Welcome to our lovely, homely three bedroom caravan at Weymouth Bay, a Haven Site. Sleeping up to 8 in three bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge,
Situated in a quiet spot but near to the new Adventure Village and only a few minutes from the main complex, we have the best of both worlds. The adventure Vilage, with an outside bar for the summer months has activities for all ages, including a high ropes activity as well as a smaller version for the little ones. A Nerf challenge, climbing wall as well as lots of other activities, so much to do for all the family.

A few minutes from the main complex where you’ll find the Live Lounge with childrens entertainment as well as shows, passes are needed for access to this area.

Within walking distance of the beach at Bowleaze Cove with cafes and a Fun Fair as well as cafes. You can even have a cocktail on the beach from The Cheeky Tipple. Some water sports are also available here.

A bus service from just outside the main gate will take you into the town and drop you off right beside the main beach, so much to do there for all the family. During the summer weeks buses come into the site and take you to the town, fares will apply.

We have a lovely gated decking where you can watch the sunset at the end of the day and keep an eye on the children playing on the grassed area right in front. Unlimited free WiFi and smart TV gives you the option of staying in and watching the many channels it offers and ordering in food anything from Pizza to Burgers and beyond is available either on site or though Just Eat or Deliveroo. There are three pubs within walking distance, The Spice Ship, The Bridge and a little further away, The Springhead. Details of these are in my welcome book in the caravan. Good availability throughout the year but the holidays do get booked up quickly so please bear that in mind.

Water Lily is a beautiful, modern 3-bedroom holiday home located on Haven’s Award-Winning Rockley Park on Poole Harbour.
• Location: Water Lily occupies an elevated sunny plot in a quiet cul-de-sac on Bay Hollow. It’s just a short walk to all amenities and downhill to the lovely sandy beach with a café and water sports (charges apply on-site).
• Features:

o Dogs are welcome at no additional charge (conditions apply).
o The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a full range of cutlery and crockery.
o The lounge/diner features free-standing furniture, a large flat-screen TV, a fire, and a dining table with chairs.
o The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite toilet and basin, as well as a large, fitted wardrobe.
o One additional bedroom with twin beds and wardrobes.
o Family shower room with toilet and basin.
o Enclosed sun balcony with table and garden chairs.
• Dog-Friendly: Water Lily welcomes dogs, provided no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Dogs must not be left alone (unless crated) and should be kept off the furniture. They must also be treated for and free of parasites.
• Bedding and Linens: Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests need to bring their own bed linen, towels, and tea towels.
• Park Passes: Park passes for Haven activities and facilities are not included in the caravan hire prices and can be purchased separately.
• Availability: Water Lily is available for hire from 2nd March to 2nd January, with discounts for longer stays during the winter months.

A stylish holiday home with Sky Deck. For up to 6 people. Stunning views of Chesil Beach & Portland Harbour, with access to many excellent facilities. Ideal for exploring the Jurassic coast or just relaxing.
Our Sky Deck holiday home is situated on the award winning 5* Chesil Beach Holiday Park. Chesil Beach Holiday Park is part of the Watersides Holiday Group and is situated at the lower end of Wyke Regis, conveniently located near Weymouth and Portland. The Park is adjacent to the South Coast Coastal Park.

The Sky Deck has a 360 degree view of the Isle of Portland, Portland Harbour, Chesil Beach and Fleet Lagoon over to the open sea. The Sky Deck is one of the Park’s Signature Grade accommodation and is furnished to a high standard with parking for 2 cars alongside. It is situated on the Vista area of the Park which is only a short walk to the main building and the award winning Breeze Restaurant and bars.

The Venue entertainment complex hosts kids and family/adult entertainment every day and night.
The Leisure Centre with swimming pool/slide, jacuzzi/toddlers pool provides added fun to your stay. There is also a fitness room and sauna to help your wellbeing .
To burn off energy the site also has a children's play park, sports field with outdoor gym equipment, 5 a-side football pitch and basket hoop.

