Stunning 8 berth, dog friendly gold caravan. Situated in the picturesque area of Tenby Pembrokeshire. Our caravan is situated in Goscar, close to shop, and dog friendly beach.
This 3 bedroom, family owned caravan is comprised of 1 double master bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite, 2 twin rooms with full size single beds plus a pull out bed in the lounge, bathroom with shower and second toilet. Our beautiful open plan living room and kitchen has a large corner sofa, full size fridge freezer and dish washer, making your holiday so much easier! Side ramp access with enclosed decking to the front.
A dog friendly beach is accessible through the park 12 months of the year, with dog friendly pubs and restaurants in the nearby Tenby town. Lots to do in the surrounding area including Manor Wildlife park, Heatherton, Dinosaur Park, and Folly Farm. Multiple beautiful beaches in Tenby and surrounding areas. You wont be left disappointed with Pembrokeshire!

Nestled within the tranquil surroundings of Goonhavern, this "home from home" caravan at the Newperran Away Resorts site offers an idyllic retreat for exploring the stunning Cornish coastline. Perfectly positioned to provide a peaceful bolthole while being a short distance from the lively town of Perranporth, this caravan, "Cornish Dream," is part of the trusted "Ocean Breeze Holidays" family, a business with over six years of experience in providing exceptional holiday experiences.
Step inside and discover a comfortable and well-appointed space. The inviting living room features a sofa bed for extra guests, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and modern amenities including a full-size fridge freezer, air fryer, WiFi, a smart TV, and a coffee machine.
The caravan comfortably sleeps four to six guests. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a king-sized bed with a plush mattress topper, a 34" TV, wardrobes, a dressing table, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two good-sized single beds and wardrobes, making it ideal for children or friends. The main bathroom includes a shower, basin, and toilet.
Outside, a spacious deck with outdoor furniture provides the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Cornish skies and dine al fresco. Parking for three cars is available on the gravel driveway.
The Newperran Away Resorts site offers a fantastic range of facilities to enhance your stay. Enjoy a dip in the indoor heated pool, grab a bite to eat at the bar/restaurant, which also has a pool table and arcade, or let the children burn off energy at the outdoor play area. For convenience, there is a laundrette on site, and for your four-legged friend, a dedicated dog walking park with breathtaking sea views of Crantock. Please note, due to the pristine and heavily carpeted interior, we can accommodate only one small pet.
While we do not provide bed linen and towels, we ensure you have everything you need for a hassle-free start to your holiday. We supply mattress and pillow protectors, a bath mat, tea towels, hand wash, and all washing-up items. We also provide a complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets. During peak season, we treat our guests to a small hamper, so you can enjoy a cuppa and a treat as soon as you arrive.
As part of "Ocean Breeze Holidays," we manage several caravans in Perranporth and on other sites. If you are a larger group needing multiple caravans, please don't hesitate to get in touch. If it’s peace & tranquillity you are looking for you have come to the right place our caravan offers it you all in one place where you can relax and enjoy dinner Alfresco style or just relax having a glass of wine or a cold beer on the Decking watching the sunset and let the world go by. The choice is yours!
Coastal Dreams is just a short walk to the main building where you will find all the activates.

The caravan has double glazing, central heating, gas and electricity, private Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE TOWELS FROM CARAVAN), Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Hand Soap, washing up liquid, iron and ironing board are all included in the hire price.


Coastal Dreams is situated in Gorse Hill on a quite part of Haven's flagship holiday park offering a wealth of facilities for you and your family to enjoy with a small beach, water sports, swimming pools and activities (charges may apply).
With breath-taking views across Poole Harbour, Rockley Park is set in some of the most beautiful surroundings you could imagine. Who needs to go abroad with a beautiful setting like this available right here? It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. Rockley Park offers plenty to do for all ages. Everything you could want for a fantastic break in Dorset by the sea.

There are many great walks locally, including over Ham Common where there is an Osprey Observation Point, over to Lake Pier and along the beach back up the cliff in a circular walk. There is also Hamworthy Park just a five-minute drive and Upton Country Park (park by Lidl and walk back through the railway bridge and in through the gate) has acres for you to stroll through. Or take an open top bus trip into Poole with its many pubs & restaurants, whilst you are there you can take one of the many boat trips that are on offer from the quayside. Or hop on an open top bus from Poole bus station and explore different locations around the area of Dorset.

Locally there are too many attractions to list but with Beautiful Blue flag beaches and attractions like the Tank Museum, Monkey World, Farmer Palmers, Paulton's Park (Pepper Pig World), Adventure Wonderland Park, Marwell Zoo and much more. Poole Quay is a must. Visit on Tuesdays during the summer season to see hundreds of motorbikes at 6 pm.
Tower Park is just up the road with a cinema complex, bowling attractions & restaurants.

Buses are frequent from the park to Poole at half-hour intervals.
The Jurassic coastline is a wonder just to walk along!

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen has a full-sized gas oven hob with grill, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with an extensive range of cutlery, crockery, saucepans, glasses and kitchen utensils, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm

Dining Area:
A dining table provides plenty of space with corner seats and two stools for mealtimes.

