Hot Tub Retreat is located within the grounds of Sycamore Cottage Campsite which is a small, quiet, family run site in Goxhill, North Lincolnshire. We have chosen the caravan location on the site, specifically to provide maximum tranquillity and maximum sun exposure. The fences surrounding the secure, dog friendly garden have been positioned to provide sufficient wind shelter whilst allowing our guests to look at the surrounding views and is a bit of a sun trap.

We want our guests to relax and unwind during their stay. Sit on the terrace with a glass of something nice, dip in and out of the hot tub or simply chill around the campfire with friends. If you don't fancy cooking, we have an abundance of places to eat and drink in the surrounding Villages and Towns.

The nearest beach at Cleethorpes is 30 minutes drive away but you can also get there by train, which is just around the corner.

The flat planes of Lincolnshire make it ideal for cyclists, with the start of the Viking Way being at Barton upon Humber, 10 minutes away.

Market Towns of Barton, Brigg and Beverley are easily reached from Site, as is former City of Culture Winner Hull, with its Marina and Old Town worth paying a visit to.

Further away but within an hours drive, we have the Historic Cities of York and Lincoln.

Whether you want to explore the area or simply come for a chilled relaxing break as a couple or with friends, we feel we can accommodate you all and look forward to welcoming you.

Woodland Retreat is situated on Oakwood Drive, a lovely quiet area on Haven Cleethorpes Beach .

It has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom has en-suite toilet. TV.

2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.

Wardrobes and hangers in each bedroom.

Shower room/toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, gas cooker/oven, iron, ironing board, air fryer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and crockery.

Tea, coffee, sugar included, cleaning products, tea towel, toilet roll also included.

Dining area, Lounge, with 2 sofas, one is sofa bed. Smart TV, WiFi, outdoor games and toys.

Deck with wicker furniture, BBQ, outdoor table and chairs.

Central heating, electric fire.

I accept 1 small well behaved dog £20

£150 deposit/ damage bond- refunded once caravan checked on departure.

Full balance must be paid 4 weeks before holiday, if short notice all paid at once.

Passes to the Haven adventure village not included however on booking , I will notify Haven and an email will be sent to you.

Without passes you can still access the village and use play park, arcade, restaurants and outdoor bar. Just show proof of booking.

With passes you can book swimming, indoor pool will splash area and lazy river and slides.

Lead guest must be over the age of 21.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your dates. A £100 refundable security bond is also required. The security bond will be returned within 5 days of your holiday ending, once all checks have been made.

Bacs Transfer is the preferred method of payment but cheques are accepted. Payments plans are also accepted. Full balance for your stay to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.

We are 30 minutes from Hull and 45 minutes from Bridlington.
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the van. It has a fishing lake amusements soft play Sensory room indoor swimming pool evening entertainment bar and restaurant. Play area.
There is a duck pond that have resident swans.
