Local area has lots to do , the beach is less than 5 mins walk away and fantasy island is around 10/ 15 minutes walk from caravan Skegness is
a short drive or bus ride away , on site there’s a play park arcade mini supermarket laundrette and Chinese takeaway . on site entertainment showbar and indoor pool passes are needed to be purchased for use I need 14 days prior notice to order from site . Bed linen and towels not provided , lots to do in area farm fun fair rites bouncy castles pubs ,bars ,food bingo amusements etc something for all ages in walking distance from our caravan. There’s always something going on in the area from festivals parades to fear island firework displays throughout the season

Double pull out in the main living area.

Bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in shower.

Separate toilet with sink.

Parking next to the caravan for max 2 vehicles (Dry weather only)
(In wet weather please use hardstanding areas available around the site)

Travel cot, bed guard and high chair provided.

No Pets due to allergies.

All bedding, bed linen and WIFI provided.

Check-in - 4pm, Check-out 10am
Early check-in available 1pm £20
Late Check-out available 12noon £20

Enjoy a holiday in our homely caravan, Gerbara. It has an usual layout with the living area being in the centre and bedrooms at either end. The caravan sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, with a double bedroom with ensuite, 2 x twin single rooms and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. There is also another bathroom so no queuing for a shower or the toilet. GerBara has a spacious living area with a wrap around sofa big enough for the whole family, a decent sized kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and a dining area with a table and seating. The caravan benefits from central heating and double glazing and for those longer stays we have a utility room with a washer/dryer available for your use. Also a rotary dryer to pop outside, no need to take dirty laundry home. There is parking for guests and you will need the parking permit from the caravan.

Just provide your towels and personal effects.
