Ideally located three bedroom caravan situated on a family friendly site in Towyn North Wales. Close to the market and funfair and all amenities. Spacious living area that benefits from all electric heating. Bedrooms consist of one double room, two twin rooms and there’s a foldaway sofa bed in the living room. There is a bathroom with one toilet and a separate toilet. There is a smart television in the living area with a dvd player and a selection of family dvds. Please note there is no smoking allowed in the caravan and no pets.
The site consists of a large show bar, sports bar, amusements, soft play area, park, football court, shop and launderette.
Towyn is an ideal base to go out and about exploring all that Wales has to offer. There is an excellent bus service should you wish to park your car up and enjoy the many pubs and restaurants available.

Bella's caravan is on Barmouth Bay holiday park. We are a short walk away from a beautiful sandy beach. We have 3 bedrooms with a pull out double in the living area, making it an 8 berth.
As well as a pullout we have extra seating in the living area, freeview tv and dvd player. Wifi is available.
The kitchen comes well equipped with the usual conveniences and a fixed table with benches that seats 4.
The main bathroom has shower, toilet and sink. We also have a seperate toilet with sink.
Pillows and duvets are provided - you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers along with any towels. We can provide this service for an extra charge. You would need to let us know when booking if you require this.
On park we have a children's park which includes basketball/football area, indoor pool and launderette.
Next door to Barmouth Bay is The Sands complex which has a shop, Amusement arcade,The Sands sports bar (includes entertainment high season) and a food menu, chip shop and pizza shop.
Locally is Nineteen57 that serve food and drinks that also has a play area.
Ysgethin pub also serve food and has a lovely play area in the beer garden next to the river,its about a 20 minute walk.
Its a short walk to Talybont train station.

Our caravan is new for 2023 and has mountain views and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation is graded Indulgent as per Away Resorts new caravan accommodation guide. Our holiday home has residential installation to keep you nice and warm in the cooler months, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer, a master bedroom with king size double and a en-suite shower room, there is also a second bedroom with twin single beds. Outside to the front is an enclosed balcony with seating plus a patio area to the side. We include pillows and quilts and welcome a well trained dog. Access to the resorts Indoor swimming pool is also included. We have a minimum 3 night stay and ask for a returnable damage deposit of £200.
We are now starting to take bookings for 2024.

Close to all amenities access to Winkups entertainment no passes needed unless you are wanting to use the pool, amusement arcades, pubs, bars, cafes, fish & chip shops, Gift shops, sandbank bakery. are in walking distance no need to drive

Short walk to Knightlys funfair and the Long bar also close by to Towyns well known and very popular Tir prince market and Tir Prince fun land A good interaction for all Ages

A short drive to Rhyl Prestatyn and Llandudno and Conwy which offers great shopping and days out for the kids including Welsh mountain Zoo and Zip land.

Also Rhyl sun centre swimming/soft play and other facilities.
