Our caravan is a spacious 3 bedroom, 6 birth Swift Bordeaux, 12x38 foot caravan.With a good size veranda complete with a child lock. The caravan has double glazed windows, central heating with underfloor insulation.
The cozy living room has a freeview tv, with a built in DVD player. Along with a small selection of DVD's (you may bring your own if wished to), we also have french doors which lead out to the veranda. Acompanied with seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a black gas oven, hob and grill. Along with a microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and an upright fride/freezer.
The master bedroom is a double with a large wardrobe and has its own en-suite toilet and wash basin. The second and third bedrooms are twin rooms. We do provide quilts, pillows and protective covers. NOT BED SHEETS, QUILT COVERS OR TOWELS. You will need to bring those yourself.
The main bathroom has a fully fitted shower, wash basin and toilet.
A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request.
The caravan is situated on The Grange Caravan Park, Ingoldmells. The site has no pub nor club. Making it a quiet location but Woody Bar/Restuarant is closeby. As well as the adjacent site (The Chase) along with other shops and attractions all within a short walk.
A launderette is available at the site office which is located at the site office on The Chase, which also has car charging ports if needed.
Fantasy island, funfair market, the beach and other amusements are around 10 minute walk away.
Pets are permitted with prior consent, but should not be allowed on furniture or beds. If this can not be avoided, please ensure you bring some form of protection cover. Please note that all dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times around the site (site rules). XL bullies are not permitted on the site, again this is site rules.
Please report any stains on quilts, pillows or furniture seatings etc. This ensures we can provide a clean environment for the next customers.
A £50 NON-REFUNDABLE depsoit will be required in order to secure your holiday. Plus a £60 bond, which will be refunded upon our confirmation of no damages to the caravan. Your booking will NOT be secure until we have received your deposit. Your bond form should be returned as soon as possible. The outstanding balance will need to be paid no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. After this date, your holiday may be cancelled.
Sorry, we do not allowed single sex parties. This site operates a no nonsense policy, which can result in us having to remove anyone from our caravan that may cause a nuisance to other site users, Blue Anchor Leisure employees. The same goes for any damage to the park. If this does happens a refund will NOT be given.
