This very spacious caravan has two other twin rooms both with luxury fitted wardrobes and mirrors. It has a large beautifully fitted modern bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Fully central heated. The hall way has sunken ceilings with automated walk through lighting system. The kitchen has luxury fitted units with a washing machine, airfryer, microwave, full size fridge freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster. The open spacious lounge has a beautiful corner suite with a double pull out bed for extra sleeping. The media wall has a fitted fire with wall mounted large flatscreen freeview tv with over 100 freeview channel. There are French doors from the lounge leading to a beautiful wrap around verander with outdoor furniture. An iron and ironing board is also supplied. The caravan has both double glazing and centrally heating system.

The park is an excellent location to everything. Only 5 minute walk to all the shops bars and eateries. Fantasy island is just a mere 15 min walk from the site entrance. Or just a 2 min drive away. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the caravan. Or you can catch an open top bus from directly outside the park which will take you all over Ingoldmells and Skegness and surrounding areas.

The site has 2 beautiful lakes on where you can obtain fishing passes from the site office at reception id]f you enjoy a spot of course fishing or even join one of their menu matches they have throughout the season

You can visit many of the attractions close by including the wildlife park just a mere 20 mins drive away a great day out for all the family. Details of this can be found in your welcome book in the caravan. There are lions, tigers, bears, monkeys and ,any more animals plus a play area and dining in a TP tent.

Enjoy a holiday in our homely caravan, Gerbara. It has an usual layout with the living area being in the centre and bedrooms at either end. The caravan sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, with a double bedroom with ensuite, 2 x twin single rooms and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. There is also another bathroom so no queuing for a shower or the toilet. GerBara has a spacious living area with a wrap around sofa big enough for the whole family, a decent sized kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and a dining area with a table and seating. The caravan benefits from central heating and double glazing and for those longer stays we have a utility room with a washer/dryer available for your use. Also a rotary dryer to pop outside, no need to take dirty laundry home. There is parking for guests and you will need the parking permit from the caravan.

Just provide your towels and personal effects.

M9 is a luxury lodge style caravan boasting immaculate high quality interiors with Lou g having luxury soft white leather seating flat screen TV , dvd player and a selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. There is free WIFI and a PlayStation games console with a selection of games. Central heating throughout and an electric fire suite. There is a raised dining area with table and chairs with overhead skylights and mood lighting. The kitchen has double sink 5 ring job and double oven side by side under counter fridge freezer wine rack air fryer microwave kettle toaster and beautifully fitted units the house bathroom has shower toilet sink and large mirror and houses the boiler. The twin room has 2 large single beds with fitted robes and mirrors. The master bedroom is a king size bed with fitted robes and a tv with an en-suite which has a full size bath shower toilet and wall to wall mirror
The outside has a large deck area with outdoor furniture and parasol over looking the green with the lakes directly behind. This is simply stunning and tastefully decorated throughout.

Beautifully fitted Kitchen comprises of cooker fridge kettle toaster microwave air fryer all utensils crockery pans glass wear dinner sets you could need for your self catering needs. Dining table with chairs in front of French doors that lead to the outside verander with outdoor ratan seating area. The views from here you will often see rabbits hopping around herons ducks geese and plenty more wildlife. Inside the lounge has beautiful fitted units with gas fire and surround. There is a large flat screen free view to and dvd player with over 100 free view channels plus a selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. There are two extra long settles with a double pull out bed in one or you could use both settles as single beds on top sleepers on each sofa. Carpeted throughout and fully central heated for those warm cosy night. Little extras adding that comfort feel are present all over the caravan. The caravan is close to 2 fishing lakes on site with great course fishing, day passes available from the site office. Out of the park you are a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops, bars eateries. Another 15 min stroll and your at the fabulous fantasy island and markets with an abundance of places to go. Just opposite the site is the amazing woodies that do family and adult entertainment and serve amazing food. There is also a great soft play area for the kiddies here…to the left of the park is an animal experience which is great for the kiddies and a little further on a state of the arts trampoline park for all ages. There is a bus stop right outside the park entrance where you can take an open top bus all over ingoldmells and into Skegness which is a mere 3.5 miles down the road.

Mollies Den 3 is a homely 8 berth 3 bedroom Caravan on the beautiful Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells. It has 1 double bedroom and two twin rooms all with smart TV's. There is free WiFi throughout the caravan. It features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including an air fryer and microwave. The lounge area comfortably seats 8 people with ease and also features a sofa bed. There is a 40" Smart TV with guest account for Netflix and also a DVD player. Outside there is a large gated decking area with patio area for dining. Waterside is a lovely park with fishing lakes, natural wildlife and also gated access to the beach. It has a tavern onsite and is close to all amenities and Fantasy Island is just a short distance away. Local attractions include various bars with nightly entertainment including top vocalists, bands and tribute acts. Restaurants of various descriptions serving food of all descriptions including the traditional seaside dish of Fish n Chips and also Chinese, Indian and Kebab restaurants. Skegness is less than 10 mins away and Chapel St Leonards and Mabelthorpe are both short drives or bus rides away. Children can enjoy a trip to Hardys animal farm on Anchor Lane.
