Our 3 bedroom Lodge is set on the front of the Bay view area on Ocean edge holiday park with a large wrap around decking and sea view. The spacious lodge has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine and air fryer. The kitchen, dining amd living area is all open plan. We have 2 twin bedrooms amd the master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Theres also a main shower room in the hallway next to the 2 twin bedrooms. We allow 2 well behaved small dogs free of charge. TV's are in all bedrooms.
There's an entertainment complex on site which includes heated pool and sauna, bar and restaurant, arcades, playground, soft play, sports court, arts and crafts den, ice cream and waffle house,street food van and showbar for daily evening family entertainment including bingo and live acts. Passes to enter the complex are available to purchase at reception on arrival. £14.50 off peak and £22.50 peak. This is per person for the duration of the stay, under 2 are free.

Welcome to our holiday home set on Ocean edge, Heysham. With its own parking space beside the caravan. We have a wrap round decking and a seaview. Enter the caravan into the kitchen which is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer fridge/freezer and oven with grill. There's a dining table thay seats 4 people. We have D/G and C/H for when the weather isn't great. Our cosy front room will seat everyone to spend time with family and friends. The main bathroom has a shower sink and toilet, the en-suite is off the main bedroom with a toilet and sink. The twin room has 2 single beds. The sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 people. The leisure complex on site is open from mid February until mid November. The facilities include heated indoor pool and sauna, bar and restaurant, arcades, playground, soft play, sports court, arts and crafts den, ice cream and waffle house, street food van, pedal karts, bungee trampoline and lots of other activities throughout the day for kids. From 5.30pm the show bar opens every evening with entertainment for kids, bingo amd live acts. Passes can be purchased at reception on arrival. There's lots to explore in the local area, the village of Heysham is a 2 min drive, Morecambe is a 10 min drive, the city of Lancaster is a 15 min drive and the Lake District a 30 min drive.

Theres a leisure complex on site which has a heated indoor pool and sauna, bar and restaurant, arcades, indoor play area, arts and crafts den, ice cream and waffle house, street food van, pedal karts and show bar for daily evening family entertainment including bingo and live acts. Theres also a Nisa convenience store and laundrette on site. Passes need to be purchased at reception on arrival to access the facilities.

Our modern caravan is based on Ocean edge with 3 bedrooms and a partial Seaview. The lounge and kitchen are central on the caravan which is spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped including air fryer.
There's 2 shower rooms one at either side of the caravan. 2 twin rooms on one side of the caravan and the master bedroom at the other. Also a front enclosed decking and car parking spot next to the. Caravan.
Facilities on site open Mid May.

Set on a quiet area at the top of the park. Lots to do in the local area. Near to Morecambe, Lancaster and the lake District. EDIT THE DECKING ON THE FRONT OF THE CARAVAN WAS DAMAGED IN AN ACCIDENT SO SO ONLY HAVE A SMALL SIDE DECKING AT THE MOMENT.

Our large lodge style caravan has room for enjoy to relax and enjoy. The full equipped kitchen includes full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and the hob has 5 rings. All cleaning products provided. In the spacious lounge we have a 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs along with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The main bathroom and bath, sink and toilet. Whilst off the master bedroom in the en-suite it has a shower, toilet and sink. The twin bedroom and full size size beds with wardrobe and dressing table with drawers. The master bedroom also has ample of wardrobe space and a dressing table also with tv. We have private WiFi and smart Tv's. The facilities on site are open Mid February until the end of October, passes are available to purchase from reception on arrival. The facilities include heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. Boathouse bar and restaurant. Playground and sports court, indoor play area, arcades and a show bar for daily evening family entertainment. THE FACILITIES ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO A FIRE ON 01/09/2024 AND ARE DUE TO OPEN NEXT SEASON 2025.

We are 5 minutes drive to Heysham village with the historical ruins and graves. Morecambe is a 10 minute drive with beaches, cafes, shops bars and restaurants. Lancaster is a 20 minute drive with Lancaster castle where the pendle witches were hung, also lots of shops, bars and restaurants. There's also Williamson park with a beautiful butterfly house. Other nearby attractions include Happy mount park with splash park and Greenlands farm village.
