A pet friendly holiday let available on the stunning North East coast with uninterrupted sea views! Perfect for dolphin spotting, aurora hunting and star gazing, this cozy retreat is the ultimate getaway for nature lovers.

A great base for exploring castles of northumberland and the sandy north east coast beaches.

Our bookings are either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

We require a £100 returnable security bond at time of booking.

We allow up to 2 pets - we charge £10 per pet per stay.

Our large lodge style caravan has room for enjoy to relax and enjoy. The full equipped kitchen includes full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and the hob has 5 rings. All cleaning products provided. In the spacious lounge we have a 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs along with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The main bathroom and bath, sink and toilet. Whilst off the master bedroom in the en-suite it has a shower, toilet and sink. The twin bedroom and full size size beds with wardrobe and dressing table with drawers. The master bedroom also has ample of wardrobe space and a dressing table also with tv. We have private WiFi and smart Tv's. The facilities on site are open Mid February until the end of October, passes are available to purchase from reception on arrival. The facilities include heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. Boathouse bar and restaurant. Playground and sports court, indoor play area, arcades and a show bar for daily evening family entertainment. THE FACILITIES ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO A FIRE ON 01/09/2024 AND ARE DUE TO OPEN NEXT SEASON 2025.

Number 3 at Seton Sands is located on Haven’s Seton Sands Holiday Village on the coast at Port Seton.
It has 5* reviews from our guests for our now 3rd year on the park, for comfort, cleanliness & all our little extras we offer.

Located on the back row of the park that is surrounded by other lodges in a quiet cul-de-sac, just an 8 minute's walk to the beach and all the parks amenities.

Our family Haven GOLD grade lodge is exceptionally spacious 42ft x 14ft and provides an exceptional luxurious countryside 5* stay.
Stylish soft furnishings, all the mod cons you could hope for in a holiday home away from home. Panoramic frontage with partial sea views, patio doors lead to our full wrap around gated decking & patio furniture. Parking for 1 car next to the lodge.
The spacious lounge/kitchen/diner is open plan giving a wonderful ambience, all our furniture is free-standing, 2 large sofa’s, fireplace with remote controlled electric fire, tv unit, smart tv so you can log into Netflix etc, unlimited wi-fi, dvd player, 13 dvd’s to choose from & a PS3 with 2 controllers & 12 games to choose from, pack of playing cards, UNO & stickle bricks for the younger one’s in the family.

The stylish kitchen area has a table and chairs, the kitchen has everything you’d require “should you choose” to cook a meal, 5 burner gas hob, oven & grill, integrated frost free fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Bosch washing machine. In addition we have a Ninja Dual Air Fryer, Nespresso Pixie coffee machine & pods, kettle/toaster & individually wrapped tea/coffee/sugar.
We provide a welcome basket & there are cleaning products, dishwasher/washing machine pods for your use during your stay.
There’s also an ironing board & steam iron for your use & a hand held dyson, mop/bucket, floor brush etc & an outside clothes airer.

Steam Iron & ironing board, clothes airer & a hairdryer in each bedroom.
There are two bedrooms, all beds are fully made up for your arrival. The beds have upgraded pocket sprung mattresses & bamboo memory foam toppers on all beds for extra comfort.
All our beds have enclosed mattress protectors, additional padded mattress protectors, enclosed duvet protectors on our 100% Hungarian down duvets & pillow protectors.

The principal bedroom has king size bed, dressing table/chair, with drawers either side & a walk through dressing room that leads into its own en-suite bathroom-shower over bath.

Towels & bath mats are provided for lodge use only.
Please bring swimming & beach towels & a towel for your dog if bringing one.

The generous twin room has 2 full size single beds, wardrobe/drawers & 2 plug in night lights.

There is ample room for a Travel Cot bed in the master bedroom & bedding from the Little White Company is available as is a high chair on request.

There is a walk in shower room, roomy shower, sink, toilet & plenty storage, shaver points in both bathrooms.
Complimentary toiletries are provided in both bathrooms.

