Welcome let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan, situated on a cul-de-sac on a clean and well kept site.
Time for the tour;
We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.
The first door you come to takes you into the living room which has a large flat screen TV with freeview, separate DVD, with coffee table near the seating and dinning table. In the Kitchen you will find it fully equipped with fridge with ice box, oven/grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Cookware, plastic bowls etc for young children. Dinnerware set, mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses.
We also provide iron and ironing board, hair dryer and hair straighteners.
For your safety our caravan is fitted with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
No smoking in our caravan.
Next you will walk into the hallway ~ firstly you will see our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Their are 3 bedrooms, we have 2 twin rooms with single beds and one double bedroom.
Plus cupboard with the water heater in.
We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.
On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, Large family bar and restaurant with a outdoor children's park.

Our double-glazed holiday caravan for hire on Seaview Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, Skegness, is a real home away from home.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. There’s also a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The shower room has a shower and wash basin, the toilet is in a different room.

Facilities within our holiday caravan include a 32” Smart TV in living room, a 24” TV/DVD player in master bedroom and a kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge etc. in the kitchen.

Extensions/four ways provided for every room.

Unlimited internet, (in caravan, not site WiFi) Amazon firesticks complete with Discovery+, Disney, Netflix and Prime.

There's a travel cot, bed guard and highchair in the caravan for you to use.

We have oil filled radiators to keep you warm and fans to keep you cool.

The caravan is situated less than a one-minute walk to the beach and just a two-to-three-minute walk to Fantasy Island. At the site entrance there's several pubs, takeaways, cafes and shops. Seaview is a perfect location for everyone as everything is right on the doorstep.

We will try to be as accommodating as possible with regards to dates, i.e. weekends versus weeks – please contact us for your exact requirements.

Hi i have my 8 birth static on seaview Ingoldmells for hire and its in a great position near fantasy island and 2 minute walk to the beach and shops there is a club on the entrance to site the oasis bar at the entrance also chip shop and pizza shop at the entrance not part of site, everyone welcome to the local clubs all in walking distance. modern van 3 bedroom all tvs in every room gated veranda and wifi in the van beds can be made up if required or take own bedding as there is quilts and pillows in van regulary re freshed and small well behaved dogs welcome iv owned vans on that site 8 years the local swimming pool is in skegness or buy a butlins daypass there is an open bus going along beach road goes to skegness and there is hardys farm and plenty restaurants shops and fantasy island and a 5 minute drive to skegness or maybe a day in chapel st leonards .i own a 6 birth van next door to my 8 birth so still enquire as I may have your date ,please phone or text your dates for a price. Our diary is now open for 2026 in our lovely pet-friendly 2-bedroom silver 36x12 Abi summer breeze caravan on award-winning Golden Sands Holiday Park towny, North Wales. Inside the caravan, you will find one king-size bedroom with en-suite and a 40" smart HD led fire tv with netflix and wifi one twin bedroom with bed rails and travel cot if needed and one pull-out double bed in the lounge all beds can be made up at no extra cost if required also in the lounge you will find an LG 43in smart full HD HDR TV with Netflix and wifi a DVD player.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find tea, coffee and sugar. Please bring your own milk. The caravan has a fridge, freezer and a high chair for your little ones.

The caravan is double-glazed and has gas central heating and an electric fire in the lounge for extra heating. You will find a lockable gated decking outside the caravan and seating in the double-bedroom wardrobe.

There is parking right outside of the caravan, so no problem unloading.

The caravan park is on the beachfront so there are no roads to cross and the caravan is only 3mins walk away and only 5mins from the Entertainment Complex with a bar, park, and pool there is also a fish and chip shop and launderette lots of places to walk and only a short walk along the beach to knightly fun park not far from the great ty prince market.

Welcome to our caravan situated on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park. Here you can see and read all the information for the gateway to your affordable holiday.

Our 6 berth static caravan on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park, offers 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom with TV, and a twin bedroom with TV/DVD combi and two single beds that can be made into one double if preferred. There is also a double sofa bed In the sitting room.

All bedding and sheets are provided, as well as tea towels and towels.

For your convenience we also provide a welcome pack of essentials.

As a family man and knowing it is not cheap these days to take the whole family away on holiday, I hire my caravan out all year round 12 months of the year at very reasonable rates. Not only do I keep the costs down, I supply many things other private owners do not offer, for example: bedding and towels; gas/electric; mood lighting; travel cot/playpen and mattress; bed guard and high chair; TV/DVD player in every room satellite TV DVD Play in main bedroom, plus 100s of DVDs; a safe, and much more.

