Kitchen area has, gas cooker, microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment.
Has everything needed for everyday use ie, iron,pots pans, plates, cutlery, crockery, cups glasses, tea coffee sugar etc & a slow cooker.
Large dining table & 4 chairs.
2 doors to the caravan 1 front entering into the kitchen and 1 door entering by the bedroom area.
Caravan has its own personal WIFI & direct beach access but let's not forget a fun filled site that has not one but two club houses, restaurant, shop, chip shop, Launderette, indoor pool, soft play, mini arcade, park, caged football pitch, crazy golf, bag jump, high ropes, kids clubs, entertainment for all the family & NO passes are required.
You get ull use of Whitehouse Leisure park and our sister site golden gate.
Within the local area you will find a market & fair just a short walk away, lots of shops, arcades and amusements.
The most scenic views that are picture perfect and so many stunning places to visit within a short drive, castles, gardens etc and if you are National Trust members your choices are unlimited! And you will never get board so if it be a walk down the river to a stroll on the beach or get your heart racing on the fair we definitely have it covered.
From spending pennies in the arcade to pounds at the market you will never be board.

A large park set within 28 acres, Golden Gate is situated in Towyn within easy reach of the towns of Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and Conwy, and has many facilities on the holiday centre to help you enjoy yourself.

Welcome to our lovely homely 8 berth static caravan it is fully double glazed so will still be warm in the colder months of the season. It is fully central heated with an electric fire in the sitting room. We have 2 toilets 1 is the main shower room. The kitchen/ dining area is a fair size with a full size fridge/ freezer. The caravan is located central to all the onsite amenities such as the main office, club, shop, laundrette and even the children play area.

In Prime location on the Park with stunning views - all bedding provided -sorry no pets. 3 bedroom 2 toilets This is a Parkdean resort with great facilities for both for Adults and children- Indoor swimming pool with water slide ,numerous out door activities- zip wire Climbing ropes - playground crazy golf - indoor activities for children with Starland Crew - Entertainment program - live link up bingo every night Restaurant - Fish and chip shop Launderette on site - Pizza Hut - Ice-cream Hut -WiFi on site Beach 5 mins walk away - Fairgrounds and local markets nearby —-Close to all that Beautiful North Wales has to offer

There is a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your holiday date

There is also a £100 bond which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and all is okay
