Open plan living space with all the comforts you’d expect for a perfect stay including, 43” smart tv, large comfortable L-shaped sofa which converts into a double bed, electric fire, double glazing, central heating throughout, free Wi-Fi available (subject to signal), fully equipped kitchen including gas cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, toaster, iron and dining table etc.

Set along the coast of Snowdonia National Park, this serene beach resort boasts wonderful mountain views and is a short 5 minute stroll to the long sandy beach.

Lyons Moelfre View has an EV Charger, launderette and large outdoor adventure play park for the kids along with a separate dog walking field. There is a well-stocked supermarket, arcade, pizza/fish and chip shop, excellent restaurant all within a 2 minute walk. You can also purchase entertainment passes for Lyons Sunny Sands which is just up the road and has entertainment, swimming pool, arcade etc. There is also a slip available for watersports.

Nearby there are mountains to hike, waterfalls to awe at, a golf course at the foot of Harlech Castle, miles of sandy beaches, dunes to explore, steam railways, slate mines and jaw dropping scenery. It really does have something for everyone.

Snowdonia is within easy reach for avid walkers / hikers, Harlech and the beautiful Castle are a 10 minute drive and Barmouth Town is 10 minutes in the opposite direction.

Cyclists can enjoy miles of undulating roads and for those looking for a challenge Harlech boasts the 2nd steepest hill climb in the world (40% gradient). There are also Mountain Bike trails in the area.

There are plenty of local pubs and restaurants to enjoy.

Our lovely family static van is situated on the Haven Greenacres holiday park. It is sited in the quiet cu-de-sac 'Gull Court'. It consists of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has double bed, wardrobe, overhead and floor level units, a dressing table and mirror, and Freeview TV. The two twin bedded rooms each have 2 single beds, floor level and overhead storage, a single wardrobes and mirrors.

There is an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom, plus a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

The lounge area has a 3 seater and a 2 seater settee, also two soft sitting stools. It has a Freeview TV, DVD player and Freeview satellite, along with a roof-mounted Bluetooth radio with remote control.

There is two usb sockets in the lounge, and one in each of the bedrooms.

There is a well fitted kitchen area with everything you need to cook a main family meal or just snacks. There’s a dining table with 6 chairs and a full height fridge freezer.

Outside, we have a large wraparound, UPVC deck, which is ideal for dining al-fresco or sunbathing. The deck is also gated, so ideal for families with small children to run around. Seating and a table is provided.

Bookings are now being taken for Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday, Monday to Monday, Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday breaks. A 5% discount will be applied to any 7 day booking not already advertised. The period of 17/07/2026 - 31/08/2026 is not included.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am

Please Note

Haven Fun Passes are NOT included in the price of the holiday home. These can be purchased separately, directly from Haven. Once the balance of your holiday has been received your details are registered with Haven, they will then contact you direct with your unique reference number, and details of how to purchase passes if you wish. You will then be able to pre-book Haven activities; a table in the Mash and Barrel bar and restaurant; and gain access to the indoor swimming pool and the Marina Bar pub and entertainment complex.

You DO NOT need a fun pass to access the Mash and Barrel pub, restaurant and terrace, the splash zone, outside play area, arcade or the supermarket. You may also enter the Marina bar if the partition wall is drawn or there is no entertainment on at the time.

Please be advised that we are not responsible for anything other than the holiday home you are booking and registering your arrival and departure with Haven. We cannot guarantee what facilities will be available on site. You are paying for the holiday home only.


Bookings


A £50 non-returnable deposit is required to secure your holiday. Full payment must be received 6 weeks before your holiday start date. If you choose to settle earlier then we will register you with Haven at this time. Activities can be booked 12 weeks prior to arrival, and the swimming sessions 4 weeks prior to arrival.

We also ask for a refundable damage security payment of £100, which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked following your stay and no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean.

Please note that pillows, quilts and mattress protectors are provided. However, you will need to bring your own pillow cases, quilt covers and bottom sheets, as well as your own towels.

A tea towel, washing up liquid, dish sponge, hand wash and toilet rolls are provided.


Location

Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park is a fantastic venue for family holidays, with something for everybody to do. The Blue Flag, award-winning Blackrock Sands beach is only a few minutes’ walk away.

Greenacres Holiday Park is ideal for all ages and the entertainment complex is also only a short walk away from our static caravan. The complex is home to the newly-built Marina Bar, which hosts the entertainment, along with a well-stocked supermarket; fish and chip shop; launderette; the Mash and Barrel bar and restaurant with outside terrace; Millie’s Cookies and ice cream bar; and a comprehensive arcade. There’s also the indoor heated swimming pool, and the splash zone outside.

The busy town of Porthmadog is only a short drive away. Here you will find various shops, café bars, pubs, supermarkets and a public indoor swimming pool. There’s also the Ffestiniog Steam Railway, plus the harbour where you could have a go at crabbing. A local bus service runs from the park into town.

The scenery in this part of Wales is truly breathtaking. The area offers several enjoyable walks to be completed, either locally or within the Snowdonia National Park, including Mount Snowdon!

The fascinating tourist village of Portmeirion is also just only a short drive away.

