The caravan has double glazing, central heating, gas and electricity, private Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE TOWELS FROM CARAVAN), Tea, Coffee, Hand Soap, washing up liquid, are all included in the hire price.

We also offer a meet & Greet dates permitted.

Coastal Dreams is situated in Gorse Hill on a quite part of Haven's flagship holiday park offering a wealth of facilities for you and your family to enjoy with a small beach, water sports, swimming pools and activities (charges may apply).
With breathtaking views across Poole Harbour, Rockley Park is set in some of the most beautiful surroundings you could imagine. Who needs to go abroad with a beautiful setting like this available right here? It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. Rockley Park offers plenty to do for all ages. Everything you could want for a fantastic break in Dorset by the sea.

There are many great walks locally, including over Ham Common where there is an Osprey Observation Point, over to Lake Pier and along the beach back up the cliff in a circular walk. There is also Hamworthy Park just a five-minute drive and Upton Country Park (park by Lidl and walk back through the railway bridge and in through the gate) has acres for you to stroll through. Or take an open top bus trip into Poole with its many pubs & restaurants, whilst you are there you can take one of the many boat trips that are on offer from the quayside. Or hop on an open top bus from Poole bus station and explore different locations around the area of Dorset.

Locally there are too many attractions to list but with Beautiful Blue flag beaches and attractions like the Tank Museum, Monkey World, Farmer Palmers, Paulton's Park (Pepper Pig World), Adventure Wonderland Park, Marwell Zoo and much more. Poole Quay is a must. Visit on Tuesdays during the summer season to see hundreds of motorbikes at 6 pm.
Tower Park is just up the road with a cinema complex, bowling attractions & restaurants.

Buses are frequent from the park to Poole at half-hour intervals.
The Jurassic coastline is a wonder just to walk along!

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen has a full-sized gas oven hob with grill, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with an extensive range of cutlery, crockery, saucepans, glasses and kitchen utensils, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm

Dining Area:
A dining table provides plenty of space with corner seats and two stools for mealtimes.

Lounge:
The open plan lounge is bright with a large Conner sofa and a coffee table. There is a 43inch smart flat-screen TV, and electric fire. Gas central heating, one of the corner sofas converts to make an additional double bed.

Bedroom 1:
1 double bed, wall mounted TV, dressing table with draws, 2 Bedside cabinets and double wardrobe, Hair Dryer.

Bedroom 2:
2 single beds 1 Bedside cabinet, single wardrobe.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, we can provide bed linen. please specify if you do not require them on booking.

Bathroom:
There is a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Parking:
Allocated parking space next to the caravan.
There are Electric car charging points in the car park opposite the reception.

Play Passes:
Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. If required these, you can be purchase these from the Haven reception on arrival. During the winter months there are no entertainment, activities and facilities available on site. Note Play passes are not required for Haven's bar, restaurants and arcade (when available) but are needed for entertainment and activities such as the swimming pools.

Park facilities:
Sandy beach with cafe. Many water sports for hire and lessons available! (Charges apply).
Bike hire is on site. Also, electric bikes are available.
Indoor pool with splash zone, grotto, heated outdoor pool, crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing wall, trampolines, slot machines bars and restaurants.
Several takeaway restaurants (Papa John's Pizza delivers to your park home, as do local Chinese and Indian restaurants).
There is daytime entertainment for kids and evening entertainment which is first class with many good star acts. (Please note this is organized and controlled by park owners, Haven, and as such, we have no control over what is available at any time. During the winter months, November until the middle of March, nothing is provided by Haven)

During the Autumn and Winter months the park is very quiet and there is little provided out of season. What is available is solely under the control of the site managers Haven Holidays. A well maintained caravan in a quiet site. It has 2 bedrokms and sofa bed. The bathroom with shower can be accessed from main bedroom and hallway. It has a fully equiped kitchen with fridge and freezer, air fryer, oven and hob. The lounge has 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Outside it had access via 3 steps or a ramp. The patio area has a table and chairs, stored in the garden shed for your use.
On the site there is a playground, soft play area, launderette and swimming pool. You are able to use the facilities of the sister site site, Sunnysands just down the road. This can be walked to along the beach or the road. This site has a clubhouse with entertainment. Passes are required for the swimming pool and clubhouse/pool on sunnysands. This caravan us dog friendly.

Well maintained homely caravan, wjich is pet friendly. Mountain views. 3 bedrooms 1 full shower room and separate toilet room. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer compartment. Airfryer, oven and hob. Lounge has Dining table and L shaped seating.
Outside there is a large gated furnished decking where you can enjoy your meals and a glass or two of wine.
Sunnysands is a family site which has an indoor swimming pool, launderette, chip shop, spar shop, arcade, clubhouse with entertainment for adults and children. Kids club. Burger bar and ice cream parlour. Direct access to a long sandy beach with a ramp for launching boats and jet skis. Passes will be required for pool and clubhouse.

A beautiful 3 bed caravan situated in a quiet area of the park near the lake. It has a large green area for the children to play on. The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing and also has an electric fire in the lounge area.
It has lots of extras including free private WiFi, 42" smart tv, dvd player & dvd's, dab Bluetooth radio/cd player, selection of books and games in the large and spacious lounge which has a dining area. There's a high chair available.
The caravan sleep up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a 24" smart tv/dvd, king size bed and an en-suite toilet. There's also a travel cot, hairdryer, iron and table top ironing board. There's 2 twin bed rooms with tv/dvd and bed guards. The larger twin room can convert to a king size bed.
Bed linens are included and beds will be made ready for your arrival.
The main bathroom has a large shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker and hob, an under counter fridge and a microwave, also lots of little extras such as an air fryer, slow cooker and blender.
There's decking on the outside with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. The gate has a lock for extra safety for your little ones.
