Welcome to our Sunnymede Caravan with private HOT TUB, which has 3 bedrooms, Sleeps 8.

Our caravan is situated just behind Luna Park/Glen Park Market on Sea Lane in Ingoldmells across the road from Fantasy Island theme park.

The beach, all attractions, restaurants, cafés, amusements and markets are a short 2-minute walk.

The caravan has a spacious lounge and dining area, Smart TV, DVD player and DVD’s, Safe Electric Fire, Private WIFI, books and children’s games to enjoy, full wrap around veranda with hot tub and patio furniture.

Fully double glazed and central heated.

Fully equipped kitchen with full gas cooker, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, utensils and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Master with King Size bed, dressing table, wardrobes and en-suite toilet and wash basin.

2 x Twin Singles with wardrobes.

Double pull out in the main living area.

Bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower,

Travel cot, bed guard and high chair provided.

No Pets due to allergies.

Beds made up & WiFi provided.

Peaktop View is a beautifully presented, dog-friendly self-catering static caravan sleeping up to four guests, located on the relaxing, family-run Grasmoor View Holiday Park near Cockermouth on the edge of the Western Lake District. Enjoy beautiful views towards the surrounding fells and, if you'd like to make your stay even more special, you can add exclusive use of your own private hot tub. Peaktop View is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring one of Cumbria's most spectacular landscapes.

Grasmoor View Holiday Park is a secure, well-maintained park with just 24 privately owned static caravans and an on-site warden, creating a peaceful setting for couples and families looking for a quieter holiday. Open all year round and with easy access to the A66, it provides an excellent base for discovering the lakes, mountains, forests and picturesque villages of the Lake District National Park.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, generous built-in wardrobes with drawers, a dressing table with stool, window seat with additional storage, bedside cabinets and overhead cupboards. The bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite shower room with shower, toilet, wash basin, heated towel radiator and excellent built-in storage.

The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds together with a built-in wardrobe, drawers, shelving and wall mirror, making the caravan ideal for families or friends travelling together.

A separate family shower room is located off the hallway and includes a shower, toilet, wash basin with storage cupboard, mirrored cabinet, heated towel radiator and additional storage.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a integrated gas oven, integrated microwave, five-ring gas hob, integrated 70/30 fridge freezer, integrated full-size dishwasher, integrated 9kg washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you'll need for a self-catering holiday, including saucepans, frying pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, baking trays and cooking utensils.

The bright and comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Western Lake District. Enjoy the JVC 40-inch Fire Smart Full HD television with Alexa built in, where you can sign into your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. A DVD player with a selection of DVDs is also provided, together with comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, USB charging sockets and a feature electric fire.

The dining area comfortably seats four guests.

Outside, Peaktop View really comes into its own. Secure gated composite decking to the side and bamboo-screened composite decking to the front provide a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or simply take in the views towards the Western Lake District fells. Garden furniture is provided, and there is parking for one vehicle directly behind the caravan, together with a small grassed area alongside the caravan (please note this area is not enclosed).

For guests choosing our Optional Private Hot Tub Upgrade, your own private hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking, sightseeing or exploring the surrounding area. Relax beneath the open sky while enjoying uninterrupted views towards the surrounding fells – a wonderful way to end each day of your holiday.

Peaktop View welcomes dogs, with 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs accepted on request only.

Bed linen and towels are provided for every stay. Hot tub robes are provided for use during your stay for guests booking the Optional Private Hot Tub Upgrade. All beds are made up ready for your arrival.

The caravan benefits from full gas central heating throughout, controlled by a wireless thermostat. Gas, electricity and water are all included in the nightly rate.

A mandatory cleaning fee of £75 applies to every booking. The minimum stay is two nights.

**Optional Private Hot Tub Upgrade:** Exclusive use of the private hot tub is available for an additional charge of **£30 per night**. Please select this option when booking if you wish to enjoy the hot tub during your stay.

A travel cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional charge. Please contact us before your arrival if you would like either item arranged.

For the comfort of all guests, Grasmoor View Holiday Park does not permit contractors or work vans on site. Hen and stag party bookings are not accepted.

Our Holiday home is set in the Rockley park. It is situated 1.9 km from Hamworthy Beach and offers private check-in and check-out. Free WiFi is available throughout the park and Lake North Beach is less than 1 km away.

Our holiday park with a terrace and garden views has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms (for 6 people and 2 people on sofa bed), a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet, 1 extra toilet . Towels and bed linen are offered. There is also a seating area and a gas fireplace. Central heating. Fire/smoke alarms

Guests can relax in the garden at the property and near reception, shops, bars, swimming pools and all others amenities. Free Car park available.

Poole Harbour is 3.9 km from the holiday park, while Sandbanks is 12 km from the property. The nearest airport is Bournemouth Airport, 20 km from our Holiday home.
