We have a lovely 3 Bed Caravan sited on Butlin’s Caravan Park, Skegness. She has a full wrap around Deck that catches the Sun all day.Price will include passes and Beds made up on Arrival.
She is sited on the Sandhills area of Butlin’s Caravan Park. On a quiet, roomy plot with parking and plenty of green area around us so you do not feel on top of everyone else. She is a five min stroll to the main attraction’s of Butlin’s, however you can take your car down if you you prefer. She is close enough to all the fun but far enough away for a bit of piece and quiet when you want it.
You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay, the only things you will need to take are your own Towels and Milk for a cuppa when you get there.

Located on Croft Marsh. Which is only a few minutes walk, to main complex/entertainment Area.

A £50 deposit is required to hold your dates. (This is non-refundable if you cancel your holiday).
Passers are available from reception on arrival, or via the app.
If you cancel your holiday, within 28 days of arrival only your damages care bond will be returned.
Unless Holiday is rebooked. Park is open from March to end of Nov.

Gerbara has a modern open plan lounge/diner with fitted furniture including a pull out bed to fit all the family and extra guests.

Flowing through to the kitchen with a integrated fridge freezer and microwave . With u shaped worktops there is ampules of storage and room to create the perfect family meal.

With a double room and en-suite toilet and 2 x twin rooms at the rear of the caravan all with fitted storage. The shower room has a large shower unit creating the extra room needed and another toilet.

GerBara offers something for everybody and would provide the perfect escape you need to the seaside!

The caravan park provides a childrens park and its own shop which provides all you could need.

Upon leaving the caravan park you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, arcades, soft play and even bingo. Fantasy Island is a 4 minute walk and your closest beach is 11 minutes away walking.

£75 deposit is taken to secure your date. After your stay, a caravan clean & check will be completed. When is finished and everything is as found when checking in the deposit will be refunded

Welcome let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan, situated on Sherwood. It is a clean and well kept site.
Time for the tour;
We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.
The first door you come to takes you into the hallway, to your right is the boiler cupboard.A wall mirror and the ironing board is found here too. Next is bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. Then it is the double bed room with wardrobe and an area you can sit and put your makeup on. Another bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. In the main Bedroom you will find in the cupboard above the mirror hairdryer and hair straighteners.
Opposite you will find our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Through the door you will find our Kitchen, it is fully equipped with Fridge with an icebox, oven/ grill, microwave, Kettle and toaster.
In the cupboard you will find oven trays, saucepans, In the wall units wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs and plastic bowls etc for young children.
In the draws there is cutlery, foil etc. The iron is kept in here.
Through into the dinning area table with seating.
In the living area plenty of seating, with coffee table and a TV with freeview, Separate DVD machine.

We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan, unless crated. But not for hours. with it being a strange place for them also not ideal when the weather is hot. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.

On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, The Club Tropicana, Large family bar and restaurant. We also have an outdoor children's park and swimming baths. For more information on prices for the Club and swimming feel free to ask.

MOLLIES DEN is a homely 6 berth caravan in the heart of Ingoldmells. The caravan has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Master with a King Size bed and en-suite, the 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedding provided for both bedrooms. A Family bathroom with full sized sit down shower, wash basin and W/C, Large kitchen area with tall fridge freezer and all utensils. Dining room area with extendable table and a Large sized lounge with 5 seater sofa which converts in to a further double bed with an electric fire and Smart TV with Freeview built in and guest accounts for Netflix and Disney+, also a DVD player with a number of DVDs provided for your viewing pleasure. The caravan also has the luxury of a furnished outside decking patio area. The caravan is located at Waterside Leisure Park on Anchor Lane. Waterside Leisure Park covers an area in excess of approximately 50 acres and has well maintained, landscaped areas and features include 2 large fishing lakes and a beautiful ornamental pond.
The site has direct gated access to the lovely unspoilt beach at Ingoldmells. Featuring miles of unbroken sand and a gentle gradient to the sea, the beach is one of the most picturesque and safe in the country. Ingoldmells beaches have a Blue Flag Award meaning the area is safe for paddling, bathing and swimming. Conveniently located at the park entrance is a car park and reception. The Waterside Tavern is a family friendly bar on-site and directly opposite is Woody’s Bar and Restaurant, a popular entertainment bar hosting entertainment and showing live sports events.

The first door you come to takes you into the living room which has a large flat screen TV with freeview, separate DVD, with coffee table near the seating and dinning table. In the Kitchen you will find it fully equipped with fridge with ice box, oven/grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Cookware, plastic bowls etc for young children. Dinnerware set, mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses.
We also provide iron and ironing board, hair dryer and hair straighteners.
For your safety our caravan is fitted with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
No smoking in our caravan.
Next you will walk into the hallway ~ firstly you will see our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Their are 3 bedrooms, we have 2 twin rooms with single beds and one double bedroom.
Plus cupboard with the water heater in.
