilities. These include 2 heated outdoor swimming pools (May – September), heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. There are many outdoor facilities like a 9 hole golf course, crazy golf, adventure play park, tennis courts & football field.

In the parks club is a bar with satellite TV, restaurant, amusement arcade & childrens soft play area. During the peak weeks there is evening entertainment for all the family, and kids clubs. Also on site is a convenience store and launderette.

The area offers idyllic walks through the beautiful historic New Forest where you can see Deer, Cattle & Ponies roaming freely. Locally there are many attractions, places you can fish, horse ride and hire bicycles. The park is 1 mile from New Milton, and minutes drive to the local beaches at Barton On Sea and Highcliffe. Also nearby is beaches at Christchurch, Mudeford and Milford On Sea – which offers spectacular views of the Solent, Isle Of Wight & The Needles. Lymington is about 6 miles away where to can go on deep sea fishing trips, or take a ferry to the Isle Of Wight for a day trip.

We have a lovely, 3 bedroom Caravan to rent that we purchased new in 2020.
It has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, TV and en suite shower room with sink and WC. It also has two twin bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room as well as a wardrobe and TV in each.
We also have a family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine, larder cupboard and dining table in the open plan kitchen and a large smart TV, warm fireplace and two sofas in the lounge.

We provide WiFi and there is a large, secure, wrap around decking with furniture and a hot tub (extra cost for hot tub).
Beyond the decking is an open area of grass for playtime and it is a short stroll to the main square without being too close or noisy.

Sandy Balls also has the added benefit of the facilities which includes an indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna and an outdoor pool in the summer.
There is a gym, a small spa, an arcade, a restaurant, pub and shop all on site and there is evening entertainment at the weekend and in the school holidays. There is also the option of paid activities like slime making,alpaca walks, nerf challenge and small car driving!

Please note that usage of the pool facilities is paid per person or via an activity pass for the whole caravan per stay. This is paid for directly with Sandy Balls.

I will send more details about onsite activities, activity pass costs and linen and towel hire upon request.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non refundable if cancellation is less than 48 hours notice as I am unable to rebook.

We prefer no pets but will consider a short haired pet (due to muddy paws, hair and doggy smell for the next booking). We do have a dog but use a crate and appreciate that not everyone uses one.

We take bookings Friday to Sunday (3 nights) at £180-250 per night and Monday to Friday (4 nights) which is between £100-120 depending on time of year and last minute availability. Please enquire for a price for the dates you want. School holidays are prices at weekend prices.

Elliotts Caravan Park is a small and friendly park on Hayling Island, located a short walk from the beach.

We have three caravans available for hire that can be rented for WEEKLY HOLIDAYS from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, between 1st March and 31st October. We do not do shorter stays.

Two caravans have x 2 bedrooms and sleep up to four people, and one caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. Dogs are permitted in all the caravans. Max 2 dogs.

All three caravans provides comfortable self-catering accommodation, were new for the 2020 season, and are fitted with double glazing and central heating, and are fully kitted out with everything you need to enjoy your visit, including oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, television, pots & pans, cutlery and crockery, etc. You just need to bring your own sheets and towels. A full inventory will be provided with your booking confirmation.

The park makes an ideal base for exploring Hayling Island, a popular seaside holiday destination with award winning beaches and excellent sporting and leisure facilities. Local attractions include the picturesque local towns of Emsworth, Bosham, Chichester, and East Meon. Stately Homes & Gardens at Stansted Park, Uppark House & Gardens, Hinton Ampner, Petworth House & Gardens, Avington Park, West Dean Gardens, Arundel Castle, Staunton Country Park. Portsmouth has an interesting selection of museums which include the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard where you can visit Nelson’s Victory and the Mary Rose, as well as the Cumberland House Natural History Museum, D-Day Story Museum, Southsea Castle, Genesis Expo, the Portsmouth Museum, and the Charles Dickens Birthplace Museum. 'Crystal Moon' is located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the main leisure complex. With it's cheerful feel & blue and grey furnishings it's the perfect place to relax.

Our caravan is situated in a secluded prime position on the Tulip Field only a short walk from the on site facilities.

This cheerful, sunny holiday home has a cosy lounge with comfortable corner sofa offering seating for all guests. The home has large windows/doors letting in lots of light & offering sunshine all day long.
A Smart TV will allow you to access your Netflix and Prime accounts (please remember to sign out when you leave). We also have a Blueray & DVD player (with lots of DVDs for both children & adults) for those rainy days or cosy evenings in.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV, plenty of wardrobe space, dressing table and an en suite toilet with hand basin.