Just got back from our weekend break away. The caravan was spotless clean and everything you could need in there in a great spot a few minutes walk from the beach and being in a little cul De sac my daughter was safe to ride her Scotter around. Made lots more get memories again at Greenacres. Thank you for our stay well worth a visit.

Lovely caravan in great location, close to the beach and far enough from main facilities so no noise. Caravan was very clean and booking process was very easy with good communication from owner, would highly recommend.

Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely caravan. We stayed as a family of 6 and everything we could have possibly needed was in the van. We always worry about cleanliness but the caravan was immaculate and obviously very well cared for. The location was great - a short walk to the beach or the resort centre. Our children loved the amusements. Just a shame we didn’t get chance to sit on the decking very much as we had such rainy weather. Would be the perfect place to relax on a summer evening. Thanks again :)

Recently had the pleasure of staying here on a 4 night break with sister and elderly mother. The caravan was exceptionally clean and smelt divine! Beautiful decor throughout and very comfy, a home from home ! Had everything you would possibly need in the kitchen . Lovely touch of a booklet with details from owners about the caravan and surrounding areas . Only a 5 minute walk from the dunes and onto the beach . We will definitely stay here again !

Beautiful seaview caravan on a family holiday park. Large decking. WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms consisting of a double bed and 2 singles. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. It is fully equipped for a comfortable family holiday. Furry friends are welcome too.

This is lovely homely 3 bedroomed holiday home. It is dog friendly and has wifi. The site has direct access to a long sandy beach and all facilities for a family holiday, including a clubhouse with nightly entertainment for adults and children.

We call it our wellness retreat. The beach is a 10 minute walk, far stretching firm sand, fabulous views and phenomenal sunsets.
Call at the friendly, comfortable restaurant bar nineteen.57, try your luck in the arcades or have a game of 10 pin bowling. Grab some fish & chips on the way back.
The train station is a few minutes walk over the bridge with a journey into Barmouth taking a mere 5 minutes. There you can browse in the many varied shops have a well earned coffee and cake or pop into one of the pubs, most are serving meals too. For those energetic enough there are some fantastic walks, see the waterfalls and ancient burial site.
It really is a break where everything is within your reach.

We do ask that you bring your own bed linen and personal towels but there are protectors on everything.

Tea, coffee, including pods for the Nespresso machine, sugar, sweetners, condiments, sauces, oil/spray oil are provided.
For the 4 legged friends there are feeding bowls, rugs, toys, a lead and treat jar.

There is a mine of local info in a file. Menu's for the local pubs/restaurants and take-aways.

We have a 4 berth modern caravan, one double and one twin bedroom, with central heating, gas fire in the lounge, double glazing, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer.

We have a flat screen tv with freeview and dvd player, secure gated decking area with outdoor furniture, 2 minutes walk to the beach, in a lovely quiet location. Dog friendly.

On site we have a heated indoor swimming pool with Toddler splash area, arcade, mini golf, play parks, basketball court, enclosed dog field, small softplay, restaurant, bar and small shop.

We are about 10 mins drive from the nearest town with supermarket, shops, pubs, restaurants.

Beds can be made up for arrival for a small extra cost, however guests are welcome to provide their own.

A well maintained caravan in a quiet site. It has 2 bedrokms and sofa bed. The bathroom with shower can be accessed from main bedroom and hallway. It has a fully equiped kitchen with fridge and freezer, air fryer, oven and hob. The lounge has 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Outside it had access via 3 steps or a ramp. The patio area has a table and chairs, stored in the garden shed for your use.
On the site there is a playground, soft play area, launderette and swimming pool. You are able to use the facilities of the sister site site, Sunnysands just down the road. This can be walked to along the beach or the road. This site has a clubhouse with entertainment. Passes are required for the swimming pool and clubhouse/pool on sunnysands. This caravan us dog friendly.

The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.

There is central heating throughout.

The open plan kitchen has a gas oven and hob, under counter fridge freezer, microwave, and toaster.

We also provide a sandwich maker and Tassimo coffee machine for your use.

The kitchen leads through to the living and dining area. The TV has Freeview and a DVD player. Some DVDs are provided.

The living room looks out onto a grassed area and there is a separate numbered parking bay. Additional cars can use the main car park outside Reception.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Guests need to bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases which are not provided but are required to protect the duvets, pillows and mattresses. Thank you in advance.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet and storage cupboard and there is a separate toilet with washbasin and wall cupboard adjacent to the bedrooms.

Entertainment Passes for the complex can be purchased separately from Haven prior to arriving - price details vary depending on length of stay, time of year, number of guests, and a copy of the current prices are on the photos page.

Activities can be booked once the passes have been purchased.

A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the holiday.
Payments can be made by cheque or Bank Payment.

PLEASE NOTE - the minimum stay is 7 nights. At certain times we can accommodate 4/5 night stays. Unfortunately we don’t offer 2 or 3 night breaks.

Check in time is 4pm onwards on the day of arrival and check out time is 10am on the day of leaving (this gives me time to clean on changeover day as I do the cleaning myself).
Any damage or breakages must be paid for.
