Welcome to my privately owned 2021 Executive Horizon holiday caravan at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park in Dorset.

As the owner, I take great pride in making sure every guest enjoys a comfortable, relaxing stay. Since welcoming my first guests in 2023, I’ve been delighted to receive consistent 5-star reviews for cleanliness, comfort and communication.

My caravan sleeps up to 6 although i can take 8 (there is an extra charge) and is perfect for families, couples, friends, solo travellers and well-behaved dogs.

* Two twin bedrooms, both with Smart TVs. One twin room can be made into a second double bedroom with a mattress topper and king-size duvet, making it ideal for couples or anyone who prefers a larger bed.

Perfect location

The caravan is situated in a quiet area of Weymouth Bay Holiday Park with lovely views towards Osmington hills, while remaining just a short walk from the park facilities.

A scenic footpath takes you to Bowleaze Cove in around 10–15 minutes, where you’ll find a beach, funfair, arcade, cafés and bars (seasonal). From there you can enjoy a beautiful coastal walk into Weymouth.

Please note that entertainment passes are optional and can be purchased directly from reception or online if you wish to use Haven’s facilities during the operating season. I am a private owner and have no association with Haven.

Dog friendly

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome. I simply ask that doors are shut if you intend to leave the dogs in the caravan, and that owners let me know if any accidents occur so I can ensure everything is properly cleaned for future guests.

Our stunning Platinum Pemberton Knightsbridge caravan which is situated in St Pirans Close gives you the chance to stay in one of the most luxurious caravans on park where you can enjoy the sunshine, partial sea views & glorious sun sets from our furnished large gated decking. The partial sea views can also be enjoyed from within the caravan too especially with the sliding patio doors at the front. You will also find a 55" smart TV in the lounge & reliable free Wifi provided by Starlink.

This is one of the few caravans on park that actually has a bath with shower as well as an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom making it easier for larger families & ideal for younger children that don't like showers. Our caravan offers a high standard of interior furnishings as well as the home comforts of a dishwasher, washer dryer, integrated microwave & oven, 5 burner gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, classic electric flame effect fire, double glazing and central heating for those colder evenings; you can even close the sliding doors between the lounge and kitchen to make the lounge more snug & cosy. If more than 3 bedrooms are required we have additional sleeping in the lounge as our sofa converts to a double bed & you can close the sliding doors and put the latch across to give you the privacy of a bedroom.

We have a lovely kitchen diner with free standing dining table & chairs, a central island with storage & a pop up power socket. Theroom is lovely & bright due to the skylight & large dining room window & side door.

Our longer & wider caravan gives you more room to move around as it measures 42ft x 14ft and has 3 bedrooms 1 of which is double and the other two are twins which could be converted into doubles if you wish. The master bedroom boasts a dressing table with shaver point, hair dryer, travel cot, fan, tv hidden away in the cupboard above the dressing table which is ideal for watching while in bed if you so wish. The twin rooms have their own tvs, hairdryers & fans too.

Beds are made up for guests arrival & we even provide bath towels too. However, you will need to bring your own beach towels. We also provide a wine cooler, iron, ironing board, hoover, travel cot, baby changing mat, highchair, a buggy, hairdryers, fans, windbreak, mallet, parasol, picnic table & decking furniture for our guests to use to make their stay a little easier.

Outside we have a tarmac driveway, patio area & lawn to the side of the caravan which is enclosed with a fence to keep little ones safe from the road that runs along Chy-an-Mor at the front of the caravan.

Our Luxury Swift Loire is situated on Northfield, 3 Bedroomed, 6 Berth caravan with sea view, full wraparound decking with outside furniture and parking bay for two vehicles.
Free private WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer, Microwave, Tea, coffee & sugar provided. Smart TV, PlayStation and a selection of board games. Home from Home. Linen can be hired but you are welcome to take your own. There is a cleaning fee of £25, we are pet friendly and allow one small dog £25. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request. School holidays Linen is included for bookings of 5 to 7 days.

A refundable £100 security deposit is required when booking.

Lear Leisure is a small family business. As a family we have been coming to Skipsea Sands for over 65 years. My Mum & Dad had three caravans, two on Southfield and one on Westfield. My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. There was a shop and amusements, this has all gone now :( When I was a teenager I used to drink in the Kings and Queens pub and the Sportsman, this seems so long ago. Top and bottom is, my family loved our holidays and we would like other people to make their own memories as we did.

Hot Tub Retreat is located within the grounds of Sycamore Cottage Campsite which is a small, quiet, family run site in Goxhill, North Lincolnshire. We have chosen the caravan location on the site, specifically to provide maximum tranquillity and maximum sun exposure. The fences surrounding the secure, dog friendly garden have been positioned to provide sufficient wind shelter whilst allowing our guests to look at the surrounding views and is a bit of a sun trap.

We want our guests to relax and unwind during their stay. Sit on the terrace with a glass of something nice, dip in and out of the hot tub or simply chill around the campfire with friends. If you don't fancy cooking, we have an abundance of places to eat and drink in the surrounding Villages and Towns.

The nearest beach at Cleethorpes is 30 minutes drive away but you can also get there by train, which is just around the corner.

The flat planes of Lincolnshire make it ideal for cyclists, with the start of the Viking Way being at Barton upon Humber, 10 minutes away.

Market Towns of Barton, Brigg and Beverley are easily reached from Site, as is former City of Culture Winner Hull, with its Marina and Old Town worth paying a visit to.

Further away but within an hours drive, we have the Historic Cities of York and Lincoln.

Whether you want to explore the area or simply come for a chilled relaxing break as a couple or with friends, we feel we can accommodate you all and look forward to welcoming you.