Our caravan is situated on what is often referred to as the (elite end) new development on the Crimdon Dene Holiday Park, which is not too far from the historic town of Hartlepool, famous for its marina and the Tall Ships events. The caravan overlooks the sea!





Bookings & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE: Due of the high demand for bookings, and because of the nature of my other commitments, we are only accepting the following bookings: Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Friday.

We often get people wanting to stay for what we call a long stay! We do accept long stay guests, but outside our main holiday season – please email for a quote.

We DO NOT accept one night stays or just weekends – sorry, but there is just too much extra work involved.

Prices for kept as low as possible!

Due to the ever-increasing price rises by the holiday park and inflation, June, July, August and September are priced at £425 per week or £250 for Monday to Friday. Prices for other months are available, please just ask!

For bookings of 2 weeks or more in June, July, August or September, you will receive £50 off your booking!

Please try and book in advance to avoid disappointment. We always have people asking at the last minute to see if we have any vacancy, and always we have to refuse, due to getting booked up very quickly.

This year with the cost living being so high and my overheads increasing, I have had to increase my prices. I think this is a reasonable increase and will still be the one of the cheapest private caravans to hire on the holiday park.

I have researched all other holiday homes for hire on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park and compared the competition, so am still by far, the one of the cheapest and offer a lot more value or your money – guaranteed!

This is why our caravan is very popular and soon fully booked up, so to avoid disappointment – BOOK EARLY!

Access to the caravan is normally from 4pm on arrival day. The caravan must be vacated by 10.30am on departure day.

Breakages, loss or damage: accidents happen from time to time, which is understandable. Don’t worry about this as 99% of the time I can put this right at no extra cost to you. In the caravan you will find a Feedback questionnaire, please fill this in before you depart, if I know I can put it right!

Small dogs are allowed. All I ask is that where possible, you could bring a cage or basket for them to sleep. Please DO NOT allow them to sit on the furniture. Dogs must also be kept on a leash at all times around the park and doggie bags must be used as and when – please obey. Normal, good dog owners care about the pet rules.

No smoking allowed inside the caravan.

No BBQs allowed on the decking or within 3m of the caravan.

A car parking space is available right next to the caravan for one car, or you can park in car parking bays close by. No parking is allowed on the grassed areas.

Facilities passes are NOT included – these are the only thing we do not include. Passes allow access to the entertainment club/pub and swimming pool etc., and are readily available from the Park office. Please check with them in advance of your stay for the latest prices.

Up here in the North East, there is always something going on all year round; the tall ships, the Sunderland Air Show, monster trucks, fireworks displays, the Great North Run - and this is just in the low season!

The largest car boot sale in the North East (Coast Road, Seaham) runs from March to October on Sundays, starting at 12 noon to 4pm and with just a £1 per person entry, really big, take hour's to see it all!

Newly equipped Willerby static caravan in a tranquil corner of this hill-top holiday park. Use of large family pool, gym and entertainment club with bar, slot machines and mini-golf.

Living Room/Kitchen area is spacious and open-plan. Kitchen is well-equipped with Dualit toaster, Nespresso machine, and pretty well everything you need to cook or roast to your hearts content.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed with new mattress, en suite loo and plenty of storage. Twin room has 2 small singles perfect for under 12s, with wardrobe and shelves.
There's also a pull out sofa bed in the living room, great for 1 adult or 2 teenagers!
Main bathroom has shower, loo, sink and heated towel rail.


The generous deck space has fabulous views out to Pendle Hill and over the lakes below, perfect for a quiet cuppa in the mornings or a sundowner in the evenings.

The thriving village of Longridge is a short drive or 15min walk away with plenty of shops, bars and cafes. Clitheroe is a 25 minute drive and for day trips Blackpool and The Lakes are an hour away. There are beautiful walks in all directions from the lodge.

The first door you come to takes you into the hallway, to your right is the boiler cupboard.A wall mirror and the ironing board is found here too. Next is bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. Then it is the double bed room with wardrobe and an area you can sit and put your makeup on. Another bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. In the main Bedroom you will find in the cupboard above the mirror hairdryer and hair straighteners.
Opposite you will find our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Through the door you will find our Kitchen, it is fully equipped with Fridge with an icebox, oven/ grill, microwave, Kettle and toaster.
In the cupboard you will find oven trays, saucepans, In the wall units wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs and plastic bowls etc for young children.
In the draws there is cutlery, foil etc. The iron is kept in here.
Through into the dinning area table with seating.
In the living area plenty of seating, with coffee table and a TV with freeview, Separate DVD machine.
