In the lounge is two French doors which when you open them will lead you straight onto the decking you can sit and chill outside especially on warm sunny days, and watch the sunset come down.
One kingsize master bedroom with en-suite and one twin bedroom with 2 single beds both have fully fitted wardrobes with shelves and cupboards.
Large smart TV with dvd and WiFi.There is a music system with full surround in all rooms.
In the lounge is a sofa and two recliner chairs.
Well maintained kitchen with large oven microwave, toaster, pots, pans and utensils and a large fridge freezer.
Nice dark mahogany dinning table and chairs.
Large walk in shower and toilet.
Private parking is available at the side of the caravan.
Wraparound veranda with outside table and chairs.Smoking and vaping is only aloud outside where ashtrays are provided.
2 Small Well-behaved dogs aloud at the most.
Mattress protecters,pillows provided Beds made up on arrival.
Also have travel cot and high chair
Caravan sleeps 5 people.
The wolds is quiet and peaceful caravan park it as a sister park which as a laundrette,cafe and pub which sells food also and have brilliant entertainment and tribute acts.
Just outside the wolds is a bus stop which the bus will take you anywhere.
Just outside the site few minutes down the road is shops The Anchor Hotel and pub, O'gradys pub which both have entertainment and amusements and of course the beach.
10/15 minutes walk to Fantasy Island and the famous market.

J4 is. 6 berth 2 bed caravan with full wrap around veranda overlooking the fishing lakes with the beach directly behind. It has a master king size bedroom with walk in dressing room and en suite facilities. The second bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe and mirror. The lounge is beautifully decorated with electric fire suite wrap around sofa with a double pull out bed that sleeps two. Flat screen tv and dvd player with a selection of DVDs and also has a PlayStation console with a selection of games. Free WIFI. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including an air fryer microwave toaster kettle dining table upright fridge freezer. The twin bed has two single beds with fitted wardrobe and mirror
The master bed is a king size bedroom with walkin dressing room and en-suite toilet fa polities. The master bathroom has an extr large shower toilet and sink. There is a full wrap around veranda which over looks the beautiful lakes with outdoor furniture and the beach is directly behind .

Mollies Den 3 is a homely 8 berth 3 bedroom Caravan on the beautiful Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells. It has 1 double bedroom and two twin rooms all with smart TV's. There is free WiFi throughout the caravan. It features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including an air fryer and microwave. The lounge area comfortably seats 8 people with ease and also features a sofa bed. There is a 40" Smart TV with guest account for Netflix and also a DVD player. Outside there is a large gated decking area with patio area for dining. Waterside is a lovely park with fishing lakes, natural wildlife and also gated access to the beach. It has a tavern onsite and is close to all amenities and Fantasy Island is just a short distance away. Local attractions include various bars with nightly entertainment including top vocalists, bands and tribute acts. Restaurants of various descriptions serving food of all descriptions including the traditional seaside dish of Fish n Chips and also Chinese, Indian and Kebab restaurants. Skegness is less than 10 mins away and Chapel St Leonards and Mabelthorpe are both short drives or bus rides away. Children can enjoy a trip to Hardys animal farm on Anchor Lane.

Beautiful pet free 6 berth large king size bedroom with fitted robes. 2nd twin bedroom with fitted robes. Fully fitted shower room with sink and toilet radiator. Beautifully fitted Kitchen comprises of cooker fridge kettle toaster microwave air fryer all utensils crockery pans glass wear dinner sets you could need for your self catering needs. Dining table with chairs in front of French doors that lead to the outside verander with outdoor ratan seating area. The views from here you will often see rabbits hopping around herons ducks geese and plenty more wildlife. Inside the lounge has beautiful fitted units with gas fire and surround. There is a large flat screen free view to and dvd player with over 100 free view channels plus a selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. There are two extra long settles with a double pull out bed in one or you could use both settles as single beds on top sleepers on each sofa. Carpeted throughout and fully central heated for those warm cosy night. Little extras adding that comfort feel are present all over the caravan. The caravan is close to 2 fishing lakes on site with great course fishing, day passes available from the site office. Out of the park you are a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops, bars eateries. Another 15 min stroll and your at the fabulous fantasy island and markets with an abundance of places to go. Just opposite the site is the amazing woodies that do family and adult entertainment and serve amazing food. There is also a great soft play area for the kiddies here…to the left of the park is an animal experience which is great for the kiddies and a little further on a state of the arts trampoline park for all ages. There is a bus stop right outside the park entrance where you can take an open top bus all over ingoldmells and into Skegness which is a mere 3.5 miles down the road.

We make every attempt to make the caravan as inviting and homely as possible with the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a sofa and chair and slimline tv with Freeview, a relaxing conservatory, double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower and hand basin with gas central heating & double glazing. we also provide extras like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, towels tea towels, an iron, an ironing board, and some cupboard essentials, all bedding is also provided there is also a washing line and table and chairs outside.

For health and safety & insurance customers are not allowed to have day visitors to the static caravan please meet family and friends off-site so we can limit the number of people on our campsite.
