Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer, Microwave, Tea, coffee & sugar provided. Smart TV, PlayStation and a selection of board games. Home from Home. Linen can be hired but you are welcome to take your own. There is a cleaning fee of £25, we are pet friendly and allow one small dog £25. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request. School holidays Linen is included for bookings of 5 to 7 days.

A refundable £100 security deposit is required when booking.

Lear Leisure is a small family business. As a family we have been coming to Skipsea Sands for over 65 years. My Mum & Dad had three caravans, two on Southfield and one on Westfield. My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. There was a shop and amusements, this has all gone now :( When I was a teenager I used to drink in the Kings and Queens pub and the Sportsman, this seems so long ago. Top and bottom is, my family loved our holidays and we would like other people to make their own memories as we did.

A small cozy caravan which is clean and tidy with no frills . Nice little added extras like Wi-Fi , x box , games and buckets and spades for the children . Dog treats for the furry friends . Well equipped . Close to the sea and outdoor heated pool and pub on site .

Ideally situated to all the amenities plus just a 10-15 min walk to Bowleaze Cove via the footpath which leads over the hills which has a fun fair, arcade, The Shack and Sunset Bar all open to the public (seasonal only). Prices for play passes is shown in the last picture. Some other activities may incur an extra charge. Once I’ve had confirmation I will let Haven know and they will send an email with a ref no so that you are able to pre book your passes. These will be ready on your arrival and can be collected from reception. You will see there is a max price should there be max occupancy.

I pride myself on the location of the caravan which is why I purchased it. I will never compete with Haven because I offer to you luxury rather then a near empty caravan. I’ve spent of lot of money and time making sure the caravan is as comfortable as possible. Taking the stress away from my guests

There are also some fab walks along the coastline. You can also walk into Weymouth along the seafront which takes approximately 45 mins and also you have Lodmoor Nature Reserve. Here you will find the sea life centre (has to be pre-booked) sand sculpting, go-karts, golf, adventure golf (this has to be pre-booked)

3 nearby pubs 2 of them in Preston (The Bridge which is my local or Spice Ship) and the other in Sutton Poyntz called The Springhead all serve food and are dog and kid-friendly

Weymouth Bay, now has a bus route (fares apply) a few 100 metres from the caravan so no need to go to the main road. This will take you to town and from there you have lots of options to either change bus route to several other locations or take yourself for a walk through the town where you will find the harbour with a choice of pubs and restaurants. Seasonal only there is a fun fair at the front of the Pavillions also some rides along the weymouth seafront.

You can also walk to the other side to find more eating places and from there walk to the famous Nothe Fort. You also have a lovely walk here too in the gardens where there is a play area for kids.

Weymouth Bay is ideally situated should you wish to drive to other locations. There is Abbotsbury a lovely village where you can visit the swannery again a great place too for walkers. Portland which has Portland Bill and also a lovely Cove which is tucked away just behind Portland Castle. A lovely café is here too and you will find the food and service to be amazing.
