Caravan is open plan with L shaped sofa, dining area and kitchen. Outside there is parking for 2 cars and a short walk to the beach.
The site is family orientated with play ground, swimming pool, launderette, spar shop, chip shop, arcade, clubhouse with entertainment for adults and children. Burger bar and ice cream parlour. There is direct access to a long sandy beach and a ramp to launch boats and jet skis. The caravan is pet friendly. Passes are needed for pool and clubhouse.

Beautiful twin unit lodge on a corner plot. It has 2 large bedrooms, main bedrokm has an ensuite shower room with toilet and walk in wardrobe. The other bedrokm has 2 full size single beds and walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. The lounge area is huge with 2 sofas, 1 being a sofa bed. Theres a breskfast bar and dining table. Full size fridge freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher.
There are double patio doors on the front which lead to a furnished decking area. There is also a side decking and grassed area for bbqs and children to play.
The site has a playground, soft play area, launderette and swimming pool. All thr facilities of their sister site Sunnysands just down the road can also be used. Passes are needed for the pool and sunnysands clubhouse and pool. The beach is a short stroll away down the lane. From here you can walk to sunnysands. The lodge is dog friendly.

Our caravan is new for 2023 and has mountain views and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation is graded Indulgent as per Away Resorts new caravan accommodation guide. Our holiday home has residential installation to keep you nice and warm in the cooler months, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer, a master bedroom with king size double and a en-suite shower room, there is also a second bedroom with twin single beds. Outside to the front is an enclosed balcony with seating plus a patio area to the side. We include pillows and quilts and welcome a well trained dog. Access to the resorts Indoor swimming pool is also included. We have a minimum 3 night stay and ask for a returnable damage deposit of £200.
We are now starting to take bookings for 2024.

The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.

There is central heating throughout.

The open plan kitchen has a gas oven and hob, under counter fridge freezer, microwave, and toaster.

We also provide a sandwich maker and Tassimo coffee machine for your use.

The kitchen leads through to the living and dining area. The TV has Freeview and a DVD player. Some DVDs are provided.

The living room looks out onto a grassed area and there is a separate numbered parking bay. Additional cars can use the main car park outside Reception.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Guests need to bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases which are not provided but are required to protect the duvets, pillows and mattresses. Thank you in advance.

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet and storage cupboard and there is a separate toilet with washbasin and wall cupboard adjacent to the bedrooms.

Entertainment Passes for the complex can be purchased separately from Haven prior to arriving - price details vary depending on length of stay, time of year, number of guests, and a copy of the current prices are on the photos page.

Activities can be booked once the passes have been purchased.

A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the holiday.
Payments can be made by cheque or Bank Payment.

PLEASE NOTE - the minimum stay is 7 nights. At certain times we can accommodate 4/5 night stays. Unfortunately we don’t offer 2 or 3 night breaks.

Check in time is 4pm onwards on the day of arrival and check out time is 10am on the day of leaving (this gives me time to clean on changeover day as I do the cleaning myself).
Any damage or breakages must be paid for.

A well maintained caravan in a quiet site. It has 2 bedrokms and sofa bed. The bathroom with shower can be accessed from main bedroom and hallway. It has a fully equiped kitchen with fridge and freezer, air fryer, oven and hob. The lounge has 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Outside it had access via 3 steps or a ramp. The patio area has a table and chairs, stored in the garden shed for your use.
On the site there is a playground, soft play area, launderette and swimming pool. You are able to use the facilities of the sister site site, Sunnysands just down the road. This can be walked to along the beach or the road. This site has a clubhouse with entertainment. Passes are required for the swimming pool and clubhouse/pool on sunnysands. This caravan us dog friendly.
