Set along the coast of Snowdonia National Park, this serene beach resort boasts wonderful mountain views and is a short 5 minute stroll to the long sandy beach.
Lyons Moelfre View has an EV Charger, launderette and large outdoor adventure play park for the kids along with a separate dog walking field. There is a well-stocked supermarket, arcade, pizza/fish and chip shop, excellent restaurant all within a 2 minute walk. You can also purchase entertainment passes for Lyons Sunny Sands which is just up the road and has entertainment, swimming pool, arcade etc. There is also a slip available for watersports.
Nearby there are mountains to hike, waterfalls to awe at, a golf course at the foot of Harlech Castle, miles of sandy beaches, dunes to explore, steam railways, slate mines and jaw dropping scenery. It really does have something for everyone.
Snowdonia is within easy reach for avid walkers / hikers, Harlech and the beautiful Castle are a 10 minute drive and Barmouth Town is 10 minutes in the opposite direction.
Cyclists can enjoy miles of undulating roads and for those looking for a challenge Harlech boasts the 2nd steepest hill climb in the world (40% gradient). There are also Mountain Bike trails in the area.
There are plenty of local pubs and restaurants to enjoy.
