Beautiful ABI St. David 2022 brand new for 2023. 3 bedroom 8 berth modern style with beautiful views and a lovely part of the park. There’s a double bed with a deep mattress in the main bedroom with a toilet and a smart TV.

1st twin bedroom with single beds with deep mattresses, also with a smart TV. 2nd twin bedroom with single beds with deep mattresses no TV in this bedroom.

Travel cot is available for guests but guests must provide their own bedding.

There's a king size bed with a deep mattress in the main bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a smart TV.

A twin bedroom with single beds with deep mattresses, also with a smart TV.

Travel cot available but guests need to provide their own bedding.

Beautiful kitchen area, gas hob with 5 rings, microwave, toaster, kettle, dual air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, full fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, enough crockery for 6 people.

2024 sees new reclining sofas, carpet and curtains. There will be no sofa bed available from March 2024 onwards.

Living room area has 2 leather reclining sofas, coffee table 43" Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, Bluetooth built-in music system with radio, veranda with seating and a private parking space.

Lovely homely 3 bed caravan sited at reighton sands. Fully equipped 8 bed van with 1 double bedroom 2x2 single bed room and a fold away double in the living room .
The kitchen area is equipped with gas cooker,toaster,microwave,airfryer,kettle all pans cutlery pots cups glasses.
Integrated fridge freezer gas central heating, double glazed, Internet access included,24 inch smart tv

it is a 2013 willerby it is 35ft long 12ft wide it has radiator centrol heating all electrics and boiler are checked anualy it is in good condition and it can be dog friendly there is parking next to it but not allocated .
