Ideally located three bedroom caravan situated on a family friendly site in Towyn North Wales. Opposite the market and funfair and all amenities. Spacious living area that benefits from full central heating and double glazing. Bedrooms consist of one double room, two twin rooms and there’s a foldaway sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with one toilet and a separate toilet. There is a smart television in the living area with a dvd player. Please note there is no smoking allowed in the caravan and no pets.
The site consists of a large show bar, sports bar, amusements, swimming pool, soft play area, park, sports court, shop, chip shop.
There is excellent entertainment and children’s entertainment.
Towyn is an ideal base to go out and about exploring all that Wales has to offer. There is an excellent bus service should you wish to park your car up and enjoy the many pubs and restaurants available.

This ABI Bowness 8 berth, 3 bedroom caravan is a spacious caravan with double glazing, central heating and WIFI.
There is one double bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms and a pull-out double bed in the lounge. There are 2 toilets and a shower. Kitchen facilities: gas hob and oven, fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer and coffee machine. Living area: TV with Now TV, Xbox One and a DVD player and games. Duvets and pillows are provided but not sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.
Well-behaved pets are welcome but dogs must be on leads when out on the site. The caravan has a lovely view of the sea and is a short walk to all the park facilities and the beach.
Shops, the fairs and Towyn market are also within walking distance.
Please be aware it is Golden Sands policy that all guests MUST purchase passes and this is not negotiable.
This is not included in the cost of hiring the caravan and is an additional charge to be made either directly to Away Resorts on arrival or in advance to the owner who can purchase them on your behalf and obtain a 20% discount.

Welcome to our lovely homely 8 berth static caravan it is fully double glazed so will still be warm in the colder months of the season. It is fully central heated with an electric fire in the sitting room. We have 2 toilets 1 is the main shower room. The kitchen/ dining area is a fair size with a full size fridge/ freezer. The caravan is located central to all the onsite amenities such as the main office, club, shop, laundrette and even the children play area.

Beautiful 8 berth caravan situated on Golden Sands, Towyn. 3 bed, 2 bathrooms, double glazed with gas central heating. Smart tvs and private WiFi. The caravan has its on enclosed decking, private car parking and right next to all the parks facilities and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Available all year round, preferred days are Fri to mon, mon to fr or Fri to Fri. Please message for alternate days. On Site you will find a park,pool,bar,arcade, shower, fish and chips and launderette. The site is situated right by the sea. In Towyn you will find plenty to do with many bars, eaterys, arcades, 2 amusement parks and the tir prince raceway and market.

**WINTER LET AVAILABLE**
Living Room - Enjoy an unobstructed view of the seafront from the open plan living area consisting of a large comfortable lounge area with a 32" smart TV with freeview and unlimited wifi and Netflix. The dining area has a table and sofa and stools where you can sit and appreciate excellent food with stunning sea views.

Kitchen - The Kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and pots and pans required to cook a nice family meal.

Bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twin rooms having ample storage space (if required, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases supplied for an additional cost).

Toilets - A family shower room with toilet and a separate toilet with hand basin (towels not supplied).

Deposit - A deposit of £100 will secure your booking and the agreed holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks before the check-in date.
The deposit will be refunded on the day after checkout if there are no breakages/damages and the caravan is clean and tidy as you found it. If damage/breakages exceed £100 this will be chargeable and will have to be paid within 28 days of receipt of invoice.

Check-in at 3 pm and check out at 10 am.

All holidaymakers must register at reception before or after having checked in. You must complete a registration form. You are in breach of the health and safety of the park if you have not completed the form.
