Sleeps up to 6 guests, allocated parking at the front of the unit, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, dish-washer… you name it), cosy large sofa (could sleep two) with coffee table, HDTV, electric fireplace, separate dining table, outdoor lounge on the private decking, full bathroom with shower, en-suite in the master bedroom. BBQ, washing machine, private shed.

Amenities in Bashley include anything from heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam bath, to restaurant, beauty h and spa, laundrette, shop, golf, minigolf, archery, picnic area in the woods, weekly events and activities for children…

And for the first bookings of 2024, we are including the weekly pass for the Park (worth £50) and taking cleaning fees ON US (worth £60).

Parking is allocated, but you will find plenty in the area. The pitch is on a corner, so the decking offers more space around.

All you need will be included, from linen to a welcome kit, and you can refill your kitchen at the local shop, or in New Milton, 5 minutes with car. Seaside is a 10 minutes drive!

Foxglove Fourteen is a holiday place just outside Ringwood in the New Forest, Sleeps 4/6 people. One kingsize bed with en-suite (TV on wall), and one bedroom with two singles. Yawn air bed available if for 6 people to be inflated in lounge.Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with full size gas cooker, full size fridge freezer, and fully stocked utensils and utilities in kitchen. Lounge, one three seater sofa and one four seater sofa, Smart TV with Freeview, disney +, Netflix etc. Small selection of games,puzzles and books. BBQ and outside seating with umbrella.

Bedding provided along with towels (need pool towels) and comp tea, coffee etc.

Entertainment hub onsite with indoor and outdoor pool (weather permitting). With slide,jacuuzi and steam. Gym, fully stocked shop, arcades and various entertainment day and night (some fees apply). Outside play areas for children and Hurn Forest on your doorstep.

Within 25 minutes on less we have Bournemouth Beach, Poole, Sandbanks, Peppa Pig work (Paultons Park)Christchurch, Lymington, to name a few with endless activities on options including horse riding, go ape, water skiing, reptile centres, paddle boarding, to name a small amount.

Elliotts Caravan Park is a small and friendly park on Hayling Island, located a short walk from the beach.

We have three caravans available for hire that can be rented for WEEKLY HOLIDAYS from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, between 1st March and 31st October. We do not do shorter stays.

Two caravans have x 2 bedrooms and sleep up to four people, and one caravan has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. Dogs are permitted in all the caravans. Max 2 dogs.

All three caravans provides comfortable self-catering accommodation, were new for the 2020 season, and are fitted with double glazing and central heating, and are fully kitted out with everything you need to enjoy your visit, including oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, television, pots & pans, cutlery and crockery, etc. You just need to bring your own sheets and towels. A full inventory will be provided with your booking confirmation.

The park makes an ideal base for exploring Hayling Island, a popular seaside holiday destination with award winning beaches and excellent sporting and leisure facilities. Local attractions include the picturesque local towns of Emsworth, Bosham, Chichester, and East Meon. Stately Homes & Gardens at Stansted Park, Uppark House & Gardens, Hinton Ampner, Petworth House & Gardens, Avington Park, West Dean Gardens, Arundel Castle, Staunton Country Park. Portsmouth has an interesting selection of museums which include the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard where you can visit Nelson’s Victory and the Mary Rose, as well as the Cumberland House Natural History Museum, D-Day Story Museum, Southsea Castle, Genesis Expo, the Portsmouth Museum, and the Charles Dickens Birthplace Museum. Other sites of interest include Fishbourne Roman Palace, the Beaulieu Motor Museum, Weald & Downland Living Museum, Tangmere Military & Aviation Museum, Gosport Submarine Museum, Little Woodham Living History Village. For nature lovers, Arundel Wetland Centre is great for birdwatchers as is the Titchfield Haven nature reserve at Gosport. Kingley Vale has an ancient yew forest. There is also the Queen Elizabeth Country Park and Marwell Zoo. For entertainment on Hayling Island there is Funland and the Hayling Seaside Railway. At Southsea there is the Clarence Pier amusement park and Treasure Island Adventure Golf. There are cinemas in Port Solent, Portsmouth and Chichester. There are theatres in Portsmouth and Chichester. Shopping at Havant and Portsmouth including the Gunwharf Quays shopping outlet and Spinnaker Tower.

Van 2 has double bedroom and twin bedroom. Private site in quiet residential area at Sandy Point end of island. Van 1 has double bedroom and single bedroom and sofa-bed in lounge. 1 bathroom in each van. Living area and kitchen. Bus stop opposite to Havant and rest of island. 5 min walk to beach and bar and shop.

