Hi thanks for stopping to look at our lodge, Kailani we hope you like it as much as we do.
This is our family “get away” We’ve been coming to Rockley Park for many years, and it was a dream come true to finally own our own little escape, that we share with our children and grandchildren.

We hope you find it home from home.

We have invested in good quality mattresses, as there’s nothing worse than a bad nights sleep on your holiday.. (too many bad mattress experiences ) there are fans in each bedroom and central heating throughout.

We are set back three rows back on the stunning harbour view, being on an elevated position we have a stunning sea views and the evening sunset is one not to be missed.

Access to the lodge is via a ramp, which makes it ideal for a buggy or wheelchair, although unfortunately we don’t have the door width internally (door widths can be supplied) to accommodate wheelchairs.

We except no responsibility for accidents/ injuries/ loss /damage whilst using / staying at our holiday home.

Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer, Microwave, Tea, coffee & sugar provided. Smart TV, PlayStation and a selection of board games. Home from Home. Linen can be hired but you are welcome to take your own. There is a cleaning fee of £25, we are pet friendly and allow one small dog £25. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request. School holidays Linen is included for bookings of 5 to 7 days.

A refundable £100 security deposit is required when booking.

My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. There was a shop and amusements, this has all gone now :( When I was a teenager I used to drink in the Kings and Queens pub and the Sportsman, this seems so long ago. Top and bottom is, my family loved our holidays and we would like other people to make their own memories as we did.

Our stunning Platinum Pemberton Knightsbridge caravan which is situated in St Pirans Close gives you the chance to stay in one of the most luxurious caravans on park where you can enjoy the sunshine, partial sea views & glorious sun sets from our furnished large gated decking. The partial sea views can also be enjoyed from within the caravan too especially with the sliding patio doors at the front. You will also find a 55" smart TV in the lounge & reliable free Wifi provided by Starlink.

This is one of the few caravans on park that actually has a bath with shower as well as an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom making it easier for larger families & ideal for younger children that don't like showers. Our caravan offers a high standard of interior furnishings as well as the home comforts of a dishwasher, washer dryer, integrated microwave & oven, 5 burner gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, classic electric flame effect fire, double glazing and central heating for those colder evenings; you can even close the sliding doors between the lounge and kitchen to make the lounge more snug & cosy. If more than 3 bedrooms are required we have additional sleeping in the lounge as our sofa converts to a double bed & you can close the sliding doors and put the latch across to give you the privacy of a bedroom.

We have a lovely kitchen diner with free standing dining table & chairs, a central island with storage & a pop up power socket. Theroom is lovely & bright due to the skylight & large dining room window & side door.

Our longer & wider caravan gives you more room to move around as it measures 42ft x 14ft and has 3 bedrooms 1 of which is double and the other two are twins which could be converted into doubles if you wish. The master bedroom boasts a dressing table with shaver point, hair dryer, travel cot, fan, tv hidden away in the cupboard above the dressing table which is ideal for watching while in bed if you so wish. The twin rooms have their own tvs, hairdryers & fans too.

Beds are made up for guests arrival & we even provide bath towels too. However, you will need to bring your own beach towels. We also provide a wine cooler, iron, ironing board, hoover, travel cot, baby changing mat, highchair, a buggy, hairdryers, fans, windbreak, mallet, parasol, picnic table & decking furniture for our guests to use to make their stay a little easier.

Outside we have a tarmac driveway, patio area & lawn to the side of the caravan which is enclosed with a fence to keep little ones safe from the road that runs along Chy-an-Mor at the front of the caravan.

Welcome to our caravan situated on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park. Here you can see and read all the information for the gateway to your affordable holiday.

Our 6 berth static caravan on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park, offers 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom with TV, and a twin bedroom with TV/DVD combi and two single beds that can be made into one double if preferred. There is also a double sofa bed In the sitting room.

All bedding and sheets are provided, as well as tea towels and towels.

For your convenience we also provide a welcome pack of essentials.

As a family man and knowing it is not cheap these days to take the whole family away on holiday, I hire my caravan out all year round 12 months of the year at very reasonable rates. Not only do I keep the costs down, I supply many things other private owners do not offer, for example: bedding and towels; gas/electric; mood lighting; travel cot/playpen and mattress; bed guard and high chair; TV/DVD player in every room satellite TV DVD Play in main bedroom, plus 100s of DVDs; a safe, and much more.

Our caravan is situated on what is often referred to as the (elite end) new development on the Crimdon Dene Holiday Park, which is not too far from the historic town of Hartlepool, famous for its marina and the Tall Ships events. The caravan overlooks the sea!





Bookings & Conditions

PLEASE NOTE: Due of the high demand for bookings, and because of the nature of my other commitments, we are only accepting the following bookings: Saturday to Saturday or Monday to Friday.

We often get people wanting to stay for what we call a long stay! We do accept long stay guests, but outside our main holiday season – please email for a quote.

We DO NOT accept one night stays or just weekends – sorry, but there is just too much extra work involved.

Prices for kept as low as possible!

Due to the ever-increasing price rises by the holiday park and inflation, June, July, August and September are priced at £425 per week or £250 for Monday to Friday. Prices for other months are available, please just ask!

For bookings of 2 weeks or more in June, July, August or September, you will receive £50 off your booking!

Please try and book in advance to avoid disappointment. We always have people asking at the last minute to see if we have any vacancy, and always we have to refuse, due to getting booked up very quickly.

This year with the cost living being so high and my overheads increasing, I have had to increase my prices. I think this is a reasonable increase and will still be the one of the cheapest private caravans to hire on the holiday park.

I have researched all other holiday homes for hire on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park and compared the competition, so am still by far, the one of the cheapest and offer a lot more value or your money – guaranteed!

This is why our caravan is very popular and soon fully booked up, so to avoid disappointment – BOOK EARLY!

Access to the caravan is normally from 4pm on arrival day. The caravan must be vacated by 10.30am on departure day.

Breakages, loss or damage: accidents happen from time to time, which is understandable. Don’t worry about this as 99% of the time I can put this right at no extra cost to you. In the caravan you will find a Feedback questionnaire, please fill this in before you depart, if I know I can put it right!

Small dogs are allowed. All I ask is that where possible, you could bring a cage or basket for them to sleep. Please DO NOT allow them to sit on the furniture. Dogs must also be kept on a leash at all times around the park and doggie bags must be used as and when – please obey. Normal, good dog owners care about the pet rules.

No smoking allowed inside the caravan.

No BBQs allowed on the decking or within 3m of the caravan.

A car parking space is available right next to the caravan for one car, or you can park in car parking bays close by. No parking is allowed on the grassed areas.

Facilities passes are NOT included – these are the only thing we do not include. Passes allow access to the entertainment club/pub and swimming pool etc., and are readily available from the Park office. Please check with them in advance of your stay for the latest prices.

Durham city, Sunderland, Newcastle, The Metro Centre, Dalton Park retail outlet, Tweddle's children’s farm, golf, horse riding, Hartlepool Marina…. the list is endless!

Up here in the North East, there is always something going on all year round; the tall ships, the Sunderland Air Show, monster trucks, fireworks displays, the Great North Run - and this is just in the low season!

The largest car boot sale in the North East (Coast Road, Seaham) runs from March to October on Sundays, starting at 12 noon to 4pm and with just a £1 per person entry, really big, take hour's to see it all!
