We call it our wellness retreat. The beach is a 10 minute walk, far stretching firm sand, fabulous views and phenomenal sunsets.
Call at the friendly, comfortable restaurant bar nineteen.57, try your luck in the arcades or have a game of 10 pin bowling. Grab some fish & chips on the way back.
The train station is a few minutes walk over the bridge with a journey into Barmouth taking a mere 5 minutes. There you can browse in the many varied shops have a well earned coffee and cake or pop into one of the pubs, most are serving meals too. For those energetic enough there are some fantastic walks, see the waterfalls and ancient burial site.
It really is a break where everything is within your reach.

Beautiful seaview caravan on a family holiday park. Large decking. WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms consisting of a double bed and 2 singles. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. It is fully equipped for a comfortable family holiday. Furry friends are welcome too.

Sunbeach is a beautiful caravan park with something for everyone. There is free use of the children's playpark, indoor swimming pool and also a club house with bar and restaurant.
It is a stones throw from the beach and the beautiful coast line of Cardigan bay.
The caravan is close to the beach and in a quiet location so plenty of time for RnR.
We are close to many wonderful Welsh tourist towns where you can spend a wonderful day relaxing, eating ice cream & spending time with friends or family.

A 3 bed static caravan, 2 twin rooms and a double with ample living space and a kitchen. The double room has an en-suite and there is a separate bathroom with a shower.

The caravan has central heating controlled by a hive smart thermostat so no need to mess with boiler settings.

Dogs are welcome in our caravan and there is a secure off lead field a short walk away on site to allow your dogs to run their energy off.

There is an enclosed decking area through double patio doors to enjoy the sunsets.

Located between Barmouth and Tywyn. There is also Aberdovey and Fairbourne within easy driving distance.

You will need to provide your own bed linen, however towels are provided.

If you have young children, there is a travel cot and mattress bed side guard for 1 bed, a black out blind and a booster seat for a young child to eat at the table. If you need to use the cot, we will tell you where it is stored, however, you must put this up and take down. The cot will need to be used in the main living area or master bedroom.

Please note that this is a private rental and any problems should be brought to the owners attention and not Sunbeach.

All site facilities are included and no need for passes. We respectfully ask is that you are polite respectful to the management and staff at Sunbeach.

Our caravan is new for 2023 and has mountain views and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation is graded Indulgent as per Away Resorts new caravan accommodation guide. Our holiday home has residential installation to keep you nice and warm in the cooler months, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer, a master bedroom with king size double and a en-suite shower room, there is also a second bedroom with twin single beds. Outside to the front is an enclosed balcony with seating plus a patio area to the side. We include pillows and quilts and welcome a well trained dog. Access to the resorts Indoor swimming pool is also included. We have a minimum 3 night stay and ask for a returnable damage deposit of £200.

On the site there is a playground, soft play area, launderette and swimming pool. You are able to use the facilities of the sister site site, Sunnysands just down the road. This can be walked to along the beach or the road. This site has a clubhouse with entertainment. Passes are required for the swimming pool and clubhouse/pool on sunnysands. Beautiful twin unit lodge on a corner plot. It has 2 large bedrooms, main bedrokm has an ensuite shower room with toilet and walk in wardrobe. The other bedrokm has 2 full size single beds and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. The lounge area is huge with 2 sofas, 1 being a sofa bed. Theres a breskfast bar and dining table. Full size fridge freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher.
There are double patio doors on the front which lead to a furnished decking area. There is also a side decking and grassed area for bbqs and children to play.
The site has a playground, soft play area, launderette and swimming pool. All thr facilities of their sister site Sunnysands just down the road can also be used. Passes are needed for the pool and sunnysands clubhouse and pool. The beach is a short stroll away down the lane. From here you can walk to sunnysands. The lodge is dog friendly.
