It´s fully free to create and use a standard listing. There´s no monthly fee and no commission.

The business model is the same as for dating websites and apps... IE standard use is free and there´s a premium option for people who want more enquiries. Premium costs £6 per month. Premium listings come up more often in the search, have more pictures and an option for video.

The vast majority of enquiries are from free listings. I ran my beach huts site like this for 18 years.

Your listing has your phone number (if set visible) so the customer can contact you directly and an enquiry form. The enquiries from the form go directly to you by email. We do not take a payment or a payment fee. When you receive the enquiry you use the details to contact the customer and arrange payment of deposit and full payment using the likes of a bank transfer.

Current enquiry rate today: 26th March 2024, for a free listing for this site is 73 per caravan per year and it´s rapidly increasing (see Google stats graph). This figure does not include phone calls received.

My selling points are free or nearly free basic service and the best search engine traction in the market.

It´s a local, low cost alternative to the likes of Airbnb - maximising what I give rather than what I take.

The growth figures for this web site have exceeded even my high expectations. I am confident it will be top of the market.