Lounge:
The open plan lounge is bright with a large Conner sofa and a coffee table. There is a 43inch smart flat-screen TV, and electric fire. Gas central heating, one of the corner sofas converts to make an additional double bed.

Bedroom 1:
1 double bed, wall mounted TV, dressing table with draws, 2 Bedside cabinets and double wardrobe, Hair Dryer.

Bedroom 2:
2 single beds 1 Bedside cabinet, single wardrobe.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, we can provide bed linen. please specify if you do not require them on booking.

Bathroom:
There is a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Parking:
Allocated parking space next to the caravan.
There are Electric car charging points in the car park opposite the reception.

Play Passes:
Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. If required these, you can be purchase these from the Haven reception on arrival. During the winter months there are no entertainment, activities and facilities available on site. Note Play passes are not required for Haven's bar, restaurants and arcade (when available) but are needed for entertainment and activities such as the swimming pools.

Park facilities:
Sandy beach with cafe. Many water sports for hire and lessons available! (Charges apply).
Bike hire is on site. Also, electric bikes are available.
Indoor pool with splash zone, grotto, heated outdoor pool, crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing wall, trampolines, slot machines bars and restaurants.
Several takeaway restaurants (Papa John's Pizza delivers to your park home, as do local Chinese and Indian restaurants).
There is daytime entertainment for kids and evening entertainment which is first class with many good star acts. (Please note this is organized and controlled by park owners, Haven, and as such, we have no control over what is available at any time. During the winter months, November until the middle of March, nothing is provided by Haven)

Here we have to offer our lovely Privately Owned 2 bedroom, 6 Berth ABI caravan. It is a lovely clean, spacious, well kept family holiday home offering Double Glazing, Gas Central Heating, Electric Fire & Electric Oil filled Radiators to keep you warm on those chillier days/evenings. We are situated on "Central" at Hutleys Caravan Park, Beach Road, St Osyth. CO16 8TB. Nr Clacton on Sea.

The Lounge has 2 free standing leather settees, a 32" smart TV/DVD player, gas fire, Electric oil filled radiators, small double Jaybee put up bed and dining area. We have double patio doors which open up from the Lounge/Dining area should you wish to sit on the veranda to have a lovely cuppa.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized oven/hob with extractor, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Kettle, Toaster, Bread Bin, Kitchen Knife Block, Pyrex dishes, cutlery, Dinner Service, Pots & Pans, T-Towel, Dish Cloth and lots more, it's like home from home.

Fire Extinguisher, Fire blanket and First Aid Kit are all located here too.

Hallway - There are coat hooks located on the wall by the kitchen door. Carbon Monoxide Alarm & Smoke Alarm.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom which has a comfortable double bed with mattress & pillow protectors in use and plenty of storage.

Bedroom 2 - Twin room has 2 comfortable single beds with mattress & pillow protectors and storage.

Bathroom - We have a lovely sized shower cubicle, Wash hand basin and WC.

Grass Area outside of caravan Veranda. We have Loungers & Chairs available for use.

There is a Washing Machine,Tumble Dryer, Freezer and Rotary washing line available at no extra charge.

Welcome to our lovely 8 birth birth caravan holiday home.

Our modern caravan is a 8 berth, 3 bedroom, very spacious static caravan.

Complimentary: WIFI, fire stick, movie package.

The lounge & dinette area is open planned with plenty of seating.

The dinette area is positioned for meals/games and includes tableware.

The kitchen is plentiful with full use of all kitchen amenities including full size cooker, sink, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all cookery/utensils included with lots of storage cupboards.

The bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle, freestanding sink. There is a mirrored cupboard to store your toiletries and a heated towel rail.

Toilet is separate next to the shower room.

The 2 twin bedrooms consist of 2 single beds in each room and plenty of storage space.

The master bedroom consists of a double bed, overhead shelving, bedside shelves, dressing table and chair & a double wardrobe.

All rooms are fully heated with gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

We provide bed linen you will need to bring your own towels for hygiene purposes.

To the exterior of the caravan, you will find a concrete drive to the side of the caravan big enough for two vehicles and grass area to the side and back.

Situated on happy days caravan site you are within walking distance to facilities including.

The Show Bar & Restaurant, indoor heated swimming pool & Children's indoor soft play area, outdoor play area, Multi-use games area, Amusement Arcade, Sports and Leisure activities, Convenience store & Launderette & Fish & Chip shop also facing these facilities is Tir prince funfair and market.

Sunnys bar, amusement arcades are a 1 minutes walk from the caravan site. The beach is a good 3 minutes walk over the little red bridge.

There is also a laundrette on the caravan site this opens at 9am and shuts at 4pm everyday.

On your departure please leave the caravan as you found it ready for the next guests.

During school holidays bookings will only be taken for Sat - Sat.

No dogs allowed. No same sex parties just families and couples.

COVID RULES: If the site is closed under government guidance during the d of your booking all monies paid will be refunded in full. If you choose to cancel your booking refunds will fall in line with booking T&Cs.

Please note facilities on site will be open in line with government guidance and therefore some facilities may not be available during your stay.

All Bookings are secured with a £100 refundable deposit and completed booking form, balance & security bond to be paid 1 weeks before check-in. Should your booking be within 1 weeks payment in full is required.
