Our double-glazed holiday caravan for hire on Seaview Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, Skegness, is a real home away from home.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. There’s also a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The shower room has a shower and wash basin, the toilet is in a different room.

Facilities within our holiday caravan include a 32” Smart TV in living room, a 24” TV/DVD player in master bedroom and a kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge etc. in the kitchen.

Extensions/four ways provided for every room.

Unlimited internet, (in caravan, not site WiFi) Amazon firesticks complete with Discovery+, Disney, Netflix and Prime.

There's a travel cot, bed guard and highchair in the caravan for you to use.

We have oil filled radiators to keep you warm and fans to keep you cool.

The caravan is situated less than a one-minute walk to the beach and just a two-to-three-minute walk to Fantasy Island. At the site entrance there's several pubs, takeaways, cafes and shops. Seaview is a perfect location for everyone as everything is right on the doorstep.

We will try to be as accommodating as possible with regards to dates, i.e. weekends versus weeks – please contact us for your exact requirements.

M9 is a luxury lodge style caravan boasting immaculate high quality interiors with Lou g having luxury soft white leather seating flat screen TV , dvd player and a selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. There is free WIFI and a PlayStation games console with a selection of games. Central heating throughout and an electric fire suite. There is a raised dining area with table and chairs with overhead skylights and mood lighting. The kitchen has double sink 5 ring job and double oven side by side under counter fridge freezer wine rack air fryer microwave kettle toaster and beautifully fitted units the house bathroom has shower toilet sink and large mirror and houses the boiler. The twin room has 2 large single beds with fitted robes and mirrors. The master bedroom is a king size bed with fitted robes and a tv with an en-suite which has a full size bath shower toilet and wall to wall mirror
The outside has a large deck area with outdoor furniture and parasol over looking the green with the lakes directly behind. This is simply stunning and tastefully decorated throughout.

Beach is a few minutes walk away. Plenty of shops/ pubs and take-a- ways within a few mins walk. Plenty of kids activities nearby. Ingoldmells village is a short walk away. Ingoldmells and skegness a short drive away.
Next door is a club/pub restaurant and laundrette. A fishing lake is available to use (small charge).
Just down the road is Hardys Animal park. And a Trampoline park.
And the very popular Woody's
Pub restaurant which holds daily and nightly entertainment.

£50 deposit is required to hold your dates. (none refundable if you cancel for any reason).
It acts as your damages care bond and is returned provided caravan left as found.
Usually returned within 72 hours provided no damage or extra clean is required.

Our 3 bedroom caravan sleeps up to 8 people, it consists of one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, lounge area with smart TV, kitchen / dining area and a separate shower room and toilet. In the dining area is a pull out double bed and dining table with seating, in the lounge area there is a smart TV, gas fire for the chillier nights and free WIFI.

The fully equipped kitched has everything you may need for your holiday, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

We provide child bed gaurds, baby bottle steralizer, padded / waterproof baby changing mat baby bath and a child seat for the dining area seating.

Outside there is an enclosed gated decking with table and chairs. Alongside the caravan is parking for up to 2 cars.

Duvets and pillows are provided though we do not provide duvet covers, bottom mattress sheet or pillow cases.

This van is professionally cleaned prior to every arrival.

Our caravan is situated in a fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk to the attractions - Fantasy Island, the beach, market, arcades, bars and restaurants.
On site there is Pirate Petes soft play for the childrens, adults and child entertainments in the club and Sealands bar, restaurant, take-away and laundrette.
Our caravan is located very close to the park gate.

Outside the park gate there is a bus stop where you can take a short bus ride (open top in season) to Skegness Pier where you will find endless attractions, the beach (donkey rides for the children),restaurants,shops and bars with lots of live entertainments.

Skegness Aquarium, Natureland Seal Sanctuary, Hildreds shopping centre and Hardys Animal farm are all just a very short car or bus journey away.

Stunning 3 bed u berth caravan with master bedroom fitted wardrobes and 2 x twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet room for extra family convenience and another shower room fully fitted with another toilet and sink in. The kitchen is well designed for larger families with all the mod cons fitted including oven hob fridge freezer microwave kettle toaster and an air fryer. There is also a 6 seater dining table in the large kitchen for family dining. The lounge is very home from home with soft furnishing and a double pull out sofa bed for extra accommodation for 2 adults. There is a flat screen wall mounted TV and dvd player with a selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. There is also free unlimited Wi-Fi available. There are decked areas to thefrom]nt with outdoor seating and tables overlooking a lovely f]green. There is also a full length side deck so any pets are safe in this gated area.

The site has 2 x fishing lakes on and passes can be obtained from the site office at reception. Just opposite is a beautiful family bar that serves the most delicious food and has family entertainment free of charge no passes are required for here. There is an indoor soft play area for the little ones and an outdoor play area. Big screen sport tv and family entertain event throughout the night during the season.

You can at h an open top bus directly outside the caravan park to take you around ingoldmells Skegness chapel st Leonard’s and many other p,aces all day long.