The second bedroom is a twin bedroom (slightly narrower beds than a standard single bed) with single wardrobe.

The family shower room, along the corridor has a large shower cubicle, wc & basin.

The house sleeps 4 people comfortably in the master bedroom & twin room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for family meals. Electric double oven and electric hob, microwave oven & large fridge/freezer. There's plenty of utensils & crockery. We even provide a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine (& a few pods to get you started).

You will find a small welcome tray on your arrival with tea/coffee/sugar/fresh milk in the fridge & often some goodies. It is just enough to get you started & for that first cuppa when you arrive.

We also provide you with kitchen supplies, just enough to start you off. You will be provided with a full list of what we provide once you have booked so you know what to bring with you.

Central heating and heated towel rails in the shower room make it suitable for Spring & Autumn stays.

We have a large secure decking with table & 4 chairs which is the perfect place to sit with a morning coffee, afternoon cuppa, evening cocktail or glass of wine.

Hoburne Park provides entertainment all year round for little ones and grown ups too. There is a superb playground, a football/basketball pitch, a very nice sized adventure golf (additional fee), heated indoor & outdoor swimming pool with sauna and steam room. For those rainy days there is a pool table and soft play area available indoors to keep everyone entertained. Food is available on site with both a café & restaurant in the main centre. However there are 3 major supermarkets and a superb garden centre within a 5 minutes drive of the park. Not to mention KFC and McDonalds are close by too for those naughty meals!

The holiday park is close to the beautiful New Forest for country walks. It is a a short drive from the Saxon town of Christchurch with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants & the Quay. Slightly further afield are Southbourne, Boscombe, Bournemouth, Lymington and Poole. Within a 10 minute walk (through the gate at the bottom of the park) is the stunning Highcliffe Castle with grounds leading down to Avon Beach.

Itchenor is a quiet landscaped caravan park located between the pretty market town of Chichester and the famous sandy beach at West Wittering.

Local attractions include the picturesque local villages of Itchenor, Bosham, Arundel and the ancient Roman city of Chichester which is very picturesque and has a bustling high street. There is no club on the park, but there are nice local pubs including the Ship and the Lamb. Places to visit include West Dean Gardens, Parham House & Gardens, Highdown Gardens, Goodwood House, Arundel Castle, Petworth House, Uppark House & Garden, Weald & Downland outdoor museum containing an interesting selection of rescued historical buildings, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Bignor Roman Villa, Tangmere Military Aviation museum, Chichester Novium museum and Pallant House Gallery, Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, Arundel Wetlands Centre, South Downs National Park, Kingley Vale. There are cinemas in Chichester, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth. Music and theatre at Chichester Festival Theatre.

For exercise there are lots of footpaths in the area and you can walk all around Chichester Harbour and on the South Downs National Park. The Salterns Way is a 12 mile walking & cycle path that runs from Chichester to East Head beach and passes adjacent to the park entrance. You can play golf at Selsey and Goodwood. Horse riding at Hunters Lodge and Monnington Equestrian. Outdoor swimming at West Wittering beach. Indoor swimming at Chichester. Sailing and boating at Chichester Marina, Itchenor Sailing Club, West Wittering Sailing Club and Bosham Sailing Club. Windsurfing on the Wittering beaches. Wakeboarding, paddle boarding and kayaking at Chichester Watersports.

Local events include horse racing at Goodwood. Motor racing at the Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival. Polo at Cowdray.

Your next holiday ‘HOME FROM HOME’ could be our Regal Regency, 37x12 - 3 bedroom caravan situated on a quiet pitch on the very popular, family & dog friendly Oakdene Forest Park in St. Leonards, Dorset.

In our holiday home you will find central heating, double glazing, an electric fire, fridge freezer, full size gas cooker, microwave,Air Fryer and sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses for six people.

The large, comfortably carpeted lounge area will easily seat the whole family and has a SMART TV and DVD player, plus a radio/CD/tape unit.  Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the park.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two with twin beds.  One of the two bathrooms has a large walk-in shower, basin and toilet, while the other has toilet and basin.

Outside is a private parking space and decking area with space for sitting outside with your evening glass of wine.

We do not include site Passes, these can be purchased on line or at site reception, as required.

We DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN OR TOWELS, but DO provide pillows and duvets. However, you will need to provide your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

As dog lovers ourselves, we are happy to accept ONE SMALL, well-behaved dog and well-behaved children.  

WE WILL NOT accept ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE groups or NON-FAMILY groups.

Prices quoted are for up to six people for seven nights from Saturday to Saturday, although we will consider shorter times depending on the time of year.