The lodge is capable of sleeping 4 comfortably or 6 if the sofa bed in the lounge is used.
Fully double glazed with central heating controlled via Hive thermostat.
Number 3 at Seton Sands is insulated to residential specifications, cooler in summer, warmer in the cooler months of the season.

At the entrance to the holiday park there are frequent buses directly into Edinburgh, Lothian Regional Transport - 26 Seton Sands.

Just behind Number 3 is a 9 hole golf course with the best views over the Firth of Forth & also the “trim trail” a walk around the perimeter of the golf course, a lovely 20 minute walk if you have your dog with you or want to tire the kiddie’s out without having to constantly watch the roads as there is none on this walk.
East Lothian has too many golf courses to mention along the coast line.

This family-orientated park has fantastic facilities, on park restaurant Boatie Blest, where you can relax, have a coffee/drink/meal, pets are welcome.
In addition there is a Chip shop, mini market & launderette, swimming pool & arcades.

Please note; by booking with us you are booking the holiday home only.

We have been informed that play passes may be subject to availability and will be available for private rental guests to purchase & book activities up to 12 week’s & 4 weeks for swimming in advance of your arrival date only once full payment for the holiday home rental has been received.
In purchasing play-passes it will give access to booking, swimming sessions and activities, entertainment venues. Please be aware that some activities may incur an extra charge over and above the cost of your play-pass.

GUEST WHO DO NOT WISH TO PURCHASE PLAY-PASSES -can still enjoy;
Arcades, Restaurants, take away food outlets, supermarket, launderette and outdoor play areas.

LEAD GUEST MUST BE 25 YEARS AND OVER.

If you choose to purchase stay/play passes you’ll have access to a 9 hole golf course with stunning views over the Firth of Forth, a swimming pool, with flumes and various water sport activities & day time/evening entertainment for all the family to enjoy.

Once you're all unpacked and ready to explore you can take a stroll into Port Seton to be met by a range of amenities, food stores, shops, charming pubs, delicious chippy where your fish and chips can be eaten down by the small picturesque harbour.

The local East Lothian area is renowned for world famous golf courses, Archerfield and Muirfield to name just a few.
From the lodge you are just a ten minute stroll down to the sandy beaches at Port Seton or there is parking available too down at the Bents car parking which is a 2 minute drive from the park but you have a whole East Coast of beaches to explore as well as many local castles & historic sites.
Take a leisurely climb up North Berwick Law, usually takes around 45 minutes to climb and the same to get back down but while you're up there take a few moments to admire your surroundings and the amazing views it has to offer.

Grab a bus into Edinburgh from the main entrance to the Park- into Princess Street and you’re in the Capital City of Edinburgh and all it has to offer or park at the park & ride in Longniddry and get the train into Waverly train station, a mere 15 minute train ride.
There's so much to see and do from your base at Number 3 at Seton Sands, the perfect choice for your next escape with the added benefit of a bit of luxury!

Jonstone Pines has been designed to offer a wonderful base for a large family or a group of friends in pursuit of a holiday to this part of the coast.

Enter into the property and be welcomed into the spacious open-plan living room, offering a social hub for you all to gather to create wonderful memories.

The sleek kitchen comes complete with plenty of space to prepare a beach day picnic or make use of the quality appliances to rustle up a delicious evening meal before regrouping with your loved ones at the dining table to tuck in.

After dinner, I look forward to curling up on the plush sofa and tuning into the TV or opening up the patio doors to allow a cool breeze to filter into the room during a balmy evening.

With all the rooms situated on the ground floor, access to all three bedrooms is easy, each one set up to ensure a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit all party make-ups.

Choose between an elegantly furnished double bedroom with an en-suite, another double bedroom, or a family bedroom boasting two bunk bedrooms, ideal for friends or younger members of the family.

To the exterior, you and your loved ones can soak up the sunshine from the decked garden area, where tables and chairs provide an opportunity for alfresco dining during the summer months.

With so many superb on-site facilities, you may stay upon the holiday park for the duration of your stay; make the most of the indoor heated pool, dine at the restaurant or spend a fun-filled day at the adventure playground and crazy golf.

