Newly equipped Willerby static caravan in a tranquil corner of this hill-top holiday park. Use of large family pool, gym and entertainment club with bar, slot machines and mini-golf.

Living Room/Kitchen area is spacious and open-plan. Kitchen is well-equipped with Dualit toaster, Nespresso machine, and pretty well everything you need to cook or roast to your hearts content.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed with new mattress, en suite loo and plenty of storage. Twin room has 2 small singles perfect for under 12s, with wardrobe and shelves.
There's also a pull out sofa bed in the living room, great for 1 adult or 2 teenagers!
Main bathroom has shower, loo, sink and heated towel rail.


The generous deck space has fabulous views out to Pendle Hill and over the lakes below, perfect for a quiet cuppa in the mornings or a sundowner in the evenings.

The thriving village of Longridge is a short drive or 15min walk away with plenty of shops, bars and cafes. Clitheroe is a 25 minute drive and for day trips Blackpool and The Lakes are an hour away. There are beautiful walks in all directions from the lodge.

Luxury 3 bed caravan on the popular Kinkell Braes site on St Andrews Holiday Park. We offer panoramic sea views, gas central heating, gas fire , double glazing and wrap around decking, private parking for 2 cars . The caravan is a home from home , also includes a sky package and internet. We are fortunate to be located in a idilic peaceful location. The caravan comfortably accommodates 6 people and has everything you’d have in your own home whilst decorated to a high standard. We provide all the bed linen and towels, and the beds are made up on your arrival. We have a fully equipped kitchen, gas cooker , hob, air fryer, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and glasses, the dining area also seats 6 people. Outside we have a large outside storage box, this contains a gas barbecue, picnic basket, chairs for the beach, sun lounges, cushions for seating areas and kids beach toys. We are a five minute walk to the beach and costal walks , the main town of St Andrews is around a 20-25 minute walk from the caravan. There is public transportation easily accessible at the entrance to the park. A taxi would cost around £7 from the park to the centre of St Andrews , there you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants , bars and cafes. The caravan is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including central heating, Wi-Fi, smart TVs in all rooms (with a standard TV in the double bedroom, so feel free to bring your Fire Stick), air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and stair gates for families with young children.
Outside, guests can enjoy the BBQ, chiminea, outdoor dining table and chairs, lazy chairs for relaxing in the sunshine, and two fold-up camp chairs for children.
The Beach House is ideally located just an 8-minute walk from the beach and only a 12-minute drive from Fantasy Island and Butlin's Skegness Resort. A bus stop is also just a 5-minute walk away at the end of the road, making it easy to explore the local area.
You’ll find plenty of amenities right on your doorstep, including pubs, cafés, takeaways, arcades, bingo, and live entertainment. Passes for the children’s pool are also available.
The caravan is both child and pet friendly. Dogs are welcome for an additional £20 fee, with any extra dogs charged at £10 each.
A £100 security deposit is required to secure your booking. This also acts as a refundable bond and will be returned once the caravan has been checked by the cleaner after your stay.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.

Lear Leisure is a small family business. As a family we have been coming to Skipsea Sands for over 65 years. My Mum & Dad had three caravans, two on Southfield and one on Westfield. My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. There was a shop and amusements, this has all gone now :( When I was a teenager I used to drink in the Kings and Queens pub and the Sportsman, this seems so long ago. Top and bottom is, my family loved our holidays and we would like other people to make their own memories as we did.
