Our modern 2021 Willerby Manor caravan is thoughtfully equipped for comfort, convenience, and style. With wrap-around, secure decking and parking for two cars, it’s ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind.

Whether you’re stargazing with a glass of fizz on the decking or relaxing indoors on plush recliner sofas with the 40” Smart TV, you’ll feel right at home.

Nestled within the tranquil surroundings of Goonhavern, this "home from home" caravan at the Newperran Away Resorts site offers an idyllic retreat for exploring the stunning Cornish coastline. Perfectly positioned to provide a peaceful bolthole while being a short distance from the lively town of Perranporth, this caravan, "Cornish Dream," is part of the trusted "Ocean Breeze Holidays" family, a business with over six years of experience in providing exceptional holiday experiences.
Step inside and discover a comfortable and well-appointed space. The inviting living room features a sofa bed for extra guests, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and modern amenities including a full-size fridge freezer, air fryer, WiFi, a smart TV, and a coffee machine.
The caravan comfortably sleeps four to six guests. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a king-sized bed with a plush mattress topper, a 34" TV, wardrobes, a dressing table, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two good-sized single beds and wardrobes, making it ideal for children or friends. The main bathroom includes a shower, basin, and toilet.
Outside, a spacious deck with outdoor furniture provides the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful Cornish skies and dine al fresco. Parking for three cars is available on the gravel driveway.
The Newperran Away Resorts site offers a fantastic range of facilities to enhance your stay. Enjoy a dip in the indoor heated pool, grab a bite to eat at the bar/restaurant, which also has a pool table and arcade, or let the children burn off energy at the outdoor play area. For convenience, there is a laundrette on site, and for your four-legged friend, a dedicated dog walking park with breathtaking sea views of Crantock. Please note, due to the pristine and heavily carpeted interior, we can accommodate only one small pet.
While we do not provide bed linen and towels, we ensure you have everything you need for a hassle-free start to your holiday. We supply mattress and pillow protectors, a bath mat, tea towels, hand wash, and all washing-up items. We also provide a complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets. During peak season, we treat our guests to a small hamper, so you can enjoy a cuppa and a treat as soon as you arrive.
As part of "Ocean Breeze Holidays," we manage several caravans in Perranporth and on other sites. If you are a larger group needing multiple caravans, please don't hesitate to get in touch. This beautiful caravan to let on Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park, is located at the end of Kernow View. It was purchased new in 2016 and is just a short walk to the sand dunes and pathway down to the beautiful beach.

The front door leads onto a large deck that provides areas to relax or socialise outside with loved ones. It’s gated and has ramp access, which makes it easier for guests with limited mobility. Parking is available next to the ramp.

Lounge/Dining Area
The open space here is modern and light, the fixed seats allow people to sit back and relax while there’s a pull-out double sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations should you wish. Also, within the lounge there is a 32″ TV with HDMI, USB & DVD and a Bluetooth speaker system, a contemporary wall mounted gas fire and on the opposite side of the living area is complete with an additional dinette and seating space.

Kitchen
This kitchen contains all the appliances you should need, including a stovetop, microwave, and fridge with an ice box.

Master Bedroom
The double bed will give you a comfortable night’s sleep with plenty of storage space.

Twin Room x 2
There are two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed.

Shower Room
The shower room contains a shower, an extractor fan, hand basin and a toilet.

Separate WC
Includes a sink and toilet.

Outside
Parking is available for 2 cars on the grass next to the ramp.

Guests take their own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths (Kindly note the beds are only shown made up for the photos)

Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Haven's Play Passes. These can be arranged online before arrival or possibly on arrival in Haven's main reception subject to their availability at the time. Haven's information and pass prices can be found on their website.

Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire. We do not know for certain which of the park facilities will be available - our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electricity.

How to Book: In the first instance, please contact us with the party details to confirm availability. We do seven night bookings, Saturday to Saturday only. A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 payable by bank transfer is required to secure a break of seven nights or less. The remaining balance would be payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. Payments are made by bank transfer.

Left As Found / Key and Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we also require the extra Left As Found / Key & Damage Deposit of £200.00. This amount will be returned within a few days of departure if the caravan has been left as found - clean and tidy with no breakages. Payment can also be made by bank transfer.

Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in your party.

Our caravan is Gold Star Plus rated that comfortably sleeps 4 and is situated on the popular Liskey Hill Holiday Park. Its location is Liskeard 1, as shown on plan. It has a lounge with 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with full size fridge/freezer and separate dining area

The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and Jack and Jill bathroom with full size shower. The caravan is centrally heated for cold evenings. The views from our caravan over Perranporth beach are stunning and we have a large decking area to the front and side with garden furniture. Please note we are pet free .
Vacation time is 10am and occupation time is 4pm.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Electric cars may not be charged and anyone found to be doing so will be removed from site amd prosecuted.
No smoking or vaping.


Deposit to be paid upon booking and balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.

Perranporth is just 5 to 10 minutes walk into the town where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, a chemist and a doctors surgery.

The famous Watering Hole, the UK's only pub on the beach, is situated on the sand, a must for a great sunset.


Regular bus and local taxi servicea are also available outside Liskey Hill holiday park with easy access to Newquay, Truro, Padstow and St Agnes.

To secure your booking a £50 per week deposit is requested (please note that should the holiday be cancelled the deposit paid is none refundable).
In addition a refundable £100 security bond will be added to the final cost. This is to cover any damage, excess cleaning or breakages, this is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan following your departure.
Full balance to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. Payment by bank transfer is preferred method.

All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions supplied on initial contact with the hirer.

On site there is a laundrette with washing, drying and ironing facilities. A BBQ area with seating, ideal for families in different caravans around the site.

General refuse is located opposite the site reception, please dispose of all your rubbish.

Helston 4 is a lovely, dog friendly 3 bed static caravan with central heating, double glazing, wifi and secure decking.

It is located on Liskey Hill Holiday Park overlooking the beautiful bay of Perranporth in North Cornwall.

The town is only a short stroll down the hill and is a hive of vibrant places to eat and drink.
