Willerby salsa Eco, Deluxe 3 bedroom, 8 person, holiday home for let on Haven Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes. Our holiday home is situated a short walk away from the main complex, activities and beach access. Fully furnished with everything you need to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.

2 x bathrooms - Bathroom 1 has shower, WC and hand basin. Storage shelves for toiletries - Bathroom 2 has WC and hand basin

Storage cupboard beside the main door which provides hanging space for coats and space for shoes.

Spacious lounge with ample seating and a large coffee table. Gas fire - 43" smart tv with netflix for guest use - wi-fi - A selection of board games, dvd player/dvds and books are provided for your entertainment -

Outside there is a large decking area with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine with your family/friends. The decking gate is lockable to ensure the safety of young children. Parking for 2 x cars. Gas/electric and bedding are all included (exc cot bedding). Beds will be made up for your arrival. High chair and bed guard are also provided.

Lead guest must be over the age of 21.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your dates. A £100 refundable security bond is also required. The security bond will be returned within 5 days of your holiday ending, once all checks have been made.

Bacs Transfer is the preferred method of payment but cheques are accepted. Payments plans are also accepted. Full balance for your stay to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

For health and safety & insurance customers are not allowed to have day visitors to the static caravan please meet family and friends off-site so we can limit the number of people on our campsite.

Welcome let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan, situated on Sherwood. It is a clean and well kept site.
Time for the tour;
We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.
The first door you come to takes you into the hallway, to your right is the boiler cupboard.A wall mirror and the ironing board is found here too. Next is bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. Then it is the double bed room with wardrobe and an area you can sit and put your makeup on. Another bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. In the main Bedroom you will find in the cupboard above the mirror hairdryer and hair straighteners.
Opposite you will find our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Through the door you will find our Kitchen, it is fully equipped with Fridge with an icebox, oven/ grill, microwave, Kettle and toaster.
In the cupboard you will find oven trays, saucepans, In the wall units wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs and plastic bowls etc for young children.
In the draws there is cutlery, foil etc. The iron is kept in here.
Through into the dinning area table with seating.
In the living area plenty of seating, with coffee table and a TV with freeview, Separate DVD machine.

We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan, unless crated. But not for hours. with it being a strange place for them also not ideal when the weather is hot. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.

On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, The Club Tropicana, Large family bar and restaurant. We also have an outdoor children's park and swimming baths. For more information on prices for the Club and swimming feel free to ask.