As a guest at the 5* holiday park you will have access to the facilities and entertainment on site. There is a nominal fee for use of these facilities and passes can be purchased from Guest Reception. Wifi and other essential information is available and details will be given to guests prior to arrival.

The Sky Deck is very spacious with a large lounge/diner with 2 comfortable sofas (one with pull out double sofa bed) and two armchairs. It has an electric convection fire which will take the chill off the air without heating the whole caravan. There is an extendable table and four chairs for dining at or playing family games.

The fully equipped kitchen has all you need should you not wish to eat at the many local restaurants. It has a full size fridge/freezer, full size electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler, toaster and kettle.

The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes and an ensuite with washbasin, WC and shower and patio doors leading onto the veranda The second bedroom has two 2’ 6’’ beds, fitted wardrobe, storage cupboards and TV/DVD. Duvets/pillows and appropriate protectors are supplied.

Bed linen can be provided but if you would prefer to bring your own please indicate on the booking form your preference.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin. Again we can provide towels but would ask that you bring your own towels for the beach or swimming

On the Sky Deck relax on the outdoor sofa and chair watching the world go by from your elevated position. On the side veranda there is additional table and chairs perfect for outdoor eating.

The Sky Deck home is let on a NO SMOKING basis and we are unable to accept bookings from stag/hen/U21 or party groups. BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the decking nor on the area next to the Sky Deck home.

One well behaved dog may be permitted with prior consent please ask before booking. Park rules state that dogs must be registered and not left unattended in the property.

There will be a minimum stay limit at busy times such as bank holidays and peak season.
From 30 November - 12 March there will be no onsite amenities.

Our price includes a Pass to The Venue, The Breeze Restaurant and Bars. Swimming Passes are available to purchase at Reception

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable at time of booking and refundable £100 in case of damages or breakages.

Snapdragon is a lovely modern caravan on Award-winning Rockley Park, which offers family-friendly activities and entertainment, restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife and public transport. Poole Quay is a short drive away.

Snapdragon is situated on Orchard Bank near Snowdrop, Arum and Avon Rose. It is comfortably furnished to a good standard and has everything you need for a perfect break. It is double-glazed and centrally heated. From the door, it is about a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach with a cafe and water sports (charges apply on-site). There is parking for one car.

With breathtaking views across Poole Harbour, Rockley Park is set in some of the most beautiful surroundings. It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. There is plenty to do for all ages with everything you need for a fantastic break in Dorset by the sea.

Rockley Park offers a wealth of facilities for you and your family to enjoy with a small beach, water sports, swimming pools and activities (charges apply). It's the perfect place to stay to visit Dorset's many attractions eg Studland, Sandbanks, Monkey World and Corfe Castle. Snapdragon is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with kids).

Guests have access to the whole caravan.

Play passes that permit access to Haven's facilities, entertainment and activities are not included in the price quoted which is for self-catering caravan hire only. The facilities and entertainment on site are run by Haven Holidays and as such we have no control over these. Please note that park facilities are closed between November and March.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels. Alternatively, we can hire these locally for you at an additional charge.

Please let us know if you wish to bring your dog as conditions apply.

Strictly no smoking, no stiletto heels, no spray tan and no charging of electric vehicles at the caravan (fire risks - Haven rule). There are chargers near reception and fast chargers at the local pub, The Yachtsman.

Our Holiday home is set in the Rockley park. It is situated 1.9 km from Hamworthy Beach and offers private check-in and check-out. Free WiFi is available throughout the park and Lake North Beach is less than 1 km away.

Our holiday park with a terrace and garden views has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms (for 6 people and 2 people on sofa bed), a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 extra toilet . Towels and bed linen are offered. There is also a seating area and a gas fireplace. Central heating. Fire/smoke alarms

Guests can relax in the garden at the property and near reception, shops, bars, swimming pools and all others amenities. Free Car park available.

Poole Harbour is 3.9 km from the holiday park, while Sandbanks is 12 km from the property. The nearest airport is Bournemouth Airport, 20 km from our Holiday home.