It’s only a 5 min stroll from the site entrance to all the bars shops amusements and eateries and 5 mins from the caravan to the beach. The caravan is located right at the front of the park so it has very easy access to all the amenities

Enjoy a holiday in our homely caravan, Gerbara. It has an usual layout with the living area being in the centre and bedrooms at either end. The caravan sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, with a double bedroom with ensuite, 2 x twin single rooms and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. There is also another bathroom so no queuing for a shower or the toilet. GerBara has a spacious living area with a wrap around sofa big enough for the whole family, a decent sized kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and a dining area with a table and seating. The caravan benefits from central heating and double glazing and for those longer stays we have a utility room with a washer/dryer available for your use. Also a rotary dryer to pop outside, no need to take dirty laundry home. There is parking for guests and you will need the parking permit from the caravan.

Just provide your towels and personal effects.

Bed linen and towels not provided , lots to do in area farm fun fair rites bouncy castles pubs ,bars ,food bingo amusements etc something for all ages in walking distance from our caravan. There’s always something going on in the area from festivals parades to fear island firework displays throughout the season

A beautiful 6 berth en-suite king size bed caravan with walk in dressing room. 2nd bedroom with twin beds and wardrobes. There is a fully fitted shower room with toilet and sink. The caravan is fully central heated. The kitchen comprises of high level ovens a separate hob with kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, all crockery, pans, glass wear you could need for your self catering holiday needs. There is a tasteful dining area with table and chairs. The lounge has an electric fire suit built in with a 3 piece suite and the sofa has a pull out double sofa bed which can be used for extra sleeping arrangements. It’s carpeted throughout. There is a free view to with dvd player with over a 100 free view channels and dvds supplied for your viewing pleasure. It’s a beautiful home from home caravan with added little extras for that special feel. Parking is directly in from of the caravan…it has gated very large decking verander with outdoor seating and has a great location on the park right near the reception so only a 5 min walk from the beach, bars, amusement, shops etc…fantasy island is a further 15 min walk away or 5 min car ride. The infamous woodies is right opposite where the location of the caravan is and they do family and adult entertainment and serve delicious food. They also have a fabulous soft play area for children and show the latest sport to action on large screen tvs.

A beautiful 6 berth pet friendly en-suite king size master bedroom with beautifully fitted wardrobes. 2nd bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes and mirrored dressing table area. There is a fully fitted shower room with a large sit down shower in and centrally heated throughout. The kitchen has an amazing full sized range with a hot plate and fully fitted out with white kitchen units and black worktops. There is a full sized fridge freezer and it has a washer/dryer in the kitchen too. There is kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, all pans crockery plate wear glasses you could want for your self catering holiday. There is a white table and bench set in the dining area that can seat 6 people. There is a lounge with a 3 piece suite and the sofa has an additional pull out double sofa bed. It is fitted with surround sound throughout every room in the caravan even in the shower, so you can listen to your favourite music all day long. You can have the music playing in all rooms or pick individual rooms you would like it in. There is a free viewTV and dvd player with over a 100 free view channels to chose from and a selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. The caravan is fully central heated. Outside is a gated verander with outdoor seating . It’s located in a lovely peaceful area open to nature and you often see rabbits hoping around your van or the wild birds come knocking for feeding. There are 2 fishing lakes on site and a tavern that does happy hour serves snack food from the snack bar and has bingo karaoke live auctions and entertainment..right outside the park is Woodies which serves amazing food also does family and adult entertainment. There is a soft play area and also shows sport on big screens. Within a 5 min walk of the park entrance is the bars shops amusements etc and the beach is a 5 min walk away. Carry on for another 15 mins or a mere 5 min car drive away and your in the heart of ingoldmells fantasy island and markets with an array of things to do. There is a bus stop directly outside the park where you can catch open top buses regularly to take you all over ingoldmells and Skegness which is a mere 4 miles down the road away. There is Hardys animal farm next door to the park great for the kiddies to have an animal experience and a little further on a state of the arts trampoline centre for all ages.

The kitchen if fitted with contemporary units oven hob microwave includes added benefit of an air fryer full size fridge freezer. There is an iron ironing board vacuumed cleaner. There are board games galore for those rainy days in.

The lounge has a double sofa bed which sleeps an extra 2 adults and a fully fitted electric feature fireplace, wall mounted free view flat screen TV and dvd player with a large selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. Free unlimited Wi-Fi. The patio doors lead onto a beautiful decked area with seating and tables overlooking a gorgeous green. There is also a side decked area with a large table and six chairs and an umberella for extra outdoor dining.

Located on Anchor Lane with a variety of shops bars and eateries all within a 5 min walking distance from the site entrance. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the caravan. There are two lakes on-site for fishing and you can obtain a fishing pass from the site office at reception. Fantasy island is a mere 15 min walk from the site entrance or a 2 minute car drive away. There are open top busses that go all around ingoldmells, Skegness, chapel st Leonard’s and mablethorpe that you can get in just outside the site entrance. There is an animal farm next door where children can have an animal experience and tractor rides. Also just a few minutes walk down anchor lane is a state of the arts trampoline centre and cafe to keep the family entertained on rainy days.

There is so much more to explore around the surrounding areas including the Lincolnshire wildlife park where you can find lions tigers monkeys bears and play areas just a 2o min drive away. This is a great day out for all the family. You can even eat lunch in a TP tent.
