Hi thanks for stopping to look at our lodge, Kailani we hope you like it as much as we do.
This is our family “get away” We’ve been coming to Rockley Park for many years, and it was a dream come true to finally own our own little escape, that we share with our children and grandchildren.

We hope you find it home from home.

We have invested in good quality mattresses, as there’s nothing worse than a bad nights sleep on your holiday.. (too many bad mattress experiences ) there are fans in each bedroom and central heating throughout.

We are set back three rows back on the stunning harbour view, being on an elevated position we have a stunning sea views and the evening sunset is one not to be missed.

Access to the lodge is via a ramp, which makes it ideal for a buggy or wheelchair, although unfortunately we don’t have the door width internally (door widths can be supplied) to accommodate wheelchairs.

Luxury 3 bed caravan on the popular Kinkell Braes site on St Andrews Holiday Park. We offer panoramic sea views, gas central heating, gas fire , double glazing and wrap around decking, private parking for 2 cars . The caravan is a home from home , also includes a sky package and internet. We are fortunate to be located in a idilic peaceful location. The caravan comfortably accommodates 6 people and has everything you’d have in your own home whilst decorated to a high standard. We provide all the bed linen and towels, and the beds are made up on your arrival. We have a fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker , hob, air fryer, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and glasses, the dining area also seats 6 people. Outside we have a large outside storage box, this contains a gas barbecue, picnic basket, chairs for the beach, sun lounges, cushions for seating areas and kids beach toys. We are a five minute walk to the beach and costal walks , the main town of St Andrews is around a 20-25 minute walk from the caravan. There is public transportation easily accessible at the entrance to the park. A taxi would cost around £7 from the park to the centre of St Andrews , there you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants , bars and cafes. Our Luxury Swift Loire is situated on Northfield, 3 Bedroomed, 6 Berth caravan with sea view, full wraparound decking with outside furniture and parking bay for two vehicles.
Free private WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer, Microwave, Tea, coffee & sugar provided. Smart TV, PlayStation and a selection of board games. Home from Home. Linen can be hired but you are welcome to take your own. There is a cleaning fee of £25, we are pet friendly and allow one small dog £25. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request. Lear Leisure is a small family business. As a family we have been coming to Skipsea Sands for over 65 years. My Mum & Dad had three caravans, two on Southfield and one on Westfield. My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. There was a shop and amusements, this has all gone now :( When I was a teenager I used to drink in the Kings and Queens pub and the Sportsman, this seems so long ago. Top and bottom is, my family loved our holidays and we would like other people to make their own memories as we did.

Our diary is now open for 2026 in our lovely pet-friendly 2-bedroom silver 36x12 Abi summer breeze caravan on award-winning Golden Sands Holiday Park towny, North Wales. Inside the caravan, you will find one king-size bedroom with en-suite and a 40" smart HD led fire tv with netflix and wifi one twin bedroom with bed rails and travel cot if needed and one pull-out double bed in the lounge all beds can be made up at no extra cost if required also in the lounge you will find an LG 43in smart full HD HDR TV with Netflix and wifi a DVD player.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find tea, coffee and sugar. Please bring your own milk. The caravan has a fridge, freezer and a high chair for your little ones.

The caravan is double-glazed and has gas central heating and an electric fire in the lounge for extra heating. You will find a lockable gated decking outside the caravan and seating in the double-bedroom wardrobe.

There is parking right outside of the caravan, so no problem unloading.

The caravan park is on the beachfront so there are no roads to cross and the caravan is only 3mins walk away and only 5mins from the Entertainment Complex with a bar, park, and pool there is also a fish and chip shop and launderette lots of places to walk and only a short walk along the beach to knightly fun park not far from the great ty prince market.

Our double-glazed holiday caravan for hire on Seaview Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, Skegness, is a real home away from home.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. There’s also a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The shower room has a shower and wash basin, the toilet is in a different room.

Facilities within our holiday caravan include a 32” Smart TV in living room, a 24” TV/DVD player in master bedroom and a kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge etc. in the kitchen.

Extensions/four ways provided for every room.

Unlimited internet, (in caravan, not site WiFi) Amazon firesticks complete with Discovery+, Disney, Netflix and Prime.

There's a travel cot, bed guard and highchair in the caravan for you to use.

We have oil filled radiators to keep you warm and fans to keep you cool.

The caravan is situated less than a one-minute walk to the beach and just a two-to-three-minute walk to Fantasy Island. At the site entrance there's several pubs, takeaways, cafes and shops. Seaview is a perfect location for everyone as everything is right on the doorstep.

We will try to be as accommodating as possible with regards to dates, i.e. weekends versus weeks – please contact us for your exact requirements.

Newly equipped Willerby static caravan in a tranquil corner of this hill-top holiday park. Use of large family pool, gym and entertainment club with bar, slot machines and mini-golf.

Living Room/Kitchen area is spacious and open-plan. Kitchen is well-equipped with Dualit toaster, Nespresso machine, and pretty well everything you need to cook or roast to your hearts content.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed with new mattress, en suite loo and plenty of storage. Twin room has 2 small singles perfect for under 12s, with wardrobe and shelves.
There's also a pull out sofa bed in the living room, great for 1 adult or 2 teenagers!
Main bathroom has shower, loo, sink and heated towel rail.


The generous deck space has fabulous views out to Pendle Hill and over the lakes below, perfect for a quiet cuppa in the mornings or a sundowner in the evenings.

The thriving village of Longridge is a short drive or 15min walk away with plenty of shops, bars and cafes. Clitheroe is a 25 minute drive and for day trips Blackpool and The Lakes are an hour away. There are beautiful walks in all directions from the lodge.
