Luxury 3 bed caravan on the popular Kinkell Braes site on St Andrews Holiday Park. We offer panoramic sea views, gas central heating, gas fire , double glazing and wrap around decking, private parking for 2 cars . The caravan is a home from home , also includes a sky package and internet. We are fortunate to be located in a idilic peaceful location. The caravan comfortably accommodates 6 people and has everything you’d have in your own home whilst decorated to a high standard. We provide all the bed linen and towels, and the beds are made up on your arrival. We have a fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker , hob, air fryer, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and glasses, the dining area also seats 6 people. Outside we have a large outside storage box, this contains a gas barbecue, picnic basket, chairs for the beach, sun lounges, cushions for seating areas and kids beach toys. We are a five minute walk to the beach and costal walks , the main town of St Andrews is around a 20-25 minute walk from the caravan. There is public transportation easily accessible at the entrance to the park. A taxi would cost around £7 from the park to the centre of St Andrews , there you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants , bars and cafes. My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. The caravan is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including central heating, Wi-Fi, smart TVs in all rooms (with a standard TV in the double bedroom, so feel free to bring your Fire Stick), air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and stair gates for families with young children.
Outside, guests can enjoy the BBQ, chiminea, outdoor dining table and chairs, lazy chairs for relaxing in the sunshine, and two fold-up camp chairs for children.
The Beach House is ideally located just an 8-minute walk from the beach and only a 12-minute drive from Fantasy Island and Butlin's Skegness Resort. A bus stop is also just a 5-minute walk away at the end of the road, making it easy to explore the local area.

The caravan is both child and pet friendly. Dogs are welcome for an additional £20 fee, with any extra dogs charged at £10 each.
A £100 security deposit is required to secure your booking. This also acts as a refundable bond and will be returned once the caravan has been checked by the cleaner after your stay.

Hot Tub Retreat is located within the grounds of Sycamore Cottage Campsite which is a small, quiet, family run site in Goxhill, North Lincolnshire. We have chosen the caravan location on the site, specifically to provide maximum tranquillity and maximum sun exposure. The fences surrounding the secure, dog friendly garden have been positioned to provide sufficient wind shelter whilst allowing our guests to look at the surrounding views and is a bit of a sun trap.

We want our guests to relax and unwind during their stay. Sit on the terrace with a glass of something nice, dip in and out of the hot tub or simply chill around the campfire with friends. If you don't fancy cooking, we have an abundance of places to eat and drink in the surrounding Villages and Towns.

The nearest beach at Cleethorpes is 30 minutes drive away but you can also get there by train, which is just around the corner.

The flat planes of Lincolnshire make it ideal for cyclists, with the start of the Viking Way being at Barton upon Humber, 10 minutes away.

Market Towns of Barton, Brigg and Beverley are easily reached from Site, as is former City of Culture Winner Hull, with its Marina and Old Town worth paying a visit to.

Further away but within an hours drive, we have the Historic Cities of York and Lincoln.
