Who needs to go abroad with a beautiful setting like this available right here? It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. Rockley Park offers plenty to do for all ages. Everything you could want for a fantastic break by the sea.

Enjoy a family holiday with activities such as a game of Crazy Golf or a swim at the indoor or outdoor pools and then some lunch or dinner at the Harbourside restaurant or Mash n Barrell, rounding off the day with entertainment in the LiveLounge.

If it’s a romantic break you're after Avon Rose offers you a peaceful retreat where you can relax and enjoy a meal or a drink on the veranda. The choice is yours!

The well-equipped kitchen has a built-in oven and microwave, hob, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with an extensive range of cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.

A dining table provides plenty of space for mealtimes. The lounge/diner is bright with two freestanding sofas and a coffee table. There is a 43" flat screen TV/DVD, and an electric wood burner fire.

Avon Rose's main bedroom has an ensuite toilet and a 32" tv. The additional bedrooms have 2 single beds. All bedrooms offer plenty of wardrobe space for your clothing. There is a separate toilet and shower room. It has double glazing and central heating throughout (gas and electricity included in the hire price). The plot provides parking for two vehicles.

Avon Rose is dog friendly and there will be no charge for your dog provided no damage is done and no additional cleaning is required. Please let us know if you wish to bring your dog as conditions apply.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. If required these can be purchased from Haven reception on arrival. During the winter months, there are no entertainment, activities and facilities available on site. Note: Play passes are not required for Haven's bar, restaurants and arcade (when available) but are needed for entertainment and activities such as the swimming pools.

The park facilities include:
Sandy beach with cafe. Many water sports for hire and lessons available! (Charges apply).
Bike hire is available on-site. Also, electric bikes can be hired.

Indoor pool with splash zone, grotto, heated outdoor pool, crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing wall, trampolines, slot machines bars and restaurants.
Several takeaway restaurants (Papa John's Pizza delivers to your park home, as do local Chinese and Indian restaurants).

There is daytime entertainment for kids and evening entertainment which is first class with many good star acts. (Please note this is organised and controlled by park owners, Haven, and as such, we have no control over what is available at any time. During the winter months (November until the middle of March nothing is provided by Haven).

Local Attractions
Locally there are too many attractions to list but there are Beautiful Blue Flag beaches and attractions like the Tank Museum, Monkey World, Farmer Palmers, Paulton's Park (Pepper Pig World), Adventure Wonderland Park, Marwell Zoo and much more. Poole Quay is a must. Visit on Tuesdays during the summer season to see hundreds of motorbikes at 6 pm for show judging. Tower Park is just up the road with a cinema complex, bowling attractions & restaurants.

Buses are frequent from the park to Poole at half-hour intervals.

Our Luxury Swift Loire is situated on Northfield, 3 Bedroomed, 6 Berth caravan with sea view, decking with outside furniture and parking bay for 2 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer, Microwave, Tea, coffee & sugar provided. Smart TV, PlayStation and a selection of board games. Home from Home. Linen can be hired but you are welcome to take your own. There is a cleaning fee of £25, we are pet friendly and allow one small dog £25. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request. School holidays Linen is included for bookings of 5 to 7 days.

Lear Leisure is a small family business. As a family we have been coming to Skipsea Sands for over 65 years. My Mum & Dad had three caravans, two on Southfield and one on Westfield. My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. There was a shop and amusements, this has all gone now :( When I was a teenager I used to drink in the Kings and Queens pub and the Sportsman, this seems so long ago. Top and bottom is, my family loved our holidays and we would like other people to make their own memories as we did.

Ideally situated to all the amenities plus just a 10-15 min walk to Bowleaze Cove via the footpath which leads over the hills which has a fun fair, arcade, The Shack and Sunset Bar all open to the public (seasonal only). Prices for play passes is shown in the last picture. Some other activities may incur an extra charge. Once I’ve had confirmation I will let Haven know and they will send an email with a ref no so that you are able to pre book your passes. These will be ready on your arrival and can be collected from reception. You will see there is a max price should there be max occupancy.

There are also some fab walks along the coastline. You can also walk into Weymouth along the seafront which takes approximately 45 mins and also you have Lodmoor Nature Reserve. Here you will find the sea life centre (has to be pre-booked) sand sculpting, go-karts, golf, adventure golf (this has to be pre-booked)

3 nearby pubs 2 of them in Preston (The Bridge which is my local or Spice Ship) and the other in Sutton Poyntz called The Springhead all serve food and are dog and kid-friendly

Weymouth Bay, now has a bus route (fares apply) a few 100 metres from the caravan so no need to go to the main road. This will take you to town and from there you have lots of options to either change bus route to several other locations or take yourself for a walk through the town where you will find the harbour with a choice of pubs and restaurants. Seasonal only there is a fun fair at the front of the Pavillions also some rides along the weymouth seafront.

You can also walk to the other side to find more eating places and from there walk to the famous Nothe Fort. You also have a lovely walk here too in the gardens where there is a play area for kids.

Weymouth Bay is ideally situated should you wish to drive to other locations. There is Abbotsbury a lovely village where you can visit the swannery again a great place too for walkers. Portland which has Portland Bill and also a lovely Cove which is tucked away just behind Portland Castle. A lovely café is here too and you will find the food and service to be amazing.

Entertainment passes if needed are purchased separately from Haven Reception. Sadly these are no longer available for Owners.

Presenting stunning countryside views and a range of on-site facilities, the lodge is an ideal base for a family or group break, sleeping up to four guests.

To bring the outside in, open the patio doors towards the front veranda where you will find a table and chairs for your morning coffee bringing in the morning glow

Welcome to Our Small Clearwater Mulberry Heaven.

Our lovely static caravan was built in 2023.

Has nice comfy living room with access to the patio area through french doors, where u can enjoy your morning coffee with a view on the lake.
Fully equipped kitchen with a nespresso/dolce gusto coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and other necessary equipment.
Full bathroom with shower.
Master bedroom with toilet and walk in wardrobe.
Second bedroom with two single beds.
Additional sleeping capacity is in the living room where one of the sofa’s can be converted to a small double bed.
Patio area on the front with the rattan furniture and the gas BBQ and side of the caravan with a small decking area next to the lake which can be used as private fishing spot.
If there is too much noise from jet skis, you can choose one of few others lakes on site for nice and quiet fishing :)

We have equipped our tiny place with everything to make us and all of you as comfortable as possible, so you can feel like at home.

Other things to note
Caravan is sited on jet ski lake.
Jet skis allowed on the lake between 10am to 3pm so u can expect bit of engine noise.
You can use paddle boards on the lake from sunrise to 10am and from 3pm to sunset.
Paddle boards and life jackets will be available to hire for an extra additional cost, if you would like to explore the lake.
