MOLLIES DEN 2 is located on The Grange Caravan Park on Chapel Road. It is a lovely home from home 8 Berth caravan with 3 bedrooms. A master double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms. A modern kitchen area with full sized fridge freezer, an air fryer, and everything else that you need including a separate dining area. It has a good sized lounge with a lovely fireplace with electric flame effect fire, smart TV with Freeview and seating for 8. The sofa converts into a further double bed. Outside it has full sized lockable decking with seating. The Grange is situated on the A52 between Ingoldmells and Skegness and is the only static caravan holiday park with direct access to Ingoldmells village. It is close to all local attractions, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, featuring top artists such as tribute acts, bands etc. It is also close to arcades and shops and just a short distance away from Fantasy Island. Skegness is 3 miles away and accessible either by car or local bus service. Chapel St Leornards and Mabelthorpe are both short distances away. Local restaurants and takeaways offer various types of cuisine including Pizza, Indian and Chinese food, Kebabs, traditional pub food and good old fish n chips.

Our caravan is situated just behind Luna Park/Glen Park Market on Sea Lane in Ingoldmells across the road from Fantasy Island theme park.

The beach, all attractions, restaurants, cafés, amusements and markets are a short 2-minute walk.

The caravan has a spacious lounge and dining area, Smart TV, DVD player and DVD’s, Safe Electric Fire, Private WIFI, books and children’s games to enjoy, full wrap around veranda with hot tub and patio furniture.

Fully double glazed and central heated.

Fully equipped kitchen with full gas cooker, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, utensils and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Master with King Size bed, dressing table, wardrobes and en-suite toilet and wash basin.

2 x Twin Singles with wardrobes.

Welcome everyone

Let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan on The Chase Caravan Park, Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire PE25 1LZ.

Situated on a cul-de-sac on a clean and well kept site.

Time for the tour;

We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.

The first door you come to takes you into the living room which has a large flat screen TV with freeview, separate DVD, with coffee table near the seating and dinning table. In the Kitchen you will find it fully equipped with fridge with ice box, oven/grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Cookware, plastic bowls etc for young children. Dinnerware set, mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses.

We also provide iron and ironing board, hair dryer and hair straighteners.

For your safety our caravan is fitted with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.

No smoking in our caravan.

Next you will walk into the hallway ~ firstly you will see our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Plus another toilet with a sink.

Their are 3 bedrooms, we have 2 twin rooms with single beds and one double bedroom.

Plus cupboard with the water heater in.

We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies.

Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.

On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, Large family bar and restaurant with a outdoor children's park.

Linen is available to hire £20 from a company that drops off and collects.

Outside there is a large gated decking area with patio area for dining. Waterside is a lovely park with fishing lakes, natural wildlife and also gated access to the beach. It has a tavern onsite and is close to all amenities and Fantasy Island is just a short distance away. Local attractions include various bars with nightly entertainment including top vocalists, bands and tribute acts. Restaurants of various descriptions serving food of all descriptions including the traditional seaside dish of Fish n Chips and also Chinese, Indian and Kebab restaurants. Skegness is less than 10 mins away and Chapel St Leonards and Mabelthorpe are both short drives or bus rides away. Children can enjoy a trip to Hardys animal farm on Anchor Lane.

Ingoldmells beaches have a Blue Flag Award meaning the area is safe for paddling, bathing and swimming. Conveniently located at the park entrance is a car park and reception. The Waterside Tavern is a family friendly bar on-site and directly opposite is Woody’s Bar and Restaurant, a popular entertainment bar hosting entertainment and showing live sports events.
