We have some changes coming in 2026 - due to our other commitments changing, we are no longer able to clean the van ourselves so will be utilizing a cleaner/cleaning company. We also will no longer be aiming to compete with Haven's prices as we offer a lot more than Haven do and will therefore be operating a fixed price structure. The Cheviots 5 - located at the beautiful Haven Berwick, a 2 minute walk from the show bar.

Sleeps 6 , and we do allow small dogs for an additional deposit.

All the mod cons , full central heating , 45 inch TV, games console , outdoor decking.

Come and bring your entire family to this fantastic destination with ample space for enjoyment. This 3-bedroom, 8-berth caravan provides an ideal retreat. Offering 1 double & 2 twin rooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge, it ensures comfortable accommodation. Equipped with amenities such as a cooker, fridge freezer, and digital TV in the lounge, as well as an en-suite toilet in the master bedroom, it caters to your needs.

The space
A 3 bedroom caravan, with 1 double and 2 twin rooms.

The double bedroom comes with an ensuite toilet, wardrobe and dressing table.

The twin rooms both come with ample storage for clothes and kids toys.

The open plan living, dining room and Kitchen are spacious with plenty of seating for all. A double pull out bed is available for additional guests.

Outside there is small decking area and steps down to a 2 car parking space (depending on the size of your car).

Please Note: no bed linens provided so you must bring your own.

Guest access
Guests have full use of the caravan, and the area outside. There is also onsite entertainment, shops, restaurants and takeaways as well as a mini mart and laundrette.

Other things to note
PLAY PASSES
The onsite entertainment includes pools, kids clubs, ShowBars etc. However to access these you will need a Play Pass.
We do not include the cost of fun passes in our charges as many guests prefer to use the caravan as a base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer.

If required, the Play Passes can be purchased at Berwick Holiday Park reception or by telephoning the park or via their website by searching for play-pass (details will be provided upon booking).

Nestled on Bockenfield Country Holiday Park in the Village of Felton, near Morpeth, Northumberland is this lovely brand new lodge, Long View Lodge

Presenting stunning countryside views and a range of on-site facilities, the lodge is an ideal base for a family or group break, sleeping up to four guests.

A homely lodge all year-round, inside you'll find a sumptuous corner sofa, Smart TV with Netflix an Amazon Prime and Disney + included, and an electric fire for
snuggling up on colder nights for a movie..

To bring the outside in, open the patio doors towards the front veranda where you will find a table and chairs for your morning coffee bringing in the morning glow

during the day, there are open-aspect country views for watching wildlife while sitting back on the cosy five seater corner bench and at night you can stargaze in the clear night sky then sit back and enjoy the festoon lights followed with a relaxing soak in the bubbling hot tub, which you'll surely love after a day of exploring there is truly nothing better

Bird's Bay features 1 double room and 2 twin rooms sleeping 6 guests. It has fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room. A shower room with toilet and wash basin aswell as a separate WC. Dogs are permitted at no extra cost but no more than two (park rules not mine). Located by the northumbrian coast Bird's Bay offers something for everyone. With its vast range of historical sites and quaint villages. From March-November you can benefit from the parkdean amenities. Out of season simply enjoy the peace and tranquility Bird's Bay offers. Free unlimited WiFi and bed linens provided.

A pet friendly holiday let available on the stunning North East coast with uninterrupted sea views! Perfect for dolphin spotting, aurora hunting and star gazing, this cozy retreat is the ultimate getaway for nature lovers.

A great base for exploring castles of northumberland and the sandy north east coast beaches.

Our bookings are either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

We require a £100 returnable security bond at time of booking.

We allow up to 2 pets - we charge £10 per pet per stay.

We book 3 or 4 night breaks, Fri to Mon or Mon to Friday.
Due to family allergies, we can not accept pets. We are also NON SMOKING 🚭 AND VAPING.
The holiday home sleeps 6 people – one double bedroom with en suite toilet and washbasin and 2 twin bedrooms, all bedding supplied and beds made up for arrival. A separate shower room with a toilet and wash basin is located convenient to the bedroom area, To ensure your comfort in the event of chilly evenings, the caravan has a gas fire, central heating, and double glazing.
FREE WIFI is available in the property, as well as Blue Tooth surround sound.
We offer the use of a travel cot with bedding if travelling with babies/toddlers as well as a bed guard. There is a high chair available free of charge to ensure your little one can eat with the family.
For your relaxation in the living area, there is a 40"free view TV, a Play Station 3 (2 games) with a charging unit, there is also a radio. There is a 32" free view tv in the double bedroom ( hairdryer is also available). An attractive decking area with a table and chairs is provided, which offers a pleasant and tranquil setting for a quiet evening. The holiday home overlooks 2 beautiful fountains and has full wrap around decking for enjoying your morning coffee. Family games and DVDs are also available for you and your families enjoyment.

The kitchen has ample storage cupboards, a fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, gas cooker, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, china and glassware. Dish towels, hand towels, kitchen roll, and toilet roll will be supplied as is a welcome for your enjoyment.
Entertainment passes are not included and can be purchased directly from Haven.
Check-in is from 3 p.m., and checkout is 10 am.
