The space
A 3 bedroom caravan, with 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

The double bedroom comes with an ensuite toilet, wardrobe and dressing table.

The twin rooms both come with ample storage for clothes and kids toys.

The open plan living, dining room and Kitchen are spacious with plenty of seating for all. A double pull out bed is available for additional guests.

Outside there is small decking area and steps down to a 2 car parking space (depending on the size of your car).

Please Note: no bed linens provided so you must bring your own.

Guest access
Guests have full use of the caravan, and the area outside. There is also onsite entertainment, shops, restaurants and takeaways as well as a mini mart and laundrette.

Other things to note
PLAY PASSES
The onsite entertainment includes pools, kids clubs, ShowBars etc. However to access these you will need a Play Pass.
We do not include the cost of fun passes in our charges as many guests prefer to use the caravan as a base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer.

If required, the Play Passes can be purchased at Berwick Holiday Park reception or by telephoning the park or via their website by searching for play-pass (details will be provided upon booking).

We offer our spacious, fully equipped, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home located within the preferred Golf Village at Seton Sands Holiday Village in East Lothian, Scotland - Just 13.5 miles from Edinburgh. It sleeps 5: a king-sized bed with en suite shower room and a twin/double room. We accept one medium size dog.

Check-in is from 1pm.
Check-out is by 10am.

Linen and towels are provided.

A travel cot is provided, free of charge, for children under 2 years old.

Just 20 mins to Edinburgh by car or 50 mins by bus. Buses are every ten minutes and also operate a Night Service. The terminus for the bus is Seton Sands Holiday Village.

N.B.: Haven does not allow hen or stag parties.

Seton Castle
Located approx. 300 yards from the accomodation Seton Castle can be accessed via the biodivesity area. A popular retreat for Mary Queen of Scots the castle was Robert Adam's final project in Scotland. The property is adjacent to Seton Collegiate Church which is now in the care of Historic Scotland.

Preston Grange Industrial Heritage Museum
For over 400 years Prestongrange was a focus of industry. A harbour, glass works, pottery, colliery and brickworks have all left their marks on the landscape including winding gear, a vast brick kiln and a Cornish beam engine. Cradled by woodland the site is now a haven for wildlife where you can explore these monumental relics of Scotland's industrial heritage.

Scottish Seabird Centre
Scotland is internationally renowned for shorebirds, seabirds, sea mammals, coastal mammals and coastal plants. Scotland's marine environment is exceptional and diverse. National Museum of Flight
Learn about the history of aviation from the First World War to the present day and immerse yourself in interactive galleries, supersonic experiences and the historic hangars and airfield. Beautiful twin unit lodge on a corner plot. It has 2 large bedrooms, main bedrokm has an ensuite shower room with toilet and walk in wardrobe. The other bedrokm has 2 full size single beds and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. The lounge area is huge with 2 sofas, 1 being a sofa bed. Theres a breskfast bar and dining table. Full size fridge freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher.
There are double patio doors on the front which lead to a furnished decking area. There is also a side decking and grassed area for bbqs and children to play.
The site has a playground, soft play area, launderette and swimming pool. All thr facilities of their sister site Sunnysands just down the road can also be used. Passes are needed for the pool and sunnysands clubhouse and pool. The beach is a short stroll away down the lane. From here you can walk to sunnysands. The lodge is dog friendly.