The Cabin is situated on our Farm with direct access onto The New Forest. There are many tracks and paths that can be explored by walkers and cyclists alike.The wonderful expanse of both open heathland and woodland enclosures make it an ideal location for family or couple retreat holidays.
The Farm also was a Pottery and Tom's Father and Mother both produced and sold pots up until 2018 . They have now retired and the Pottery unfortunately is closed .
There is a local pub the Fighting Male Chicken , easy 15min walk from the property, and also within the village of Godshill is a large Holiday Center with a Cycle Shop/Hire , Restaurant , Swimming Pool/Spa and Small Supermarket.
The Forest Ponies and Cattle graze freely outside the gate so the landscape is forever changing.If you are luck and get up early there is a wonderful amount of Roe and Fallow Deer in this area .
We do allow well behaved Dogs to stay at the property ( max 2 ) but we ask you to let us know if you are bring a four legged friend.

All bed linen is provided.

Private secure internet is available in the caravan.

The caravan is sited on Hayling Island Holiday Park. The Park itself is only open March until November. Outside of School Holidays/ High season the entertainment may be restricted.

Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased from reception, I cannot guarantee that evening entertainment will be provided daily. The current price is £10.00 per person over 5 yrs of age. Access to the bar, restaurant and pool is included with the passes.

The holiday park is a 15 minute walk from the beach, or if you prefer to drive there are plenty of car parks. At the beach you will find the Fun Lands funfair and amusements. Hayling Billy train that runs along the beach front. Some lovely pubs that serve great food. On a Wednesday morning there is a very popular car boot sale, close to the funfair.

The historical city of Portsmouth is a 20 minute drive away. Here you will find the Historical dock yard, home to HMS Victory, the Mary Rose, HMS Warrior and the new Royal Marines Museum. You can even take a ferry across the water to Gosport to visit the Royal Navy Submarine Museum where the only surviving world war II submarine is situated. Gunwharfe Quays is close to the dock yard. A must if you like good restaurants, cocktail bars and designer outlets. Or take a trip up the Spinnaker tower for spectacular views.

Itchenor is a quiet landscaped caravan park located between the pretty market town of Chichester and the famous sandy beach at West Wittering.

Local attractions include the picturesque local villages of Itchenor, Bosham, Arundel and the ancient Roman city of Chichester which is very picturesque and has a bustling high street. There is no club on the park, but there are nice local pubs including the Ship and the Lamb. Places to visit include West Dean Gardens, Parham House & Gardens, Highdown Gardens, Goodwood House, Arundel Castle, Petworth House, Uppark House & Garden, Weald & Downland outdoor museum containing an interesting selection of rescued historical buildings, Fishbourne Roman Palace, Bignor Roman Villa, Tangmere Military Aviation museum, Chichester Novium museum and Pallant House Gallery, Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve, Arundel Wetlands Centre, South Downs National Park, Kingley Vale. There are cinemas in Chichester, Bognor Regis and Portsmouth. Music and theatre at Chichester Festival Theatre.

For exercise there are lots of footpaths in the area and you can walk all around Chichester Harbour and on the South Downs National Park. The Salterns Way is a 12 mile walking & cycle path that runs from Chichester to East Head beach and passes adjacent to the park entrance. You can play golf at Selsey and Goodwood. Horse riding at Hunters Lodge and Monnington Equestrian. Outdoor swimming at West Wittering beach. Indoor swimming at Chichester. Sailing and boating at Chichester Marina, Itchenor Sailing Club, West Wittering Sailing Club and Bosham Sailing Club. Windsurfing on the Wittering beaches. Wakeboarding, paddle boarding and kayaking at Chichester Watersports.

Local events include horse racing at Goodwood. Motor racing at the Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival. Polo at Cowdray.

‘Palm Trees’ is new to the holiday market for summer 2024, This beautiful holiday home offers wonderful views of the trees and open green space from the large sunny wraparound decked area that catches the sun all day. Situated in a in a convenient position in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the clubhouse and pools.
Bookable Days are flexible, please ask if you have specific dates and we will do our best to accommodate, minimum stays are 3 nights.
The holiday home has central heating throughout, stylish & contemporary décor, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Within the lounge there is a new 40” smart TV with Guest Profiles enabling viewing of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Paramount+ for Kids, also an HDMI cable for use of your own console and everything connects through the latest super fast Fibre broadband/Wi-Fi that was installed 2024.

There are French doors opening out onto the secure decking area with patio furniture.

The kitchen has everything that you could need for your self-catering holiday. Brand new appliances including an air fryer, digital microwave, kettle & toaster. An oven & grill plus a fridge freezer. Ideal for families, equipped with children’s cups, plates & cutlery. There is also a small selection of toys & games. Use of a highchair and/or travel cot is available upon request, for no additional cost - please ask.

There are 2 bedrooms, a master that boasts an en-suite WC, and a twin bedroom with two 2'6 beds. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge. Ideal for Families or 5 or 6! Linen and towels are included within the price.

Club entertainment passes are included during peak season for full week bookings(7,14,21 days) these give access to use the pools, health suite and to the live entertainment venue for adults and children. Entertainment Passes are £55.00. There is a cleaning charge per stay of £50.00