Alternatively, take a stroll to nearby Cayton Bay Beach, where children will be delighted by the rockpools that are awaiting to be discovered, whilst adults will be in awe of the wonderful views.

Alternatively, head to the town of Scarborough, where you will find a choice of two beaches, which are overlooked by the magnificent castle, as well as the delightful Peasholm Park, perfect for an afternoon stroll.

Other attractions within the town which are sure to delight groups of all ages include, the SEA LIFE Centre, Alpamare UK and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music.

If you are feeling adventurous, Filey and the historical town of Whitby rest a scenic drive away and both promise wonderful days out.

With so much to see and do, Jonstone Pines promises a fun-filled holiday for all.

For the month of December Cayton Bay Holiday Park Winter Wonderland is the ultimate Christmas experience. Featuring ice skating, pantomimes, Christmas wreath making, bauble making, Crystal Christmas Card making, festive movie theatre, festive sand art, Make A Bear festive, Breakfast with Santa, Festive milkshake mornings, Krew appearance, Elf academy, meet Santa’s reindeer, search for Santa, glow skate, festive pottery painting, chocolate fun factory, Christmas lunch, lantern parade rehearsal, the big switch on, Showstopper Production: “Christmas With Love”, Starland Krew – Christmas In Concert, Cash Bingo, Live Acts, Christmas Concert and many more action-packed activities alongside food, family and Christmas fun.

Rose Lodge is our family-owned, pet friendly, 8 berth, 3 bedroom lodge.

It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with overhead shower, along with two twin-bedded rooms a family shower and a toilet room. All bedrooms have a TV and DVD player.

The family shower/toilet room has a full shower, toilet, and washbasin.

In the lounge, there is a pull-out double bed, electric fire, and a 40" TV, plus a DVD player, CD player and MP3 docking station. all gas and electric include but NOT car charging as the park does NOT allow car charging from the holiday unit

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a full cooker and many extra kitchen utensils. There is also a utility room with a washer plus a fridge for dog food or fishing bait

Outside is a large decking area with a large area at the front and all along one side with a slope and lockable gate at the end, so children and pets have some freedom, with adult supervision, plus the patio table and chairs. There is also a lockable, wooden tackle box you are able to use in the utility room to store your rods etc. No wet nets etc. are allowed in the lodge.

There is private parking for two cars.

A high end 2 bedroom Pemberton Rivendale Lodge which is furnished and equipped to a very high standard - the lodge is very spacious 44’ x 20’ (880 sq ft). The large wrap around decking which is furnished with a rattan sofa set is the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the ducks go by in the pond or sit at the dining table and have your breakfast or morning coffee.

The accommodation comprises:

Kitchen Area - with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher, microwave and gas oven/hob, American fridge/freezer and dining table and chairs.

Lounge Area - with two settees and wall mounted TV

Sun Room - with two seater sofa and patio doors leading on to the outside decking area.

Utility Room - with washing machine and sink unit

Bedroom 1 – master bedroom with access to a small decking area, kingsize bed, ample storage space, wall-mounted TV and ensuite with large walk-in shower. The patio doors open onto a small decking area.

Bedroom 2 – with a double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets.

Bathroom - with bath and shower attachment.

This luxury lodge on Southview Holiday Park has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed. Outside we have a large wrap around decking area and a smaller decking area leading from the master bedroom.
Parking for 2 vehicles is available.

The lodge is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is one of the largest lodges on the park.

For your added peace of mind, the lodge will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Please note that we do not use the Park's cleaning team therefore you can be assured that your holiday home will be cleaned to a high standard.

Duvets and pillows are supplied together with bedding. Towels are not supplied.

£75 deposit required with balance due 4 weeks before your stay. Instalments accepted please enquire.

Entertainment passes are NOT included, but can be purchased on site.

No pets allowed.

Sorry we do not accept groups of under 25's, hen/stag parties or batchelor/batchelorette groups.

The lead guest who books, must be 25 years or over at the time of booking.

Park facilities and entertainment operate seasonally and are subject to availability.
