to main complex. Parking right outside caravan for up to 2 cars.
1 dog allowed. (£25). Must mention at time of booking. Failure to declare a dog will result in your damages care bond being withheld. (Must not be left unattended in the caravan.)
Access from 4pm on day of arrival. Please leave by 10am on day of departure. (Please dont ask if caravan is available prio to arrival time), If you are wanting a early check-in please ask at time of booking (£20 1pm). Otherwise check-in time is 4pm.
Late checkout availability 12 miday(£20) Must mention at time of booking.

Filey is 5 mins away in the car. Scarborough and Bridlington are 15 mins drive away.
£75 deposit is required to hold your dates. None refundable if you cancel, but Fully refundable if park closes for any reason. A £100 damages/care bond is required. Balance due 4 weeks prior to holiday date.
Damages/care bond refunded usually within 72 hours. Providing caravan is left as found and no damage/extra clean is reported from cleaner. On site is entertainment. Restaurants, take a ways. Fishing lake. Shop. Laundrette. Kids activities.
Please ensure dogs not to be left unattended in the caravan
Please report any issues within 24 hours so they can be dealt with
Please note if you cancel your holiday less than 7 days only the damages care bond will be returned
