Our caravan is a home-from-home in a quiet area at the bottom of the park.

Our lounge area is spacious and cosy with a large comfortable corner sofa and a beautiful flame effect electric fire for those colder relaxing evenings.
We have a large television with a built-in DVD player in the lounge and a selection of DVDs to watch but if you fancy a family games night, we even have those included too!
On those warm summer days and evenings, we have double doors opening out onto an enclosed deck area with seating & table.

Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling with DAB radio and Aux input.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen separate to the lounge, with freestanding dining table and chairs, we even have a dishwasher to save on the washing up!

A large main bedroom with a double bed. Unpack with ease using our triple wardrobe and lots of drawer space and shelves. This room includes an en suite toilet & sink, a TV with DVD and a hairdryer so you don't have to remember to pack yours!

Both single rooms have 2 single beds in each and wardrobe space. The bigger bedroom of the two also comes with a TV/DVD.

A good-sized bathroom with a walk-in double shower and lots of storage for your toiletries.


Please note that we require a refundable deposit of £100(automatically included upon your booking) which is returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the caravan within 5 days of your departure. Any damages and this will be withheld.

This is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PETS van (including on the decking ) our son has severe allergies and your deposit will affected if these rules aren't respected.

Once you have purchased your holiday, we will register your stay with Haven and you will receive confirmation with information on how to book your play passes if required -please note all facilities can be used without this with the exceptions of the live lounge, swimming and bookable activities. You can use the Saxon bar which has evening entertainment and soft play, the mash and barrel restaurant and the arcades can all be used without a pass!

Check-in from 2pm. Check-out at 11 am.

Spacious caravan sleeps 6, 1 double bedroom with en-suite and 1 twin and sofa bed, large lounge with diner/kitchen and a main bathroom, it has a balcony seating area and a large seating area to site of caravan.

Grey Tower is a small quiet seaside caravan park located by the beach at Pevensey Bay near Eastbourne.

We have two caravans available for hire that can be rented for WEEKLY HOLIDAYS from SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, between 1st March and 31st October. We do not do shorter stays.

Both caravans have two bedrooms, provide comfortable self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people, and make an ideal base for exploring the East Sussex coast. Dogs are permitted in one of the caravans (max 2 dogs).

Both caravans were new for the 2024 season, and are fitted with double glazing and central heating, and contain one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, and a shower. They are fully kitted out with everything you need to enjoy your visit, including oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, television, pots & pans, cutlery and crockery, etc. You just need to bring your own sheets and towels. A full inventory will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Welcome to Matilda Caravan Rental,

Matilda is a 10 berth caravan, 4 bedrooms, 1 family bathroom and 1 extra WC. The van is situated on the Seal Bay Resort in Selsey, West Sussex (formerly Bunn Leisure).

Seal Bay Resort is a fantastic site and there is something for everyone, the site itself is made up of three separate parks (West Sands, White Horse, and Green Lawns) also referred to as villages.

The van is situated on the largest of the parks and is ideally situated between the main waterfront complex building and the onsite funfair, it would be a stretch to claim the van has sea views but if you stand on a chair on the veranda, you can see the sea. The van has recently undergone a mini refurbishment.

Our Holiday home rental includes as standard :

The Caravan is double glazed and is fitted with gas central heating. It has a full size family shower room with toilet and basin with an additional separate WC. The Living room is extremely large and spacious with a full wrap around sofa that converts into a sofa bed should you need it. Electric fire, extending dining table for 10 people, 43” Smart Television, Radio/ cd player and free WIFI.

There is a choice of a few small car parks including parking next to the van and a few caravans away each side.

During the peak summer season, from **18th July 2025 to 8th September 2025**, prices are as follows:
- **£150 per night** (minimum stay of 3 nights)
- **£900 for the whole week** (save £150 on weekly bookings)

A **£100 refundable damage deposit** is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded in full as long as no damage is caused during your stay, giving you peace of mind as you enjoy your holiday.

**Entertainment Passes & Resort Amenities**

To make the most of your stay at Seal Bay Resort, we recommend purchasing **entertainment passes**, which grant you access to the resort’s fantastic facilities, including swimming pools, entertainment venues, and family-friendly activities. Entertainment passes are not included in the booking price and must be **booked through the Cove app** no more than a week before your arrival. This ensures that you can plan your stay and enjoy everything the resort has to offer at your convenience.
