The holiday home is located at Lakeland leisure Park with beautiful views guaranteed, whatever the weather. It's proximity to the Lake District provides easy access for exploring villages like Windermere, Coniston, Ambleside and Ulverston.

The home is equipped with everything needed for a your family holiday. It will be a home from home experience. The master bedroom is spacious with a double size bed, plenty of storage space and an en-suite. Both twin rooms have 2 single beds and is perfect for kids to feel cosy. The bathroom is equipped with a powerful spacious shower.

The park itself has plenty to offer. The entertainment has everything from tots dancing to bingo to live acts. There's family entertainment during the day and through into the evenings. There are plenty of activities, including canoeing on the lake, archery, swimming, high ropes, football and a 9 hole golf course.

The park has plenty of food options, papa johns, Burger King, fish and chips and a restaurant.

The price does not include pass for the duration of stay. But these can be purchased from main reception or from the haven website directly.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets of any kind.

Please note that the caravan will not be reserved until a deposit/full payment has been received.

Our caravan is situated on a lovely end plot on the Grizedale area on park, just a short walk to the main facilities including the restaurants, pools and activities.
We have a lovely outdoor grass seating area with a bench and solar lights to enjoy the sun into the evening.

Inside, the caravan has three bedrooms each sleeping 2 people and boasts an extra sofa bed if needed, all bedding and towels are provided!
With a fun and stylish theme throughout both children and adults are sure to love staying here!


In the newly refurbished for 2023 front room we have a 40 inch smart TV where you can access your own Netflix, Disney+, Amazon prime (and the rest) and free unlimited WIFI is also available.

Our cosy seaview caravan on Ocean edge holiday park has 2 bedrooms which sleep 6 people. We have a gated wrap round decking and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy stunning sea views and beautiful sunsets from the caravan. The site has a leisure complex which includes heated indoor pool and sauna, bar and restaurant, arcades, indoor play area, arts and crafts den, ice cream and waffle house, street food van and show bar for daily evening family entertainment including bingo and live acts. Passes to be purchased at reception on arrival. Explore the local areas of Heysham, Morecambe, Lancaster, Blackpool and the Lakes all with in 40 minutes drive.

Our 8 berth caravan is set on Ocean edge holiday park, located on the front row with a stunning sea view where you can also witness stunning sunsets over the Irish sea. The 3 bedrooms consist of a double and 2 twin bedrooms with sofa bed in lounge. We have a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. Theres a leisure complex on site which has a heated indoor pool and sauna, bar and restaurant, arcades, indoor play area, arts and crafts den, ice cream and waffle house, street food van, pedal karts and show bar for daily evening family entertainment including bingo and live acts. Theres also a Nisa convenience store and laundrette on site. Passes need to be purchased at reception on arrival to access the facilities.

Our spacious swift Loire is set on Ocean edge holiday park, Heysham, Morecambe.
The open plan kitchen living area gives enough space for everyone to spend quality time together by the sea. We have 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. There's also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kick is fully equipped with a full size fridge freezer and air fryer.
Neighbouring towns include Morecambe, Lancaster and the Lake district.
