Our stunning Platinum Pemberton Knightsbridge caravan which is situated in St Pirans Close gives you the chance to stay in one of the most luxurious caravans on park where you can enjoy the sunshine, partial sea views & glorious sun sets from our furnished large gated decking. The partial sea views can also be enjoyed from within the caravan too especially with the sliding patio doors at the front. You will also find a 55" smart TV in the lounge & reliable free Wifi provided by Starlink.

This is one of the few caravans on park that actually has a bath with shower as well as an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom making it easier for larger families & ideal for younger children that don't like showers. Our caravan offers a high standard of interior furnishings as well as the home comforts of a dishwasher, washer dryer, integrated microwave & oven, 5 burner gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, classic electric flame effect fire, double glazing and central heating for those colder evenings; you can even close the sliding doors between the lounge and kitchen to make the lounge more snug & cosy. If more than 3 bedrooms are required we have additional sleeping in the lounge as our sofa converts to a double bed & you can close the sliding doors and put the latch across to give you the privacy of a bedroom.

We have a lovely kitchen diner with free standing dining table & chairs, a central island with storage & a pop up power socket. Theroom is lovely & bright due to the skylight & large dining room window & side door.

Our longer & wider caravan gives you more room to move around as it measures 42ft x 14ft and has 3 bedrooms 1 of which is double and the other two are twins which could be converted into doubles if you wish. The master bedroom boasts a dressing table with shaver point, hair dryer, travel cot, fan, tv hidden away in the cupboard above the dressing table which is ideal for watching while in bed if you so wish. The twin rooms have their own tvs, hairdryers & fans too.

Beds are made up for guests arrival & we even provide bath towels too. However, you will need to bring your own beach towels. We also provide a wine cooler, iron, ironing board, hoover, travel cot, baby changing mat, highchair, a buggy, hairdryers, fans, windbreak, mallet, parasol, picnic table & decking furniture for our guests to use to make their stay a little easier.

Outside we have a tarmac driveway, patio area & lawn to the side of the caravan which is enclosed with a fence to keep little ones safe from the road that runs along Chy-an-Mor at the front of the caravan.

Luxury 3 bed caravan on the popular Kinkell Braes site on St Andrews Holiday Park. We offer panoramic sea views, gas central heating, gas fire , double glazing and wrap around decking, private parking for 2 cars . The caravan is a home from home , also includes a sky package and internet. We are fortunate to be located in a idilic peaceful location. The caravan comfortably accommodates 6 people and has everything you’d have in your own home whilst decorated to a high standard. We provide all the bed linen and towels, and the beds are made up on your arrival. We have a fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker , hob, air fryer, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and glasses, the dining area also seats 6 people. Outside we have a large outside storage box, this contains a gas barbecue, picnic basket, chairs for the beach, sun lounges, cushions for seating areas and kids beach toys. We are a five minute walk to the beach and costal walks , the main town of St Andrews is around a 20-25 minute walk from the caravan. There is public transportation easily accessible at the entrance to the park. A taxi would cost around £7 from the park to the centre of St Andrews , there you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants , bars and cafes. This is our family “get away” We’ve been coming to Rockley Park for many years, and it was a dream come true to finally own our own little escape, that we share with our children and grandchildren.

We hope you find it home from home.

We have invested in good quality mattresses, as there’s nothing worse than a bad nights sleep on your holiday.. (too many bad mattress experiences ) there are fans in each bedroom and central heating throughout.

We are set back three rows back on the stunning harbour view, being on an elevated position we have a stunning sea views and the evening sunset is one not to be missed.

Access to the lodge is via a ramp, which makes it ideal for a buggy or wheelchair, although unfortunately we don’t have the door width internally (door widths can be supplied) to accommodate wheelchairs.

Living Room/Kitchen area is spacious and open-plan. Kitchen is well-equipped with Dualit toaster, Nespresso machine, and pretty well everything you need to cook or roast to your hearts content.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed with new mattress, en suite loo and plenty of storage. Twin room has 2 small singles perfect for under 12s, with wardrobe and shelves.
There's also a pull out sofa bed in the living room, great for 1 adult or 2 teenagers!
Main bathroom has shower, loo, sink and heated towel rail.


The generous deck space has fabulous views out to Pendle Hill and over the lakes below, perfect for a quiet cuppa in the mornings or a sundowner in the evenings.

The thriving village of Longridge is a short drive or 15min walk away with plenty of shops, bars and cafes. Clitheroe is a 25 minute drive and for day trips Blackpool and The Lakes are an hour away. There are beautiful walks in all directions from the lodge.

Hi i have my 8 birth static on seaview Ingoldmells for hire and its in a great position near fantasy island and 2 minute walk to the beach and shops there is a club on the entrance to site the oasis bar at the entrance also chip shop and pizza shop at the entrance not part of site, everyone welcome to the local clubs all in walking distance. modern van 3 bedroom all tvs in every room gated veranda and wifi in the van beds can be made up if required or take own bedding as there is quilts and pillows in van regulary re freshed and small well behaved dogs welcome iv owned vans on that site 8 years the local swimming pool is in skegness or buy a butlins daypass there is an open bus going along beach road goes to skegness and there is hardys farm and plenty restaurants shops and fantasy island and a 5 minute drive to skegness or maybe a day in chapel st leonards .i own a 6 birth van next door to my 8 birth so still enquire as I may have your date ,please phone or text your dates for a price. A small cozy caravan which is clean and tidy with no frills . Nice little added extras like Wi-Fi , x box , games and buckets and spades for the children . Dog treats for the furry friends . Well equipped . Close to the sea and outdoor heated pool and pub on site .

Our Luxury Swift Loire is situated on Northfield, 3 Bedroomed, 6 Berth caravan with sea view, full wraparound decking with outside furniture and parking bay for two vehicles.
Free private WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer, Microwave, Tea, coffee & sugar provided. Smart TV, PlayStation and a selection of board games. Home from Home. Linen can be hired but you are welcome to take your own. There is a cleaning fee of £25, we are pet friendly and allow one small dog £25. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request. School holidays Linen is included for bookings of 5 to 7 days.

Lear Leisure is a small family business. As a family we have been coming to Skipsea Sands for over 65 years. My Mum & Dad had three caravans, two on Southfield and one on Westfield. My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. There was a shop and amusements, this has all gone now :( When I was a teenager I used to drink in the Kings and Queens pub and the Sportsman, this seems so long ago. Top and bottom is, my family loved our holidays and we would like other people to make their own memories as we did.
